I am a profesional project manager and quality consultant so I carefully scrutinize my construction projects. Warren Masonry & Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our house and barn. They showed up early and stayed until the job was complete. They used high quality materials and good wormanship. The supervisor stayed onsite the entire time. All scrap was cleaned up and removed. Best of all they were our lowest quote.

We had scheduled an appointment for an estimate for a crawl space foundation repair. The day of the appointment they never showed and called about an hour after the scheduled appointment. They stated that some things came up and couldn’t make it out. Scheduled another appointment for today at 10:00 AM. The guy called stating that he was here. The guy sat out in the truck for six minutes before driving off. Never got out of the truck. Never called as to why they had to leave. Very poor customer service.

Update Alex the owner personally came out and apologized for what had happened earlier. He looked at our foundation is giving an estimate for the repair. Alex was very professional and apologetic with what had happened earlier today.

Mitchell came out a couple of times to the house to inspect a chimney that was leaking. After a thorough inspection, he ascertained that the chimney was fine (another masonry company said I needed to rebuild the chimney).

I ended up using Warren Masonry to do some much-needed tuck pointing in other areas of the house as well as replace some badly spalling bricks. They completed the work over a couple of days. They were timely, thorough and came back out later the same day to do a spot they initially missed. They were also fairly priced and don’t have the overhead some of the other companies have. I would highly recommend them.

They were very professional. They honored a months' old quote. They showed up with a large crew and knocked out a whole-house tuck-pointing job in an afternoon. They did it right, grinding out old holes and cracks. It looks good. I would definitely use them again.

We had to have quite a few (hundred) bricks replaced where they had simply deteriorated. The bricks supporting the patio floor had also crumbled and had to be removed and replaced. Warren Masonry came and did the job, replacing the middle of one wall, the floor support, a lintil, and many bricks around the entire house, as well as tuck pointing where needed. Everything is now sturdy and supported! The work was done in a timely and professional manner, the workers cleaned up very nicely, and even though it was a big repair job, it was completed in a relatively quick time frame. I'm very pleased and happy to have hired Warren Masonry, and highly recommend them!!

Over the past few years I have used Warren Masonry for several jobs including rock wall repair, chimney repair, foundation repair and concrete slab repair. The last job in May of 2023 included repairing sections of a foundation that were over 100 years old and repairing a concrete slab that was cracking. I was given a quote to complete the job which I found to be reasonable. Alex and crew arrived on time as promised and completed the repairs in a timely and professional manner. I recently hired Warren Masonry to repair and repoint my 100-year-old fieldstone retention wall across the front of my property. I was very pleased with the services.

Alex, who quoted the job, asked what I wanted the end result to look like (not everyone who quoted the work did). The result is exactly what I requested...a structurally sound wall that retains its heritage and is visually congruent with 120-year-old house. New mortar will not look like old mortar but the rebuilt portion is consistent with the old and much of the patina was retained. The team was courteous and they kept the worksite clean and bundled up tidy at the end of the day. The trash and mortar debris were hauled away and they worked with the site limitations including inconveniently placed plants. I was very pleased with the services and plan to use them again for some foundation work.
