The staff at Service Master has been amazing to work with. I had to fire another local company who was not trustworthy. They came in quickly, helped me understand what needed to be done, and they worked quickly. These guys do not waste time! They called me each time before they showed up at my home and worked around my kids, dog and crazy schedule. Hire these guys! You will not regret it. Thanks specifically to Doug for talking with me on the phone and helping me figure out a new plan. To Cody for coming out so quickly and giving me your honest thoughts and for sending an incredible team of guys. AND to Hayden, Justin, Sky and Devin for doing great work, being respectful in my home and having great attitudes. I really enjoyed chatting with each of you! When a sewer line backup caused significant damage to my home, their team stepped in and guided me through the entire restoration process with professionalism, care, and expertise.
Sky and Devin were the stars of the show, taking charge of the entire cleaning and demolition process in the affected rooms. We had the unfortunate event of a dishwasher flood in our home. ServiceMaster sent a team right away. Jose, Skyler and Dylan were absolutely incredible. They were very kind and punctual. They communicated their time-frames and noted when there was a change to their arrival. They kept us well informed the entire process and answered any questions we had to the best of their knowledge. They worked diligently and were very thorough as well. Over all, our experience with ServiceMaster was great and we will definitely give recommendation!

We worked with Skyler,Gustavo, & Cody. I have never worked with a greater group of people. They are fantastic. Very informative. They came in and went straight to work. No worries & no problems, making it so stress free for us. They all have greeted us with a smile every time we see them. They are definitely busy bees while working. Their work performance is so professional. I have had no complaints. The deconstruction of my kitchen went smoothly.

Skyler, Gus, Justin and Alex are my crew. They are the best they work together very well very efficient and are fun to be around. Do a real good job. Can’t say enough good about him. They work hard and gets a job done correctly.

Jose (project manager), Derek, and Ethan were good communicators, worked efficiently, and had good energy. They made our first experience with ServiceMaster pretty painless. I highly recommend them. I have not paid the final bill, so I cannot evaluate how it compares to their best guess estimate.

Service Masters came and cleaned up our basement after a major sewage backup & flood. It took a couple weeks, but they were recommended by our insurance company and they did a good job. We had a few hiccups, but they followed through and got the job done. They hooked our washer & dryer back up, made a walkway to my Pantry, and disinfected what they could and removed what they couldn't.

Thank you Service Masters. I hope we never need your services again, but if we do, we'll give you a call.

Service Master came out after our major basement flood. From day one they were courteous, professional, ethical, and delivered the highest quality work. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire team including Rachell, Cody, Justin, Cole, Shayden and others. Really well done!

The ServiceMaster by Compass team did an amazing job on large remediation project for me. After scoping it initially, I was met with unusual flexibility and transparency in the process. Doug answered tons of my questions and concerns, slowly walking me through the process. Skyler and Shayden were an absolute pleasure to work with! They explained everything clearly and provided pictures as well as explained their processes and what they found in detail. Josh and Derek worked on water damage repairs from Refrigerator leak which damaged wood and tiles underneath the frig, part of hallway and going into the Master bedroom damaging wood underneath the carpet, also extensive water damage leaking to ceiling downstairs….they spent extensive time daily for over a month with their expertise and excellent care so we would not have to completely redo all the ceramic tile throughout the main floor….The wood is all dry and now repairs can be made….the frig leak went directly down and saturated the wood eventually seeping into hallway part of bedroom and downstairs (going unnoticed until I saw a dark damp section just as you walk into the bedroom). Also, had not been downstairs for quite a while so never saw the water dripping…bottom line the two Josh and Derek did an excellent time consuming job to get every inch dry with all there equipment….A-plus to both of these workers..Thank You

Recently I had a issue where my washing machine malfunctioned and created quite a bit of water damage. I called my insurance and they sent out service master to start drying things out and cleaning up. Matthew and the crew Kole and Shayden. Were fantastic they made the whole process easy. They were very understanding and empathic. But more then that they were true professionals. If this is the quality of people they have other companies should take notice for sure. Would not hesitate to use them again.!!

I discovered a pipe had burst at my place of employment on a Sunday AM. I called ServiceMaster and got immediate reply. Tanya and Haiden arrived within 2 hours and took care of the problem quickly.
I was very impressed with Tanya, Haiden and Gabe's professionalism and efficiency. They came to our office every day for 10 days to check on the situation. We received text updates daily and were very well taken care of.

I HAD SERVICE MASTER BY COMPASS COME OUT TO STEVENS COUNTY THEY ACCESAED WATER DAMAGE I ASKED TO CHECK AREA WHAT OR HOW IT GOES. I THEN WAS ADVISED THAT THE TWO TECH THAT CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE TOLD MY INSURANCE COMPANY THAT I WAS TELLING WHAT TO AND HOW TO DO THIER JOBS . TOTALLY UN PROFESSIONAL. I THEN CALLED SERVPRO AND STOP RESTORATIONS THEY CAME OUT DID A BETTER JOB TELLING ME AND SHOW MORE WATER DAMAGE THEN EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROCESS WAS GOING TO BE LIKE . BETTER THAT THIS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGIAN OR GIVE FRIENDS OR PEOPLE ADVICE TO HIRE THEM . I GIVE A BIG 00000 ZERO FOR RATING TO SERVICE MASTER BY COMPASS.

I’m so thankful I know two lovely ladies that work for ServiceMaster! When I experienced a sewer backup in my new home they were quick to respond and got a crew out to my house within an hour of my call. I’m grateful for the good work that was done and how clean everything turned out.

Fantastic job on water damage clean up! I know Kaleb no longer works there, but I can't say enough nice things about him. He was so thorough and kind. He called me each afternoon after they finished and gave me an update which I can't express enough how much I appreciated that! I had a 2-car accident occur in my front yard, and then the world shut down. I had shattered glass throughout my front yard, my living room window was broken, and my yard was tore up. I called Sandra Teal and she walked me through the entire process and made stuff happen! She speaks insurance, construction, renovations and disaster relief. Sandra is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thank you so much for everything you did for our family! She made sure the glass was cleaned out of our yard in time to bring home our rescue pup, and out front window was replaced quickly!!!

We had a house fire in July, right before having a baby. Everyone at ServiceMaster was so kind and never let me feel like I was bugging them. The restoration process is long but they've made it so much easier on my small family with their awesome customer service.
