Wagner Toyota is very easy to work with. We really appreciate the attention that we receive when we do business with them. Clay was very helpful in helping us setup our new pickup.

Again we showed up for an oil change and drove away in a new vehicle. Really are enjoying the 2023 RAV4 XLE Premium hybrid. Will Engell is always our go to guy when we’re looking (or not looking) for a new vehicle. He has patience with me trying to figure out the new system and I’m thankful for all his help. Great place to buy a car!

This is the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! I've been searching everywhere for the car that I've been dreaming about, and they had it! It wasn't super overpriced, and their customer service was top tier. I drove 4.5hrs one way (9hrs round trip) and I will EASILY do it again if I need another vehicle! These guys deserve all of the business!!

Great team at Wagner Toyota. I searched nationwide for the vehicle I wanted and I'm really fortunate that they had it. They were very helpful, accommodating, and simply honest businessmen. John Kitt was definitely one of the best salesmen I've worked with so if you find yourself there, ask for him.

I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with every interaction I have had with my salesman (Clay) and everyone else at the dealership. I recently purchased a new car from Wagner Toyota, and it was an amazing experience. I was having difficulties getting a fair deal and finding the right car for me with local dealers, so I thought I would try a neighboring state. Clay was my sales associate and he was incredibly kind, fair, and helpful. Throughout the process Clay was following-up with me (even outside of his usual business hours due to my busy work schedule) to make sure the whole process was as clear and seamless as possible. To say that Clay went above and beyond is an understatement and he deserves the utmost recognition. I am incredibly pleased with my car buying experience with the team at this dealership, and will gladly return here for future purchases even if I must travel to do so.

Garret and John went above and beyond to make a deal on a new Toyota. This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. With the market how it is right now they could have blown us off and had no issues selling the vehicle to someone else. But they worked hard to make a fair deal for us and we will be going back for future purchases!

The sales rep Mark Detty did a fantastic job informing me about what my options are with the vehicle I wanted. There was none of the sales gimmicks, and never felt pressured. Went to have two new keys made for my Toyota and was told it would be around $140 for two keys. In the end I was told “Sorry, I guess we can’t make the new keys work, but we spent a lot of time figuring that out, so that’ll be $240”.... Awesome deal. :(

I havn't bought any cars here, but have had truck serviced here. Always had fair treatment and felt for most part they were honest. No wait time to speak of, even when not scheduled.

Great sales and service dept. Helped us buy our new van, then took great care of it, even after the warranty!
