I had both bushings go out on my transmission shifter. I tried to replace them myself but my hands aren’t what they use to be. So I took my Wrangler to Walt Massey. 2 sets of bushing on the dash and the console around the shifter already loose so they didn’t have to do much. I got the Wrangler back, a little over an hour later, both sets of bushings gone, the console still loose and $198 dollars to put two bushings on. The service advisor was personable but really? You can’t put the console back and leave my extra pair of bushing? Unfortunately I feel I may have to drive an extra 45 mins from now on for service on my vehicles.

I had an old man come out and tell me he was going to fix the 2 warning lights that were on in the truck I purchased, in his words “I don’t want to give you something that isn’t safe.” He even shook my hand. So you should have seen my face when they gave me a 200+ bill. I was upset so they told me they would bring out the manager. They brought Ashlyn out (not a manager) . The truck wasn’t even detailed actually. It still had trash in it. Your worse then the car dealers in California. I gave you guys a 1 star, trust me if there was a negative star, I would have scored you -5. I don’t even want to back y’all pissed me off so bad. I feel like I have to let the whole world know just what kind of car snakes.. I mean sales people you really are. Thanks for looking out after yourself’s and not your valued customer. On vacation and had issues with our F150, lt was late afternoon on a Saturday, looked at our vehicle and found issue and got us back on the road in about an hour. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for your great customer service!!

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. I have recall on my vehicle when paper came that I was able to get fixed I called Marianna Chevrolet which was approx. 5 months ago they said when we get your part we will schedule you, I thought that meant we will order it and then call you, well no that didn't happen. Then I get in finder bender and take car to collision place to have repair to get sorry until the recall is fixed we cannot fix it. So I call Marianna Chevrolet again this time we will order part be here 7to 10 days great ok. They call me on Friday Dec. 27th we scheduled me for Monday Dec. 30th today is January 3rd still don't have my car, first we had mechanic not show up and other problems in shop couldn't get to yours today but we will get first thing in morning but I have to be at work 5am how can I do that so we pick car up I then take back at 8am on 31st for the gentleman to say to we will call you when we get your part I said excuse me no you have my part thats why I had appointment yesterday, he says I will have to get up with parts, jump forward to THURSDAY YES THURSDAY I call to find out 1 no one has called me at all 2 what is happening with my car for him to tell me that after to going over parts with baseball bat we finally found your part and they had different name on it, well that hard for me to understand when parts called ME about MY part to SCHEDULE ME TO HAVE WORK DONE. Please explain how this could change from friday when they scheduled me to monday just 3 days later that the name changed today is Friday Jan. 3, 2025 I had better get my car today this is absolutely ridiculous the non great service I have received, if this is how they treat you like family I'm glad I'm not part of their family. Ok well follow up on this I did get my Traverse back it was 5:30 pm on friday, and then I took it to body shop to have other repairs done, before they will do the work they have to make sure the recall was done which I was told it was and thats why I got my car back well to my surprise they still cannot work on my car not only is it still showing up not done but now its giving a new one, I cannot believe the incompetence of their mechanics. My husband and I are to say the least extremely upset this is not a recall you want to go wrong it is driver's side airbag that will put shards of metal in my face possible death, so seriously don't don't you think this is something you would want to get right, for someone you say is like family .

I am very thankful that Michael John was diligent about looking into this for my husband and I when we arrived at dealership he was aleady working on this and was trying to reach out to us, he took the time to hear our concerns and then assured us that the work was done and will show in couple days once manufacturers had chance to update in system.

After hitting a metal object on the highway, we found Walt Massey Chrysler dealership nearby and had them inspect for and fix damage. They were quick to take care of the issue and we were back on the road. The service was excellent. This dealership was a rare find and I am glad they were there to help us.

Very frustrating. They had my new Jeep from July 12 until August 25. Very poor communication. I had to initiate calls to check on progress. Although they did provide “loaner” vehicles, I was not pleased with the quality of the first one which I drove for about two weeks before it was replaced with a better one. That one had to be replaced later and I was provided with a new Jeep to drive for the last two weeks. Staff was at all times polite, but not helpful in explaining why it was taking so long to repair my Jeep…at least not until the final ten days.
