Washington Sequia responded within 2 days to start work on my roof. It was soon discovered that the damage was enormous because of carpenter ants. They promptly removed everything and started to rebuild the entire roof. It was completed that week and the problem was resolved. Very efficient and kept me informed. All of the debris was cleaned up and removed. Raul and his crew were absolutely wonderful. Excellent workmanship.

Raul and team did a great job on our new roof! They took two days to finish the roof, then came back a few days later to finish the gutters within a few hours. They also cleaned up very well afterwards.

Our roof was leaking a few month before which was why we originally called Sequoia Roofing. Raul was really quick to respond and come take a look to explain the likely cause of issue. They repaired the fixtures responsible for the leak and also alerted us about mold and condition of our roof. We got a second opinion afterwards that also confirmed their original diagnostic which was why we went through with getting a new roof.

There was also no change in original estimate pricing and what we ended up paying for their services. The second opinion also came with a quote and their prices were good in comparison.

I hired Washington Sequoia Roofing to replace the roofing, gutters and rebuild and reroof the carport on my house.
From the date I signed the contract, the work started 2 days later. I was so impressed that the roofing crew was here every morning at 8 AM and often stayed until after dark. They were hard workers that never wasted a minute! All work including roofing, rebuilding and roofing the carport and installation of gutters was completed in 5 1/2 days and I could not be happier with the finished product.
The company owner, Raul stopped by often to make sure I was happy with the workers and the way things were coming together!

When Raul came to my mother's house and entered the doorway, he noticed we always take off our shoes and he immediately removed his. Right off the bat, here was a guy who cares about his potential customers. He wrote up an estimate and then went over it step by step ensuring my 96 year old mother of each process to reroof her home. Once she was satisfied, Raul's team started almost immediately. The color of the shingles was decided and the product was ordered. All new roof vents, new gutters and downspouts, flashing in the valleys and a new glass skylight rounded out the job. Raul is very helpful and informative on helping us get what we needed for a new roof. You can contact Raul very easily and he is very open to answer any questions you may have during the process. He was willing to work with us, getting multiple needs checked of on our roof. We did a whole re-roof w/ added plywood underneath. Roof replacement included upgrading of all materials, Up graded the gutters, New fascia, They primed, painted and sealed all gaps for a clean finished look. The sheeting, Flashing and vents were replaced and up graded as well as 40 year roofing at a reasonable price, They also replaced our skylight. Addressed all issues with professionalism and with integrity. W S R also roofed our carport several years ago which we have been very happy with - that’s why we came back to them. Having some construction background myself, I can say Raul, WSR, is honest, does what he say he will do, doesn’t cut corners and has great pricing! We give Wash. I did not know much about roofs, so I had a lot of questions and Raul and his team not only answered the questions but took the time really inform me about what they were doing and what the pro’s and the con’s were with each option we looked at. The whole job was completed in two days. The roof looks great, and his crew did an amazing job of protecting my plants when they took the old room off and then cleaning up all of the various debris afterwords.

Raul came out, assessed and repaired it professionally once and for all. He refused to bill me until after we had a few downpours to make sure I don’t see leaks and it’s fixed. And no more leaks!
