Washinton Weather Shield was very informative and experienced with TPO roof install product. Dealing with the logistics of parking lot closure and dealing with tenants was a breeze. From product delivery to demo day and install days we knew each step of the way how we were affected and our tenants in the building. Very happy we went with these guys and now we have a leak free roof with a long peace of mind warranty.

I first met Ivan in October 2020 when he quickly responded to my request for some repairs to the 19 year-old ,8,000 sq.ft. hypalon membrane roof on my commercial building in Interbay. The needed repairs were done immediately, solving a headache with water leaking into a tenant suite. Before the work, Ivan gave me a list of references and I called 4 of them to get a universal two thumbs up from all of his referral clients.
By late July 2024, I had more leaks and decided it was time to do a complete re-roof. Of course, with the previous high marks from the referrals, I contacted Ivan again and he went right to work on a proposal. We made a deal and work was started in just 4 weeks, which was a tremendous relief to have this job completed before the weather turned foul. Ivan was on time for meetings, straightforward and responsive in his communications, finding economies in approach where it made sense, professional and yet friendly in his demeanor. His crew were hard workers and completed the job in under 2 weeks.
