Super clean, new carpet and paint. New light fixtures , nicely decorated, new microwave and refrigerator too. We felt very secure at night, coming to a new city. Parking lot is very well lighted. We would highly recommend this hotel oh yes, the best mattress to sleep on ! It felt like home

This was the best place I have ever stayed. The waffles were 10/10 and so was the coffee, customer service was on point and they were so kind, the only thing that could be better is the pigeons, they were pressing me all my stay. Overall 10/10 would recommend !!!

This is a budget hotel so you definitely get what you pay for, check in/out was easy. The room had the usual features fridge tv microwave ac. The water pressure and heat were good. The bed linens were good and pillows and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit scruffy with water damaged ceiling that someone had “repaired” with toilet paper. The walls are thin so I was kept awake by a family who enjoyed conversations at various times during the night. There were 3 men in the room above me and they took frequent trips to the toilet throughout the night, you might think “so what” but the problem is the toilets flush like aircraft toilets with a loud whooshing suction sound that woke me up several times. Breakfast was pretty basic. I got there at 8 and all the hot food was gone, all that was left was grits. I managed to get the last 2 slices of bread and had some toast. The orange juice is cheap powdered mix that tasted awful. This appears to be a motel frequented by contractors, it has no other amenities and is a basic budget one night stay.

‏This was hands down the worst experience of my life! I barely lasted two hours and forty minutes in this hotel, and that felt like an eternity. Just five minutes after stepping into the room, I was horrified to see cockroaches crawling by the faucet and across the floor. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the room itself was old and disgustingly cramped. It was suffocating!

‏I asked to be moved to another room, but shockingly, the second one was even more revolting. Cockroaches were crawling on the bed, near the lights, and scattered across the floor and bathroom. I can’t even begin to explain how infested this place is—there were pests everywhere on both sides of the hotel!

‏To make things worse, the staff were incredibly rude and did absolutely nothing to help. I'm already in the process of reporting this place to the health authorities because the level of filth and lack of maintenance is beyond unacceptable! Completely disgraceful

I read the most recent reviews before coming and my family’s experience wasn’t as bad as others. We took the sheets off the beds, lift both bed mattresses searched for any bugs or anything in general. Didn’t find anything except for 1 sheet had an old cigarette burn which wasn’t an issue. Housekeeping was nice and friendly. Pillows a little thin so bring your own. But overall you get what you pay for. I’m sure all rooms are not the same but my room was not as bad as the previous reviews.

It's a little weird, being given a room key and finding someone else's luggage and shopping all over the room. Came right in the end but when we went out for dinner we wondered if we'd find someone else in our room when we got back.

Comfortable enough, clean enough, reasonably good value.

Absolute Best Place For Some Rest ! Rooms clean and Sunny at the front desk is Very polite and accommodating as I had a box truck and needed someone to keep an eye on it due to the back not being able to close and thousands of dollars worth of items inside. Complementary breakfast was fantastic and saved me money , definitely recommend stopping in and I will be back whenever I am in town , Thanks again Sunny !!!

I have stayed here multiple times throughout the years. A nice and quiet place and a great rate. I did however have a few roaches in my five day stay, But..... What most people do not take into consideration is that roaches In hotels come from people that do not take their trash out and leaves their food laying around! I have never considered this the hotels fault. I killed the ones that I found and kept my room clean and never had any issues. People always blame the hotel. But in fact it's the person staying there that needs to clean up after themselves. I highly doubt they do this at their house.
But then again you never know! Awesome place! Great value!

My star rating is based upon what I think I should expect from a budget motel. We had some trepidation after reading other reviews. We were heading to Alabama from Oklahoma and wanted to save a little cash for the vacation. We picked this motel based upon the price alone. Fingers crossed, we arrived to a clean lobby area and a clerk that was ready to get us in the room. We had only a minor moment of a language barrier (I think), but the clerk and I finally communicated, and we had our key. We had asked for and received a downstairs room. As we drove around to the rooms, I saw what I expected to see...lots of work trucks! Budget hotels draw the working people. There was evidence at every trash can that people were eating and drinking heavily, but no one was hanging out outside, and it was quiet. We opened the door to a clean room with some upgrades. Though the amenities were minimal, the shower, bed, and lighting all worked well. The a/c cooled down the room quickly. We slept well in the comfortable bed. We awoke and got into the day and began to pack our car. As we departed, everyone else seemed to be sleeping in. We commented to each other that this motel really was a pleasant surprise. Good job, y'all.

My wife and I stayed here for one night based on a recent review. We stayed in room 140. The room was filthy especially the ceiling dirt and visible debri on the carpet. The bathroom was old and dirty too. The bed was okay although the head was lower than the foot part of the mattress. There were also 4 batteries hanging from the inside of the doorknob, we guess to allow your key card to activate the lock? The so called breakfast was just cold cereal and waffles. There was no waffle batter left. We ate breakfast elsewhere. Would we go back? No. ||Jeff W. |

Good room for the small price. The bed was great. Room was very clean. Our room had a living area including a fridge. We will keep getting rooms here when we visit Natchez every few months to see our daughter and grand.

Roaches, asked for towels and was given one, no light bulb in lamp, had to run straight hot water to have lukewarm water, dirty, light fixture in bathroom was broken, sink facet would move when you turned water on, we paid for 2 nights and could only stay for one.

You're overnight stay will be shared with roaches!! I killed 3 within 1.5 minutes, and a moment later, I saw a dead one in the carpet. We were extremely disgusted
At checkout, I told the front desk person there are roaches and he responded that he knew. They're looking to have someone spray as there was another report of roaches.

1st off by some comments, y'all need to stay home for luxury.. Visiting Natchez for 3 days n 2 nights.leaving this morning. The rooms are older but the bed is comfy, hotel was quiet even though looked full.We only needed a place to sleep n shower.tv worked, ac was cold, staff did not bug you in mornings and were quiet for sleeping in.Hot water for showers.breakfast daily n close to the event within a few miles.i will stay here again and glad we made the choice. Plan to come back to the city of Natchez. Between Natchez n Vidalia,LA there was alot to do for everyone n much of it free. Very family friendly

This is like my home away from home when working in Mississippi. Stayed for weeks. Loved it. Place is clean and they are always working on it and improving it. The managers and the staff are awesome. Family atmosphere, which I love.
And they are always ready to help or fix anything almost immediately.
Also place is quiet and safe.
Great location.
I will definitely return for my next work stay. Sweet little gem.

Despite the difficulties with our toilet in our first room, our great hostess, Simone stepped up to the the plate and drove it out of the park. By letting us change rooms, it gave us a reason to stay with them another night. Thank you Simone for your dedication to the comfort of your tenants

One of my other favorite hotels in the Natchez/Vidalia area. Affordable, friendly service, and right next to Dirt Cheap, so I highly recommend!

Pricey for the poor condition. Small room, Small telivsion with poor cable service, water barely luke warm, old out dated Furniture, wall needed paint, 3 holes in wall stopped up with paper, no clothes closet. Good points: coffee and pot, free endless ice, hair dryer, microwave, refregerater, nice tolet. They willingly change beds, give clean towels and clean rooms daily.

We booked for two nights. Stayed only long enough to find another place to go. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. The room was NASTY. Gave us one night cost back. WE DID NOT EVEN STAY 1 night. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and looked like it had never been cleaned. Was NOT an updated room as they said when we booked the room. I don't recommend anyone stay here. We were there for a concert but stayed 61 mile away instead of the 2.5 mile this hotel would have been.
