Great work!!!
I would rate him 10 out of 10. His responsiveness was great, the explanation of what would happen and how the process would happen was great! He continued to work directly with my insurance company, because Allstate denied me twice, and he mentioned they would be hard to get by, but he kept talking, taken pictures, filming the roof to provide proof of the damange. I haven't had any problems thus far from the replacement of my roof or the job performed.
The only thing that I didn't like is the nails left behind, but I'm sure they picked up more than I did, after the work was done. The job was completed in one day. I do believe they recommended a more expensive roofing than I had before. But, it looked very nice on my house. Overall, I have no complaints.
And we both know that I couldn't walk on the roof, before or after...so I had to trust what was being told to me from them as well as my insurance inspector.
Wanka Roofing built me a TV room and pergola. Words can’t express how neat and great this looks. They were on point with their work and very professional. I will recommend to anyone.
