Got into my car and the roof was dripping in on me. Luckily my mechanic referred me to Waterleak and I called immediately. I spoke with Aaron who lent me an ear, was knowledgeable about my car type being notorious for leak issues and got me on his calendar asap. My sunroof turned out to be the culprit, and since it hadn’t worked properly in years, Aaron went above and beyond checking for options to affordably fix my issue (made calls on my behalf) and shared how it could be done. He also explained the possible issues to me, which I found helpful. The price of service was also very reasonable $$$ and due to nice weather I got my car back within the day. I've definitely passed the referral on to my family and friends. The stellar customer service is much appreciated.

If your car has a water leak, don't waste your time and money taking it somewhere else first like I did. At first we tried somewhere else because Waterleaks doesn't answer their phone. But when the other place took my money and did nothing, I showed up at Waterleaks to see if they could work on my car. Finally our car's water leak is fixed and I am so grateful for this business. Just know that when you call, no one will answer the phone; just leave a message(s) and/or show up. It is worth it. This father and son team know their stuff and have a lifetime guarantee on their work. I highly recommend them.

This is one of those rare businesses that really takes care of you. My car is a repeat client as the water track in my sunroof gets clogged every several years. They have fixed up my ride right as rain both times. Aaron is wonderful to work with and makes scheduling painless! They even have overnight drop off if your work schedule is crazy like mine. They got my leak on the driver's side A pillar taken care of in good time and steam cleaned the stain off for a great deal. I had a different minor leak or residue water or something and they got me taken care of and extra sealed everything. Thank you so much for taking good care of me and my car.

I received one of the best customer service from Aaron. Before taking my car in the shop, he assessed my car and determined that it did not seem to have an active leak. So he decided not to take my car in and gave me advice on how to proceed to ensure my car interior gets fully dried. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding the matter.

My acura wasn't starting, we did all the things like battery and alternator. Still didn't start. They found 2 leaks in the A frame sealed and replaced clips and the service and price was amazing!

What a great bunch of people running a reliable, stand-up business! They quickly fixed my clogged sunroof drains (and dried out my soggy interior) in 2021. When it happened again this week, they got me in within 2 days and had my car ready same day at no charge. They even showed me preventive maintenance. Called twice over a week for a leaky trunk left messages an no return call. So I drove my car there and the guy there said they don't do much walk in business mostly commercial and dealer. They did give me a reference but 1* for not bothering to return calls.

Aaron and his people did an awesome job! I was really worried that this was the end for my little car. Driving in Washington and having a water leak do NOT go well together. Leak repaired (Sun roof drains plugged up which is common) and interior dried out. This is the second vehicle they have worked on of mine. First was my Ford dealer who outsourced the work. This time I found out who they used and took my second vehicle to them directly. Incredible work and awesome customer Service. Hope Water Leak Techniques is around for the long term.

These guys are awesome! Had a real issue with water coming through somewhere in the sunroof and puddling on the floor mats and into the carpet underneath. They were able to locate the leak and overpack it so it won't happen again . Highly recommend these folks...a pleasure to work with!

Aaron was pleasant and professional. He got me scheduled quickly. He was knowledgeable and identified the leak in my 2018 Honda Fit’s sunroof based purely on the description I gave (I thought it was a door leak—shows what I know!)

Waterleak Techniques was accommodating and kept my car overnight to let me pick up my car the following day when it was more convenient.

I haven’t had leak issues since, and the fact that there’s a warranty makes me feel good.

I have called everyday this last week (6/21/21 - 6/25/21), and no answer. I have left a message 3 or 4 times, no return calls.

Very professional. Excellent service. My car started to leak 3 years after the initial repair and these guys got me right back in and sealed up again. Stood by their work. I highly recommend them.

My car had a water leak coming into the back seat from below. Toyota was not able to find the problem so I brought it here. Waterleak Techniques also noted one from around a windshield I had replaced a year ago. Aaron was very friendly, explained what they had found and answered questions, gave me a quote and performed the work in a timely manner. I was given a life-time guarantee with the work which was reasonably priced. It felt like very personalized attention, something you don't find in many businesses. I would highly recommend them.

This place is a lifesaver! My hybrid couldn't sit out under the rain overnight because the water would work it's way into the electrical system. Unfortunately I just moved to a place with no covered parking, so with the rainy season upon us, it was a do or die situation for my poor old car. So I called up Waterleak and they took it in and fixed it right as rain! :) I'm so happy to not have to replace my car and to never worry about rain again! And it was for a great price plus the confidence to know that I can take it back to them if I do have any issues in the future with their lifetime guarantee. :)

Have a leak in the trunk/roof of an '01 Subaru Outback and these folks were great. They were really helpful over the phone and gave me a good idea of what to expect for the timeline and cost. Turns out the leak was due to the broken roof rack which had snapped and punctured the roof. Due to the build of the car, it would've been really expensive to fix(have to rip the entire headliner out to replace the broken bolt that holds the roof rack on). They were really nice about it and explained that they can fix it if needed, but it's not recommended due to the high cost. They showed me the hole and gave a few tips for cheap temporary fixes to get us through the winter. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be recommending this place and coming back in the future.

Had a leak in my trunk which was fixed fast! Aaron was thoughtful about my time as well and worked it out so I would only have to rent a car one day. Aaron connected my leak to some body work I had done and even helped by talking to the auto body place which helped me get them to reimburse me for the work Aaron did. I will would definitely bring my car back here if I have leaks in the future. Pricing was very reasonable and work was excellent.

I have a 2004 Acura MDX I bought second hand. Had a water leak that would not stop. It was coming from a seam in the fire wall I believe. Well wherever it was coming from Aaron and his father repaired it before Covid-19 restrictions set in and I am very thankful to these guys. They are fair and their work is A+. If you have a water leak take it to them. Price is right. Besides that water coming into my car is a bigger problem than how much it cost to remove it. These guys are honest as well. So do not let your leak run you crazy take it to Water leak techniques and they will take care of you and the leak!

these guys don't answer their phones or work on VW's, or accords, or this or that. Basically, you need to walk in with your car between the hours of 11-3 and hope it's easy enough for them to fix.

It's hard to find waterleak people. Dealerships will do it for insane money, otherwise, you kind of need to get lucky and find a shop who is willing to do it. Autoglass places sometimes will.
