If you expect ANY sort of customer experience DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE. Employees can't listen to you, help you check out and will give you an attitude when you present an issue with THEIR system. Because they "can't do anything about it." And if there is ever anything wrong they will WAIT to hear anything from CORPORATE. They also train employees to be disrespectful to customers when they cannot answer questions directly. Otherwise you might as well just buy online and pick up and they can have their day ruined because I'm not going to let it ruin mine. THANKS SLH!!!

We love this store! If we need advice on a product, service, or anything, we ask Shawn and he always knows. If we need a repair, Shawn always gets right to and it is done in no time. Sometimes even the same day! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly!!!

Ace has quite the hardware selection. And , when necessary, their staff will assist you even when the cards are stacked against them.

I say this experiencing first hand their effort to satisfy my needs, even in the face of not knowing what it was exactly that I was looking for. The customer service I received was timeless

Love shopping here. The owner is one of the nicest folks I've met and the entire staff is great. If anyone here ever has a bad day, they definitely don't show it. They will go to great lengths to help you figure out exactly what you need, never try to "upsell" you, and treat you with kindness and respect.

Bought my replacement Stihl chainsaw just last week. Sean the guy at the stihl desk and was extremely helpful showed me everything I needed to know and even hinted me in on a few things that they don't cover in the manual. I've since been back twice work questions and he had the answers.
It's always been good experiences with me since they opened
