What a wonderful place! They not only resolved my issue (slide) but took care of another issue for me as well as one they found in their review. I love that they check out everything! We are traveling so they got us in and out in 5 hrs. Wish we lived closer as they would be my "go to" repair shop. Make it yours if in the area! Thanks Zach and crew!

Love these guys! So knowledgeable and fixed all the issues we’ve had. Been to our house several times(10 year old RV), so nice not having to take the trailer somewhere. One visit found some dry rot we would have totally missed. Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job. Our on demand water heater froze up while we were away. Zach and his guys were able to get us in quickly and fixed our on demand water heater. They checked the rest of our lines and everything was good. We also had them replace our front awning motor and assembly as well. I would definitely recommend using them.

If anyone wants something done right and done right the first time, this place rocks. Don't waste your time at the big brand dealers, Zakk will take care of you. thanks guys

Awesome repair experience! We had a slideout cable fail, thankfully at home. Zack was able to come out very quickly, diagnose, and then get the repair going. A full inspection also highlighted a few other areas needing attention I wasn't aware of. Very friendly, fast, and detail oriented. I'll definitely use him again and refer to others.

I was so lucky to find OGRVS and get in touch with Zack, he was amazing. We were on a trip from CA and the third day the vacuflush in the RV quit working. The parts were ordered, only part of the order came in but Zack’s crew tracked the parts down and replaced the whole system, anchoring it better than before. Also the microwave went out and he tracked one down for us and got that installed. The service was efficient and really appreciated

I sent the owner a message back in April of 2024 on Facebook, he said he would come out which he did SUPER quick initially. I was in need of a once over on the trailer, it is a few years old and i know it was in need of some caulking work since i do have it out in the weather for the most part. He said only the roof needed done, my husband and i both had asked on separate occasions of communicating with him about the slide specifically around the window it looked to be a spot that there was no caulking or at least very little . I really wish i had the screenshots still but he said nope the spots we were concerned about are fine. Perfect we took his word for it since we are new to the travel trailer world ourselves and he is the professional. Then i messaged him on May 11th asking if he ever got me on the schedule. He quickly responded "oh shoot thanks for reminding me, ect ect when works for you." I told him it didn't matter to me since i would likely be at work anyhow he would just go to my house on his own. He was supposed to come out the end of May, but i didn't hear anything from him. I had asked him to send me an invoice on June 2nd thinking maybe i just missed the email for me to pay I can't remember if that was the day he should have been there or if it was before, we kind of went back and forth on text and FB messenger which i have since deleted for the most part. That is when i found out he didn't make it out. So finally He ended up coming out to reseal the roof about July 23rd 2024, i paid him ASAP on July 25th. Now fast forward to April 15th 2025. We pulled out our trailer to give it a once over for our camping trip we have planned for the 24th. Went inside MOLD everywhere, the carpet on the slide was completely soaked, there was mold on the floor where the carpet sat, mold in the window seals, mold on the furniture, mold in the bathroom, on all the doors, on the screens. My husband went out and checked the slide since that seemed to be the side the water was getting in on. Turns out EXACTLY the spot we asked him about was 100% the reason it leaked. We did catch it in time to be able to clean and fix it but it took us days to do and then my husband went through and resealed the windows where the slide is and all around the slide out. I sent him a message on April 16th, letting him know what had happened, i asked him to please resend my receipt for payment and let him know that it leaked also asking what suggestions he has for me to be able to fix the mold since i had never delt with it before. He opened my FB message and then never responded to a single thing this was 5 days ago. Not offering any reason as to why he felt the spot we asked about last year was "good" but now months later leaking. Just left me on read. I had really high hopes, but i am for sure let down. I want to be positive and hope that maybe he was just overstressed and in a hurry but to not respond at all seems very unprofessional. When asking a professional to come out and tell me what i need to have done to ensure i protect my asset, then have it leak 10 months later is unacceptable. We also had a cover over it, but now we will be investing in a metal one to be extra careful. Here are some photos of the damage and the spot that leaked.

They were super quick and very reasonably priced despite driving over two hours to my location. Communicative about scheduling with automated text updates was fantastic. They handled the warranty process with our dealer seamlessly. Chris and Hunter who did the work were super kind and very thorough. I will be contacting them for any future needs.

