My husband and I worked with Delvin to get into a family vehicle. He did an amazing job at getting us into a vehicle that we are going to be able to keep for awhile and continue growing our family.

He worked with me and my sixteen year old trading in his older fixer upper for a newer dependable set of wheels. Delvin was very tentive and understood every bit of the what we were after. We previously purchased a CRV from Janssen Kool Honda and was looking for a new vehicle. Since this is such an amazing bussiess and knew right away we wanted to shop here first. We have always been treated with respect and kindness. The team has always been so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the years we knew this was where to go. Our team was and is amazing: GREG Broadfoot (salesperson for the second time) who showed and explained the advantages and options on multiple vehicles to us. JUSTIN (Service department) answers endless questions and always gets us in when we need anything, explained maintenence and programing our vehicle and MARK ( purchasing and finance), who has the patience of a saint going through the endless paperwork with us. I am so very impressed with Janssen Kool Honda of McCook. In 2015 I bought a new CRV from them. They serviced it throughout all these years and I found everyone there very friendly and accommodating. Recently I was in the market for a different vehicle and I found just what I needed at the dealership. Greg Broadfoot was so very helpful and so very friendly that the process of purchasing this car was a piece of cake. We bought a Van from them. Worst car buying experience ever. We bought a van that was only 2 years old. First impression seemed ok, but nothing to brag about. Then after I told them I wasn’t financing the van everything fell apart. Like they were mad I had the money to buy a car. Then we go to plate the vehicle, and the paperwork was all out of wack. They had to call the original owners to come down and sign paperwork so they could fix it. Then after all of that they still owed me money. The bank wrote the certified check for to much. They said they would mail me a check. I had to go down multiple times and ask for my check. It was less than $100. Mr. Kool himself needed to sign for it. When the office lady asked for his signature on it he lost it. Acting like it was $10,000. Or something. Finally after complaining about the check he signed it and said fine just get out of here. NEVER again will I ever go to a Janssen dealership.

Excellent service in all departments! We are very pleased with our purchases at this dealership. Customer service after the sale has been top notch! And we are very happy with their service department. They have a wonderful staff!

The guys in the service department went out of their way on a Saturday getting a key cut for my Fit. My experience was good.

We were looking for a reliable new vehicle for my fiance. We both work full time jobs during the day and they were willing to stay late after we got off work so we could test drive different vehicles and really find the right car for us. Once we decided what vehicle we wanted, Frank really worked hard with us in deciding what the right trim level that fit within our budget and also gives us the features we were really wanting. They gave us a very fair trade value for her older car and an amazing price on the new one. Through the whole process we felt extremely taken care of and we know that if we have any questions or issues moving forward they will be there for us!

We stopped in to see what they had, ended up trading in my Dodge Dakota. So final down payment was $3,000, $2,000 for the truck and $1,000 cash.
