Building a house from out of State has many challenges. Waller Home Improvement proved to be great communicators each step of the way. Assisted in making desicions that were sometimes difficult when we weren't able to "touch and feel" the products.
Taking the time to ask us to send pictures of our "wish lists" and matching our taste was very much appreciated. They used their expertise and experience to help guide us through the process.
We arrived to find a beautiful home that suits us well. We are pleased with the result and look forward to settling in.

Mike and Amy with Waller Remodeling & Construction have developed into a dependable company that never compromises in their business dealings. I have watched them grow from small beginnings as a company into one that does projects throughout greater Birmingham and beyond.
They have always been and continue to be uncompromising in their workmanship and do quality work at fair prices. I have never seen them do inferior work with poor quality materials. No matter how small or large a project may be, they keep to their high standards. Mike and his team completed 2 major projects for us last year including a masterbath remodel and tile replacement on our upper and lower decks. We are extremely happy with both. Mike and his team were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and completed both projects on time. They are honest and go out of their way to make sure every detail is what we wanted and don’t hesitate to redo or fix something that isn’t just right, even if it’s not asked for. Great people and easy to work with. Walker Remodeling seem to do everything… next project is replacing front steps, walkway and adding railings. Mike Waller and his team were professional and timely at every point in our remodel. My wife and I had a bathroom and bonus room remodeled, while living in the house.

* Comprehensive quote that listed out all aspects to be performed. Clear agreements make for lasting friendships.
* Mike’s team was punctual and respectful of our pre-arranged ‘work between these hours’ guidelines.
* Given the age of our house, Mike suggested we add insulation. Our upstairs used to never heat up to 70º, but now it stays warm. Bonus – he got this done the day before temps dropped to the single digits.
* The team cleaned up well behind themselves daily.

Our children now have a beautiful new bathroom, that had not been updated since the house was constructed in 1950. And finally, we would certainly use Waller Remodeling in the future!

Waller Remodeling Company was given a task to complete renovations on our clinic by adding 3 new examination rooms within a month deadline. Their team completed framing, plumbing, HVAC addition, electrical drywall, and painting. Their professionalism and addition to detail are remarkable.
