Carlos Escobar from WDA was called in to deal with several inches of water next door and the consequent flooding of my place. He and his associate worked in both places until midnight of the evening this occurred and returned to the site as needed for follow-up demolition. Mr. Escobar was unfailingly courteous and understood the stress that these emergency events create on a homeowner. He is knowledgeable about all the "ins and outs" of the process, including preparation of a report for my insurance company that was so thorough I used it also with contractors I contacted for estimates for repairs. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Water Damage America and their crew showed up within an hour after my call for the water damage I had in the basement in our basement. It was hard to get someone in Arlington to answer the phone call since every company I called had a long wait list. They did a great job dealing with State Farm and I am very happy with their work and customer service. They removed all the water in the basement, clean and dry the whole floor in the basement with their equipment. I highly recommend them if you looking for honest professional restoration company.

I worked with Water Damage America for remediation after my dishwasher leaked and damaged the flooring in my condo. As a first time home-owner and my first time filing a homeowners claim I had no idea what to expect and was very nervous about the process. Sam Faghihi and Carlos were very helpful in explaining the process to me as well as providing helpful tips on how to deal with my insurance adjuster. They use the same software as homeowners insurance companies so submitting an invoice was a seamless process. I wish we could have worked something out for the repair work as well but we did not come to an agreement on the area that needed repair. However, I still recommend WDA for any remediation work you may need.

The worst experience I have ever had. The owner came to my house and quoted a price to complete a mitigation job and once they were done they submitted a price to my insurance company for more than double the original quote. Work was shotty at best. We had a toilet back up and this damage they did. Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! Why are doors ripped off the hinges over a toilet over flowing.

The only water damage repair company that took the time to answer my call urgently! They also went directly through my insurance, saving me plenty of headache and time. They orchestrated the water damage repair within 24 hours. The equipment completely dried out all the areas effected by water damage. They also identified mold, so we took care of that too! After the mold cleanup and water damage repair, my environment feels so much cleaner and pure. The atmosphere also feels cleaner when I inhale and exhale. Thank you so much for your assistance!
