At this point a fair amount of the staff know me be my name. They usually have anything I'm after. Great neighborhood hardware store.

Always met with a welcome and a smile. They knew exactly what I needed, escorted me to the product, and answered every question. Checkout was courteous and fast. I'll be back.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I always find what I need. And more! It's clean , well lit and organized.

Love shopping here. The owner is one of the nicest folks I've met and the entire staff is great. If anyone here ever has a bad day, they definitely don't show it. They will go to great lengths to help you figure out exactly what you need, never try to "upsell" you, and treat you with kindness and respect.

Bought my replacement Stihl chainsaw just last week. Sean the guy at the stihl desk and was extremely helpful showed me everything I needed to know and even hinted me in on a few things that they don't cover in the manual. I've since been back twice work questions and he had the answers.
