Wagner Chevrolet

Attention potential buyers: Beware of Wagner Chevrolet's online listings. Before clicking that "I'm Interested" button, obtain a Carfax report. If I had done so before buying from Wagner Chevrolet, I would have looked elsewhere.

Instead, I brought home a brand new damaged "pre-owned" car with only 32 miles on it (actually, the ad said 32 miles - it had 100 when we drove it off the lot). After I got over the shock of finding the damage and had some discussions about an NDA, I decided to forego the legal battle and post warnings to my fellow social media reviewers.

Be cautious, be kind, and look out for each other. Don't buy a damaged new car!

Edit: We picked up Trailblazer from the body shop today. The technician shared that the tailgate has had body work done. The sanding job is visible because it was not done well. The driver's side rear panel has overspray on it. The poor paint job is the remains of a lazy painter who didn't cover the panel before spraying.

Stopped in, found the perfect vehicle and the service was excellent. John and the others were super helpful and were so nice. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great to work with, very responsive especially coming from out of state. Trustworthy, allowed a second option on the vehicle. They were personable and accommodating with two little kids in tow:)

Competitive prices, quick service and they actually asked us to come in early because they were ahead of schedule, worked out fine for us and they fixed the problem without the old "here's what else is wrong" which is great because it's a $300 work car, we know there are some things lol 10/10 would go back.

Great job to the Wagner team. I spent several months looking for a new vehicle. Finally I found one online at Wagner. I live over four hours away. They worked with me to hold the truck until I could get there to look at it and test drive it. While there, I never felt pressured or lied to like I had at some other dealers. As far as price, I definitely feel like I got a good deal. Having done my research beforehand, I knew the price they were asking was within the going range and knew ahead of time there'd be little room for negotiation. The last test was the extra set of keys. They were able to track them down from the previous owner and I received them in the mail today. It was refreshing that they were true to their word about handling it and I didn't have to call them repeatedly to get it taken care of. The four hour drive was worth it and I'd do it again next time.

We were stranded on the side of road with our RV . We called in and pleaded with the service manager to just look at our unit as it is a Chevy workhorse chassis. He wouldn’t even have a look for us. I’ve been a GM service manager for 25 years and I would and have not ever left a customer stranded .

Service Manager Cody Jantz, 'the best Corvette guru', did an excellent job communicating and executing the repairs needed. Very personable and comfortable experience. Highly recommend Cody and the Wagner dealership!

Fairly good selection of vehicles, sales staff was a little unfriendly towards us, but the service staff was great. Repair was done right and quickly. Price is what you expect from a dealership repair.

Excellent job by all. Ron and Rico went out of there way to get me into the pickup I was looking at. Looked at several dealers around this area and Wagner's prices for what I was looking for were the best. Will definitely go to Wagner first when looking for another vehicle.

Sales staff is excellent, and will remember most things they talk about to you. Service staff seems ok, though I felt that they talked down to me a bit. Had to wait about 15 minutes for parts staff because they were taking calls and ignoring the customers in front of them.

There service department is great and Jay Blauvelt is very trustworthy shop manager. They give rides while your vehicle is being worked on. When they replaced my headlamps on my Tahoe and they burned out again within a couple of months. Jay made sure he got my vehicles back in and quickly repaired and no charge.
