They're probably normally great. We ordered on Tuesday/Wednesday. Asked for Thursday afternoon or Friday morning delivery.

Showed up Thursday morning... okay, fine. We were only 20 minutes away from their base.

We wanted synthetic underlayment but got tar paper. My sister thinks she might have said something wrong. They replaced that for free despite a $30 difference. They said normally they would have suggested synthetic. Go figure.

And the starter edging was scratched and warped. I told them it was the drip edge that was scratched cause I didn't know any better. So, Friday morning they showed up and said the manager said the starter edging would get replaced in 20-30 minutes and left. I called at 1pm and 3pm friday to make sure we were on the same page. It's now Sunday and still waiting on the starter edging. Took the whole sunny weekend away. I don't know if it was something I said but I didn't ask for dented material... you gotta have a system for when you mess up and maybe they need to figure out a better one.

I highly recommend not to go with the store to purchase roofing materials. I did a big project and placed a big order with some excess materials. When I retuned they charged heavy amount as restocking fee. They are very nice and do cheap delivery while taking orders. But when it comes to returns with no damage you can see their real face. Don't waste your time and money with this group.

They came with an 80 foot crane and got the shingles onto a very tricky steep sloped roof. Five stars. Awesome.

Called in on 1213 to report Truck number 167 For his load trying to fall off the truck with both the straps securing the load dragging on the ground behind the truck The counter Guy that answered the phone did not care about what the truck was doing all he cared about was his customer standing At the counter in front of him It is apparently obvious this company cares nothing about public safety I'm sure this carries across and all of their work

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
