They fired their best sales employee for not having a signature then gaslight their customer Jose for a product he didn't want or sign for by saying "oh you agreed to it when we went over it" 1, no he didn't. 2, Courtney never got a signature and expects payment from the customer.
They lose cutlists and don't inform customers of price increases.
The manager cheats on his wife with a manager of another branch.
They don't pay taxes on cash sales by duping the system and will lie through their teeth to keep their name clean. I do not suggest doing business with them as their morals and customer service are absolute trash.
Be weary and double check all their work and paper trails before doing business with them.

Best place hands down to get your roofing supplies from! Alisha, Courtney, and Matt at the front desk are incredibly knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Austin and Tony keep the yard very well-stocked so I've never had to wait for any product to come in. Kay is extremely helpful in loading up the material and has given me a lot of pointers on securing everything so I can confidently make it home.
I've shopped around at other roofing suppliers but have not found the same level of expertise and customer service anywhere else. Very happy with the team at Washington Cedar and Supply!

Very helpful and knowledgeable group of guys here. With the three separate roofing projects in 4 years all which have been metal. The only issue has been a wrong color of drip edge was ordered once but they corrected the problem immediately and delivered the right one to me within a couple days. My house, carport and chicken coop are beautiful. I suggest the weathered copper for metal roofing, it is just gorgeous!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
