My favorite place to go! Don't rush you will miss a treasure if you do. In the fall and winter bring gloves it is really cold in the warehouse.

Very cool shop, lots of unique finds very similar to like a habitat store. Some of the prices were even better but for any of the things that were like higher-end it was more expensive than habitat. So we'll definitely be back probably multiple times, but I'll just keep an eye on the price of what I'm paying... I'm a very frugal shopper. I did like some of the things that were not found in other places like the old building signs that was pretty cool

I've driven past this place quite a few times today I decided to go in and it is a great store I would definitely recommend going to this store before you go to like Habitat for Humanity their prices are more than fair. I'm going to type to always look for a bargain on something. I actually plan to go back very soon I'm doing a little Home Project or whatnot and they definitely seem like they're going to be able to help me with that

This place is too cool! I hope it's popular enough to stay in business but not too popular so I can keep finding neat stuff at very reasonable prices.

Great place for so much and at great prices, sadly this is the second time I bought an advertised window and it turns not to be a window it is an insert, whoever that enters products on website doesn't know the products,
I drive 45 minutes each way (90)and get home for my installer to say it is not a window

Dear SU,
Thank you for being so damn inclusive and open! My kiddo talked to Hopey this morning about a flyer that on display in store, and they brought one out to them. They feel so seen and special! See you again soon!

Great place to find used home project items. Always a great selection of antique vintage fixtures, knobs, etc.

Not as big as Seattle- so stock doesn’t rotate as frequently. But still love swinging in here for some treasures- cause when they have them, it’s a steal of a deal.

Second use is a great local business with plenty of deals. Dropped a star only because the Tacoma location has a much smaller selection than Seattle - staff super helpful and friendly

2nd use gives good wood new life. Many other things with plenty of use left in them too find new purpose.
For example we were able to transform part of the gym floors rescued during the demolition of a decommissioned school into beautiful walnut hardwood floors in our home.
The inventory is always changing and much of it is posted online. The adventure of thrift store treasure hunting goes home depot with many unique finds as well as useful everyday items.

They always have just the perfect thing(s) that sometime you just have to wait for. Staff always hugely helpful and their hold policy fantastic! Have purchased dozens of items here and delighted with them all. I had a home fire last year and found and a single cabinet exactly like my original 30 yo Kraftmaid solid maple cabinets here. OMG! Huge. Almost got emotional in the store. It's the perfect place and you are giving things a second life instead of filling up the land fills. Great place

I like this place. Has a tie to Habitat for Humanity. Like to see some things that don't end up going straight to the land fill.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
