If your have to do all the leg work to get a quote and scope of work added to the document. It is typically a sign of bad business. Quote was reasonable but does not list materials or labor just a flat amount with money up front. Beware in the dsm area.

Update: They reached out to reconcile the review. However they sent someone else out who is an expert in windows not siding (siding is what I needed fixed and the waddle employee admitted this themselves). He said he would need to reach out to someone else with the pictures he took and could provide a quote after. Came back with a quote x2 the original estimate and now only care about getting this review updated. Well... Here is the update. Do NOT do business here. Too many other reputable companies in the area. Ultimate Exterior to name just one.

My neighbor was having work done on there siding by Jeremiah Wismer at Waddle. I was very impressed with the quality and the amount if time it took to complete. Very prompt and great job Jeremiah!!! I am very impressed with the work they did replacing my storm damaged shingles. My roof has never looked so good, They also did my gutters and replaced some hail damaged siding (shout out to Jeremiah W. for doing a beautiful job on the siding). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Friendly guy showed up easy to talk to and did great work looked exactly what I want it to look like.

Tyler from waddle exterior came to look at a leak today. He called ahead of time to confirm, and showed up on time. This is a 7 Year old roof and I contacted 6 other businesses, and because it was a repair, nobody would take the job. A little caulking around a vent and he was done. I was never pressured to buy a new roof and I appreciate that. Afterwards he gave me his contact info and said no charge, but please leave me a review! I will definitely be contacting these guys for any future needs. Thank you Waddel!

Tanner went above and beyond to coordinate replacing the gutter toppers after a storm. He was very prompt with everything and Rory did a great job on the installation! A great company to work with during a stressful situation after a storm.

Hello.. becoming desperate for information. I have been asking since June for you to help us. Our gutter system is completely clogged and no one can clean them as the gutter guards need to be removed in order to do that. Got an answer yesterday after a fifth phone call that an estimate done two weeks ago said there is hail damage so the warranty is not valid anymore but we still don't know what to do with this failed system. Our foundation is drowning. Are you literally not able to clean them for us either? If we pay someone to tear the guards off what will that look like after? So far we know warranty voided and value is $8000....and word again to wait for someone to contact us.

Waddle does a great job keeping track of all the details for our roof, siding, and window project. They have been very helpful working with our insurance company and project suppliers to make sure the project is completed on schedule.

Roof replacement isn't something I do everyday but all the staff was very helpful. They assisted with the insurance process which was a huge plus. The crew that did the work was fast efficient and clean. No mess left anywhere. Extremely happy with the work done.

We contacted Waddle for a roof inspection, and they told us we had a fair amount of damage to the roof and siding. After the insurance adjuster did a report and told us we didn't have enough damage for a claim, Waddle lost interest. We asked for a quote since we would like to replace the roof, but they don't seem to want our business :(

Gustavo, the foreman, oversaw a good crew of workers, and was professional and responsive. They were very sensitive to my property, caring for the shrubbery, protecting my deck, and even cleaning the gutters. I was pleased with the work ethic. I also found Audrey in the office to be knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative.

The roof was torn off and replaced in one day. Would have appreciated notice that the crew was coming to put gutters on. I was just leaving the house when I noticed they were there otherwise they would’ve not had access to electricity. Was told extension rain spouts would be replaced with longer ones, but they were not. Hentges were put on after the fact and appreciate that. They did not come in brown to match what I had so I didn’t have to spray paint them, but found a perfect match. One rain spout was not put on at time of installment, but service tech was sent out and one was installed, but was the wrong shade of brown. It is a short section, so not noticeable. It will do. On a scale from 1 to 10 for the roofing crew I would give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 on the gutter crew, I would give them a 6 1/2.

Waddle Exteriors employee Joe completed an exterior trim project on our residence. Joe's work was very professional and demonstrated that he is highly skilled. Joe's customer service skills are to be commended. I would highly recommend him.

