Josiah is easy to work with. I especially appreciate his communication, and that any request by us resulted in positive action on his part.

Griffin and his team remodeled our deck, which had been torn down by a felled tree during last year’s windstorm. It was a difficult job in that it had been a large 2-story deck, the stairs of which had been torn down by the tree. Instead of having the deck re-built as it had been, we chose to have it separated into an upper and a lower one. The result is just what we had been looking for!

Our laundry room was destroyed by water from a backed up sewer line. A prior contractor started work on it and made it worse, then left. We reached out to Baklinski for help. Alex worked on that restoration, leveled the floor, installed LVPs and painted the room. The cabinet was another story; a new one needed to be installed and needed to be fit with a large utility sink that was in a prior cabinet. Alex did a phenomenal job with the entire room, and the cabinet looks so good - I am attaching a photo.

We hired Baklinski for some additional work and are confident in their skills and workmanship.

Jeremy came right on time and listened carefully to our requests. He nailed down our fence, put in a new doorknob, fixed the baseboards, did caulking, and put in the microwave trim kit. He didn’t need me for questions during his work. The trim kit was installed beautifully and he didn’t get dust anywhere while he worked. We’re very satisfied and happy.

Andrew and his team are great to work with! I came to them with a laundry list of small things that needed to be fixed. From a ceiling leak to loose tiles that needed to be regrouted, they were able to take care of it all. I really appreciated how they taped off the areas that needed work to keep the mess contained and made sure to leave things tidy at the end of the day. Everyone is very friendly and communicative. Shout out to Griffin and Alex for their knowledge and being masters of drywall repair.

Completely ghosted us after coming by to inspect the work we need done, they had they subcontractors out to also inspect in order to provide an estimate. Despite our leaving multiple messages with the owner, we never received a response again or an estimate.
Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and will never, ever contact them again. Not even the courtesy to tell us that they could not take on the work due to it being too big or too small a project.

Just had the best experience with a home remodel EVER! Our half bath remodel was a long time in the making. Andrew and his team brought my vision to reality and we couldn't be happier! Jeremy was the best! He was such a pleasure to work with. Thanks to my new buddies at Baklinski! I finally have found my go-to home improvement team!

Baklinski and team members (shout out to our contractor- Josiah) were all simply AMAZING!! As a 40 year home owner and having gone through multiple projects, this was the best. Andrew Baklinski scanned my before bathroom and had me work one on one with Cameron creating a rendering of what was in my head onto the computer. Cameron then ordered Everything down to switch covers at the best prices and all of this option didn't cost a penny more.

The job was done efficiently and the workmen left the site clean and free of evidence that they had been there, which is saying something since they put in a Fench drain that required a lot of digging up of the yard.

Tyler did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. He fixed several broken doors/drawers and installed a hoist for my kayaks. He was on time and polite.

Had a short-notice bathroom remodel that needed to happen prior to some unexpected long-term guests arriving. Baklinski Home Improvement worked speedily and finished it within the timeframe and still maintaining excellent quality.

Our family recently completed a basement remodel with Baklinski Home Improvement to add an additional bedroom and to update a small TV room. Our project lead Randy and the rest of the crew did an overall excellent job. The basement is in an older home, so there were some unique challenges, and the crew was very attentive to detail, communicated well throughout the project, and everything turned out great. Things were on time and on budget. This is my second project with them in the last 2-3 years and we have been very happy with their work.

A repair to my air conditioner required more extensive drywall damage than expected and, since I am new to the area, I didn't know who to call to get it repaired and painted. I also needed an access panel installed on the ceiling. I called Andrew and he order the panel, figured out exactly who could get it all done and had someone come out the next business day to start the work. In just a few days, I went from overwhelmed and frustrated from the unexpected damage to happy and relieved at my perfectly repaired ceiling. Foundation repair partially accomplished by another company, but resulted in the partial leaning and possible collapse of pillars structurally holding porch ceiling. Baklinski provided us with a person who understood the problem and fixed it beautifully. I recommend this company and will call on them again.

We are so pleased with this team's work. They repaired a bathroom after a pipe leak destroyed the drywall behind the shower and a counter. They've also done a great job with a chimney spark guard and a vapor barrier in the crawlspace. They're tidy, do quality work, and are very responsive.

Baklinski Home Improvement is an amazing contractor company with whom I worked twice (powder room and master bathroom remodeling plus small projects) and I was always happy with their professionalism.

I called Andrew for some extra help turning rooms at the property I manage. He worked with me on cost and his subcontractor did a great job on the room turns. They were very professional and detail oriented. They also helped move furniture around with me and my assistant to set model apartments. Overall 10/10 would definitely hire him again and I'm recommending him to other communities within the company I work for.

I wish to second everybody's comments about Andrew's responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism - traits that are sometimes hard to find these days. Andrew's knowledge was critical on a foundation project. He came up with a plan that ideally met the needs of my older home when two other well-known companies that rely on cookie-cutter applications could not.

My older home always seems to need something - I too am putting together a punch list for him.

We called Baklinski Home Improvement to replace a sink and was very impressed by Andrew's professionalism and timeliness. When we had to repipe our house due to a water leak, we contacted them to do a much larger job repairing cabinets and completely re-tiling two showers. We were happy with the work they did and the responsive communication when we had any questions. They will definitely be our go to general contracting company in the future.

Met with Andrew Baklinski to get an estimate for refinishing our deck. He was just great, on time, thorough and asked specific questions to guide our needs. Brought in a paint and stain expert to ensure we got the right product and service. His team did an amazing job and our deck looks fantastic. I recently moved into a house that unfortunately had a bathroom with a rotting subfloor and a host of other issues hidden away. I turned to Andrew and his team for help and I can't say anything but good things about every step of the process.

Wayne and Tyler worked on fixing up and remodeling my bathroom and redoing my plumbing. They gave reasonable suggestions every step of the way, all while answering my silly questions, and my bathroom (and actually, my house in general) is way better for it. I never felt uneasy about any part of the job while they were on it, and even if there were any unintentional mishaps, I knew I could (and even now, can) count on them to make it right ASAP. Quite frankly, they gave me every reason to be confident that they were the right ones for the job, and after using my new bathroom, I can say that they were.

The team as a whole were professional, friendly, and transparent about costs (which were also entirely reasonable, especially given the quality of work), and I really couldn't ask for much better.

We hired Baklinski Home Improvement to assemble a large outdoor play structure for our kids. Jax and Johnny arrived on time and worked diligently to put together the play structure and then stake it into the ground to ensure its stability.
