Among major projects were complete exterior wall demolition/reconstruction, replacement of 13 windows, roof replacement, waterproof foundation wall/French drain installation, front porch replacement, interior/exterior plumbing work, recessed lighting installation, carpet replacement, attic insulation & drywall replacement, front and back door threshold replacements, interior/exterior painting, and final exterior landscaping.
