He responded to my call immediately, came out same day to inspect and completed the job the following day as promised. He was courteous, prompt and had excellent communication prior to appointments. I live on well water, and our water softener/conditioner breathed it's last breath after 42 years of use. It was a great unit, but the company that manufactured it doesn't exist and hasn't existed for a decade. So I asked two different friends who live 30 minutes apart and work in different industries for their recommendations for a good, honest plumber - and they both gave me the same name! David Labell at Screaming Eagle Plumbing! When I called, his schedule was very flexible, and for a very reasonable price (I got general phone-quotes from several others who specialize in water conditioners, and they all got excited and started quoting me for some very expensive units) he installed our new unit and had us up and running very quickly! I did take the time, before contacting him, to ensure that I understood the science behind modern water conditioners, and I knew in advance what we needed and what we really didn't need. Unintentionally, I thoroughly tested the man's integrity and honesty as he walked me through what the system actually does, and after he tested our water and listened to our use-case, his solution was not to sell us something much more expensive than the system we actually needed! His honesty saved us a lot of money! Not going to call anyone else but this guy in the future!

Dave is fast and explained every question I had. Great value for the job and customer service was top notch. I don't want plumbing issues, but if I have any, I'm calling Screaming Eagle.

David was prompt, professional and provided everything that was expected! We will certainly use Screaming Eagle again for our plumbing needs.

Dave with Screaming Eagle Plumbing was great. He was super personable and honest, and very respectful and patient when explaining the plumbing fix to me (and my 77 year old dad.) Most importantly, he fixed the horrid sulfur issue I was having with my water! I would definitely recommend this company.

Personal enough but the after service is terrible i mean terrible. Over 200$ for a ultraviolet-light bulb install, 250$ to reset water softener after power failure. He left me without details of my unit name and no training on my unit. In the manual were no details of how softener was to be reset.The manual is not very homeowner friendly. I called the company directly and they talked me through it for free. It took them less than 5 minutes. Something he should have been able to do for thousands I paid him. This is what after service is called. This is why i say Dave/Screaming Eagles after service is terrible.
When I approached him about these services, he said i should be prepared to pay for them and if i wanted to find a new plumber that would be fine. He had no remorse or willingness to want to try and make it right after spending thousands of dollars with him.
I definitely would not rehire. Look elsewhere.

I called on a Sunday with a hot water heater issue and spoke to Dave. He wasn't available to come out but gladly talked me through the problem and solution. Within 30 minutes we had hot water! He could have made tge service call on Monday but he took the time to help me resolve the problem by texting me what to do! My Air Force squadron motto was "Always There". This described Dave this day! He earned my future plumbing needs for Screaming Eagle Plumbing!

I have used David twice, once for an install and once for a major drain clog/repair. He is fair priced and gets the job done in a timely manner. David is a Veteran and it shows! He is professional, honest, and dependable.

I called Dave and Screaming Eagle Plumbing because I had questions about my Lancaster Water Treatment System. Dave was easy to reach and happy to answer all my questions. Dave also replaced our waterlogged pressure tank. The entire interaction was very pleasant and professional.

David did an excellent job! Explained our situation on the phone and he was able to come to our home the next morning. David repaired an outside faucet that was leaking inside the home and also replaced a leaking toilet valve. All the work was completed in under two hours and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend using Screaming Eagle Plumbing.

I called for service on a Sunday morning because I had no water and Dave came out to diagnose the problem, had to track down the part, and came back to fix it all within a couple of hours. He was amazing to work with and was very helpful looking at everything involving the well/tank to get to the core issues. I'll definitely call them for my future plumbing issues. Other companies have come out over the past 6mo to look at the system but no one has ever sorted it out like Dave did.

David is a true Gold Standard for pluming, business operation, accurately diagnosing the problem, expediency of in repairs, and charging efficiency and realism. Most of all, David's professionalism, and "I'm here to help you" attitude are of the highest character. He rectified the problem I had immediately, and his actions stopped a major problem before it occurred.
David is on my Call List now. He will always have my business. He's a great guy, and is a pleasure to deal with! Don't look further. Just call Screaming Eagle Pluming!!!

