I used them for an exterior clean on the house a couple of years ago and recently again for the house, driveway, sidewalk, patio, walkways, etc.

When Brad comes out to give you an estimate he is very thorough and knowledgeable and will discuss the different techniques that they can use on problem areas or areas that may require a light hand or special attention. I appreciate that level of detail in explanation.

Every time you contact Brad or Amber they respond so promptly!

A few days before the appointment they sent me a reminder message with a little video explaining what you should remember to address before your cleaning which I found helpful.

The day of the appointment I received text notifications when the technicians were on their way with their eta, when they arrived, and when they left. When they arrived, the guys came to the door and were very polite.

They seemed to work very thoroughly and once they were finished they talked with me about some problem areas and things I could do.

After the appointment Brad called to check on my satisfaction with the job.

Had a few rental houses I needed done in the 39110 area code & everyone but Surface Medic LLC wanted to overcharge me & have horrible customer service. These guys came out cleaned all three of my rental properties front, back, up & down. Most reasonable pricing I have seen on any of my rental properties to date along with the top notch professionalism that you'd expect from a much higher costing company.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

From the first time that Brad with Surface Medics and I spoke, he was always professional and explained the process thoroughly before the job. Yesterday, he cleaned our roof, driveway and sidewalks and both my husband and I could not be any more pleased with the great job they did! Both the roof and the concrete looks brand new again! Brad followed up after the work was complete since I was at work when they finished. 10 Stars! I will forever use Surface Medic, llc for all of my exterior cleaning needs. The house which was painted 6-7 years ago and last pressure washed 2 years ago looked brand new! Like it was painted yesterday. Brad and his team worked around some unfortunate rainy weather in a timely manner to get the job done in time for an event at our house. Not only did they get it done in time, they had excellent communication and customer service along the way! They went above and beyond and washed my walkway and brick patio in addition and without request. Hands down the best experience and better than expected.

Got Surface Medic to come out and clean the porches and sidewalks. Responsive , easy to work with, and they did a great job.
