Wags is alright. Just like any other small town dealer without a decent crowd of competition, his prices are 20-35% higher then you would find if you shopped in a more populist area.
Also, in my opinion, and as is true in many instances, they are a little on the high end on parts and service charges.
That being said they most likely have the most experienced service technicians in the area. One can't hate someone for charging their value in that situation.
Quite frankly, Wagner has become a pillar of the McCook community as he donates to the local schools, charities, etc.
Overall, their staff is very polite and courteous, and their alignment technician is second to none.