This company is amazing! They showed up, worked super hard, and fixed something that no one else could fix. We drove from Seattle to get our 5th wheel fixed and it was worth it. He is now our new repair man. I will make the drive every time. Trust me, he is worth it!!

I bought my travel trailer just a few months ago ran into pump problems and later the toilet took a dumb. I contacted Off grid rvs and they were able to do all my warranty work and fix my water pump and toilet now my pump doesn't over heat no more . Chris is amazing he got rid of the old pump and had a brand new one installed along with the toilet.

Chris was out in good time. My problem was a clogged black tank(caused by my own stupidity). He came out explained every step he was taking. Explained how to take care of my tank and what to use. Good affordable price. I recommend OGRV for any of your maintenance needs. ☺️

Absolutely experienced company who completes quality works and puts in the countless hours with manufacturers for warrenty claims. Amazing communication with customers as well. The owner is also a solar system expert for anyone wanting to install or upgrade their current solar package.

Showed up as scheduled, did an efficient diagnosis, worked to have repairs covered by warranty, completed some addition work at a very reasonable cost. Very Happy with off grid rv service!

After a disappointing visit from another RV mobile mechanic I felt blessed to have OGRV show up. Diagnosis was done and problems fixed in less then two hours. Corrected problems the dealership caused when they installed my inverter and added the piece they totally forgot to add that I paid for. If you need help with your RV, do yourself a favor and call these guys first!

Zakk provided seamless repairs to my fifth wheel covered under warranty. He worked directly with keystone for the parts. Zakk & Maci were very professional, communicated updates and Zakk fixed everything quickly! He answered so many questions I had too. He's very knowledgeable with a background coming from RV dealerships. I'm new to owning an RV & the previous tech from a completely different company was horrible, angry at the world, talked down to & yelled at me then he refused to complete the service because he ordered the wrong part from elsewhere than keystone! I gave him no reason for this, it's just how he is I guess.

We called Zakk at OGRVS about our roof that was separating. He was able to fit us in his schedule as he was already in the RV Park we were at helping another customer and originally planned to return on Monday after the weekend but when I told him it was scheduled to rain for 3 days he did the job right then. He said it was not the way he would’ve planned to do it and it wasn’t pretty, but it wouldn’t separate anymore or leak. We did have 3 days of pretty heavy rain and all is good! Thanks Zakk!

Found Zack while passing through and he was able to diagnose and figure out why my fridge was not working in my 2007 Class C. He also cleaned out 17 years worth of crud from the propane lines and tuned the generator, and we ended up replacing the converter. He knew what he was doing with these systems, so he will be the first person I hope to see for any future problems!

Zach did a great job! He scheduled us in so fast, ordered parts, fixed our problem and even showed up early. We will definitely use him again if we have RV problems and we are sharing his business cards☺️

Zack is a great guy to work with and really knows his stuff. I had the gears on my large slide strip out when I tried to pull in my slide. We were needing to move sites so I was under time constraints. This happened over a weekend and Zack showed up on Monday to start the fix. The parts he ordered were not going to arrive in time so I ordered knock off gears from Amazon. They came in on Wednesday and Zack made time to stop by late on Thursday to complete the fix. He plans on stopping by and dropping off the Lippert gears he ordered so I will have them for next time. If you find yourself camping in Central Washington, Zack is the one to call.

Service rep was personable, knowledgeable about our trailer and made efficient use of his time. The key factor was he had an opportunity to sell me an expensive part that I really didn’t need and he completed the service call finding a much simpler solution.

We had an outstanding experience with Off Grid RV Service. Zakk, the owner, came out to repair the city inlet water system in my son's 1992 Fleetwood Prowler. With over 16 years of experience, his expertise was evident as he quickly identified and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes during our initial consultation. Beyond the initial repair, Zakk also helped us address a few other issues and was very patient and explained things in a way we could understand. He came prepared with all the necessary parts and tools in his truck and his prices for service was fair compared to a lot of the other mobile RV repair shops in the area. Zakk is scheduled to return to replace the kitchen faucet and work on our electrical problems. It's a relief to find a local, honest, and knowledgeable mobile RV repairman.