Want to start by saying I did not use this company. I called them for a quote after two outrageous others. David who answered told me it was something I could do myself. He walked me through everything and sure enough problem solved. He Even spoke directly to my realtor and walked her through checking to be 100% that the issue was resolved before we closed on our home. This company saved me thousands of dollars and never once hesitated to help me. It cost me nothing. Thank you David. I wish all companies were as helpful and honest. I owe them big time!!!

David was punctual, knowledgeable and does honest work. I had a leak I noticed in the basement and he came out diagnosed the problem, referred me to a restoration company which I ended up not having to use since the damage was very minor and then David came back out to fix the issue. This all got done in a matter of days. Appreciate it David!

Dave was the first plumber out of three previously contacted plumbers that gave me correct information about problems with my hot water tank. His response was immediate and despite a snowstorm was able to replace my tank within a couple days. Priced fairly and very professional. Would highly recommend

Do yourself a favor and call Screaming Eagle Plumbing first. We had a well pump issue and tried another company first. The other guys were packing up at 5:30pm on a Friday evening and let me know that we wouldn't have water but they could return Monday to finish the job. Monday!!! This wasn't acceptable for me or my very pregnant wife. After a few phone calls we got in touch with Dave at Screaming Eagle Plumbing. He arrived 45 minutes later and pulled our pump. He needed some additional parts so he returned first thing in the morning, finished the job, and made sure we had running water before he left. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We got home from vacation and that weekend my well pump went out. I called David at Screaming Eagle Plumbing. He came out early the next morning, checked everything and confirmed it was the well pump. He replaced the pump for me. I recommend this company as I will definitely use him again for any plumbing needs. Thank you David!!

We had Dave service our hot water heater and install a new anode to reduce odor. He is knowledgeable and friendly and has an inherent understanding of what we needed for our particular situation. The cost of the service was reasonable, and he performed the work quickly and to our satisfaction. I will have no hesitation in calling him the next time we have plumbing needs (and there will always be times we need a plumber). I recommend his services without reservation.

Had a sink hose leaking which required a new faucet installation. Screaming Eagle Plumbing walked through the issue with me over the phone advising what would need to be done. They came exactly when scheduled and did great work. While here, they even checked the water to make sure it was not adversely affecting our plumbing.

Dave, from Screaming Eagle Plumbing, is very responsive. He answered our call (not allowing it to go to voice mail like most do) and came right out to our home on a holiday weekend. We had an idea that our well pump had gone bad, but he reviewed other possibilities too at no extra cost. He didn't have a certain object to complete the task, but drove all over kingdom come to find it. We were only without water for 12 hrs (basically, only overnight) which was long enough for me. He was back early on a Sunday morning to finish the job in the rain. Needless to say, we were highly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. We have worked with many contractors over the years and he is definitely reliable and dedicated to his work. And the cost of the project was reasonable and definitely NOT gouging. We will be recommending him to others.

Installed a water treatment system. Showed up right on time! Did a great job, did it quick quietly, which was great since my husband works over nights and sleeps during the day. So helpful with understanding how it works and what little needs to be done for upkeep. Loved working with him. Highly recommend!

David installed a filtration system in my home. He worked quick and the finished product was high quality. He took the time to ensure I understood how to use and monitor the system as well a making sure I was satisfied before he left. He even did a quick tub spout repair once he heard of the issue we were having with it. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

We needed to do something about the pinhole leaks in our copper piping and the blue-green stains in our bathtubs. I emailed Dave on a Friday evening with an inquiry about the problem and he emailed back right away, offering to come on Tuesday afternoon to do a free estimate. We ended up needing to replace our water softener system and install an acid neutralizer. Dave was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I emailed him several times about various things and he responded right away. We were very happy with the work he did and the timeliness with which he did the work. Wow I am super impressed with Screaming Eagle Plumbing and Dave LaBell in particular. They just installed a new Lancaster Iron Soft water softener system in my house. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to sort out the similarities and differences in the three estimates I had received in a very professional and straightforward manner and didn’t resort to belittling the competition (as others did). His quote was extremely reasonable. Dave was punctual and completed the work in about 2 hours and then was very patient in explaining the systems and few maintenance needs. In addition, to installing the system, he cleared up some problems that another plumbing company had crated when they sloppily installed a new hot water heater, and for only the cost of materials. System has been working like a champ. I will continue to use Screaming Eagle Plumbing and will recommend them to others. Kudos to Dave --a straight shooter with no BS!