We used Tony and his crew to replace our roof due to storm damage. Tony and the others were very friendly, and efficient and hard working!

Pedro and his crew showed up early, reroofed my house expertly and efficiently, and left me with a new roof by the end of the day. Rory and his crew replaced my gutter guards while I was at work. I would not have even known they had been there except for the beautiful new guards. Both crews left my space as clean as it was when they arrived.

Waddle exteriors repaired our home after a recent hailstorm. I was pleased with the communication between everyone and the insurance company. The crews that worked on site were top notch and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

Mr.Tanner Teske was very informative professional and through and explained in detail what he was doing and believe me that was very helpful I have never had anyone go into such detail as Mr.Tanner did. He pointed out things I never considered. Thank goodness for that! I am very appreciative of the time he spend on site. It really showed how experienced he is in the construction industry. I’ve been in the in industry for fifty years and this young man is very knowledgeable.

Waddle Exteriors and Roofing turned what could have been a roofing nightmare for the ~20 units of our subdivision into a slight distraction. The work ethic of the laborers was incredible, and they did an excellent job. The workers were also friendly and respectful of our property. The project manager, Audrey, should receive special kudos for her managerial abilities. She should run for political office: she has the smarts, inner fire and personality to get important things done for our broken society. Waddle is lucky to have her manage both big and small projects.

We had a wonderful experience with Waddle Exteriors & Roofing. From the first visit with Nate to Audrey's follow up with our insurances. Their two crews did an awesome job. Audrey was here from dawn to dusk every day with the crews making sure that all 20 roofs in our neighborhood were done professionally.

Pedro's crew did a fantastic job roofing our home and I definitely recommend them. They were friendly and worked hard. The materials arrived at our house right on schedule, and Pedro kept me updated on the project's timing, progress, and completion. They completed our large roof in 1-1/2 days and they cleaned up all of the debris. A few weeks later another crew resided our entire house in about 2 1/2 days. They did a great job too! I definitely recommend Waddle to everyone who asks about our beautiful home.

We contracted with Waddle to roof the 10 buildings included in the Greensboro Homeowners Association and the project was a smooth success. The coordinator Audrey and her crews were hard working organized and dependable thru the whole process.I can’t say enough about the cleanup which at times the area looked like a disaster but each night before they left it was cleaned up. Waddle replaced our storm damaged roof. The weather was extremely hot during the replacement but the crew worked hard and were very careful to clean up afterwards.

these guys are AMAZING few months back they did some work in and outside of our apartment complex and i had a fresh baby with medical issues and needed them to work around me do to not wanting to be in the home when they were they they went above and beyond and even gave us a gift card

I was at the IA State Fair on Saturday August 12th with my nearly 92 year old Dad.
My Dad is having hip pain and could not walk any longer, right when we got into the Varied Industry bldg.
My Dad's pain was so bad that he had to sit down immediately on the floor. I needed a chair for him, as people came running, thinking he had fallen down.
One insurance vendor refused to let me use his empty chair and your men at your booth were watching and they immediately brought their folding chair from their booth, out to my Dad!
They were so extremely caring and kind towards my Dad... What impressive men they were!

The process was easy to follow and communication was effective. Logan was knowledgeable and helpful in determining replacement items. Audrey answered all questions or concerns throughout the timeframe of repairs. Tony, Jose, and Elvin worked diligently and provided effective completion time. The last part of the process working with Tanner and Tyler helped us understand the finished job, billing, and insurance. Overall, we are very pleased with the projects completed.

Kelly Weber took many many pictures of hail and derecho damage to my roof and gutter toppers. He was very thorough and a very nice guy. I highly recommend this company. I’m very happy with my gutter toppers and glad he documented all the storm damage.

My roof had some hail damage and the same day I called them they fixed it up in about an hour. They were extremely nice and kind.

Kelly just stopped by to secure some shingles as per my request. In the process he noticed hail damage. He did a very thorough and extensive review of the roof and siding.

We will be forwarding photos of the damage to my insurance company and see what happens.