I was worried about what was wrong with my water heater, I explained what was happening. Mr. David Labell listened and quickly discovered the problem and also gave me all my options as to what the repair choice would give me, long and short term. Everything is working fine. Dave came highly recommended to us and is up to speed with the latest plumbing technology available. As a preventive measure he installed a new sump pump in our home with a feature called night-eye. Night-eye texts us and screaming eagle plumbing to let us know if the sump pump has lost power, if the water level is too high or if the temperature is too low.

Dave also fixed a water pressure issue in our master bathroom and replaced the faulty expansion tank in our water heater.

Dave is an honest plumber and we plan to use him again when we install a water softener and complete some other plumbing upgrades in our home.

Seemed very offended that i wouldn't agree to the nearly $4000 estimate and made me feel like i was making a bad decision to get another estimate.
Im glad i did, because my issue was resolved and guaranteed for 2 years by another local company for a fraction of the cost.
I gave this company 2 stars for the free estimate, but certainly a 1 star service.

What can I say other than my total satisfaction and confidence in Dave's work. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Fort Valley.
After our closing and the replacement of a hot water heater by the seller, we realized our water, the hot water in particular, smelled like sulfur (rotten egg smell). The seller said he had never experienced the smell in the past, but he also didn't let us know that the Kenmore water softener that was part of the system wasn't even working. After having done my research, I called a few plumbers to come out and remove the anon rod, without any real luck. Found Dave and Screaming Eagle plumbing, and he fixed our problem. He installed a Lancaster Iron Soft water softener, flushed and sanitized new hot water heater and replaced the anode rod;. Can't say enough good things; so happy to have good water that doesn't stink! We will definitely keep Dave on our list of services, and won't hesitate to call him if needed again! David is your guy 100%. On time and doesn't charge you outrageous prices. He is very dependable and I will be using him again. My house is almost 100 years old and he brought my plumbing back to life!! Brand new pipe vent in my main level bathroom and a brand new water filter in my crawl space. Thank you!!!

Screaming Eagle Plumbing was fantastic, and I highly recommend them. I reached out to them to replace our hot water heater, and they were very responsive and provided a quote within an hour. After receiving the quote, they called back, and indicated that the initial quote was incorrect, and the cost was actually less. Scheduling the install was just as easy. They showed up promptly, and kept me up to date of everything. After they completed the work, the area was nice and clean. They walked me through how to operate the new hot water heater, and answered all my questions patiently. Later that evening, we were not receiving any hot water. I reached out to them late in the evening, and they drove an hour to fix the issue. The customer service was amazing. I will be using Screaming Eagle for all my plumbing issues.

Our legacy water heater stopped working and I needed help.
I am a family man with 2 toddlers, and hot water is absolutely essential for the immense amount of dishes and muddy kids every day.
I called Screaming Eagle, and they first tried to see if they could repair my existing system, but it was 14 years old and with a 10 year shelf life it would have been more efficient to replace it.

Screaming Eagle laid out the options for me, and gave me some recommendations. I decided to aim high and go with a strong system for all the future kids as well.

Screaming Eagle got me scheduled rather quickly and had me up and running fast.

One amazing thing about this experience is not just the install, but I got a great class on how to maintain the system. Screaming Eagle made me feel very comfortable and it felt like they did the best they could to educate me and empower me to take care of my own system. They also assured me they are just a phone call away in case I want them to come out again and that I certainly didn't have to do my own maintenance but they gave me the classes on how to do it in case I wanted to go that route.
