Waddle Exteriors & Roofing - Story City, IA

Waddle Exteriors, and specially Jeremiah, took on a small niche job that I really needed to get done. We fought tight spaces, weather and deadlines to make it happen. The finished product is seamless - like nothing ever happened to my house’s exterior. Thank you Jeremiah and Waddle!

I went with Waddle due to the price, after I signed the contract with I didn't hear from no phone calls nor emails from them the ONLY time I heard them I had to call them to see what is going on to see when they would start working on my house, I got ghosted from the sales representative NECER got a single from the project manager when they was starting on the house I was going to tell my friends about them but the chances of that is VERY slim now....

I highly recommend Waddle Exteriors to anyone looking to replace their gutters/gutter guards. I would give them the most stars in any survey. I feel these are the best gutter guards on the market. Not only do they offer a superior gutter guard but Rory and his crew are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond when installing gutter guards for their customers. They take pride in their work and the fit and finish looks great when they are done. I can’t thank Rory and his crew enough for the great job that they did!

Jeremiah sided and and roofed my house and wasn’t even afraid of my crazy dogs he rubbed their bellies and gave them a treat each. He’s a good friend after the great work he performed on my home. Thank you Jeremiah for all your hard work!

We used Waddle Exteriors & Roofing to replace our roof and a window following a significant storm. The Waddle staff have been knowledgeable & friendly, very pleasant to work with. We have received excellent service. Many people walked us through the process, Tanner, James, and Blanca stood out. It does take a TEAM, so shot out to those who worked hard on our home, I just didn't know your name.

Dennis stopped by and helped us out with some siding on our house. Very respectful and professional. 10/10 would have him back again!

The person who answered the phone was helpful and professional and was able to schedule an onsite estimate for me in a very short amount of time. That appointment has occurred and now I am looking forward to getting the estimate from them.

I was pleased the crew came to flush out my gutter - but I had been frustrated with all the miscommunication. At the onset, your rep, Tyler came and we talked about my gutter cleaning request. He told me a team would come out and do so. This was a Thursday. I thought I might hear back on when this would be scheduled within a few days. After a week I hadn't heard, so I called to find out the status. The person on the phone told me he'd have Tyler call me. Never heard from him. Called again the next day, Friday. This person I spoke with told me that she would have Tyler call me. Never heard from him. Waited again - Monday, Tuesday nothing. I finally I call back again on Wednesday. I asked the person if I could have a different rep - since I've heard from Tyler - to work with. From there, I was told I would hear from someone by Friday. Well, the next day, Thursday, I got a text telling me they could come out today! I was told I didn't need to be home at the time, for them to flush out my gutters. Later in the day, I wasn't sure if the crew had come and took care of this - because my driveway (with a couple of the downspouts) did not appear wet. I did see my gate slightly open, so I was pretty sure they were here. I was assuming they were, but was hoping to get some call for assurance. Did it go okay? Were my gutters still in good condition? I was afraid they might have been full of dirt or silt. Thought I might get a call. Nothing. So then I called yet again, to find out any update. This time the person told me she'd have the crew member, Jeremiah, call me. And I was pleased that he followed through and did so! I asked him if there were any troubles or problems, and he said no - everything flushed out fine. Consequently, my main complaint is the lack of follow-through with communication.

This company was by far the most costumer oriented I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They were friendly and easy to talk to - they did a very thorough evaluation of the siding, the roof and were forthcoming on making sure they didn’t push me to file a claim that wasn’t in my best interest. If I do have to submit a claim in the future Waddle Exteriors and Gutter will be the first I call. Larry was extremely knowledgeable and so was Quinn - I really appreciate you guys, THANK YOU

I was quoted $800 to reseal roof fasteners and fix flashing to stop roof leaks. After three visits by Waddle, the leaks were never fixed but I was still charged the full amount. Giving two stars instead of one because they did at least make several attempts to fix the issue, even though they didn't.

Due to storm damage, service person Matt was sent to replace the damaged piece. Matt had it fixed in no time and did a very nice job.

Larry, Quin, James and the entire team did a great job for me with roof replacement, siding and windows. I appreciate their follow thru and helping me with the insurance company. They had a good team here. Thank you for your help. Jim Horstman

I would like to share my recent experience with Waddle Exteriors. We had gutter rain guards installed by Waddle 11 years ago. All was fine until recently when sparrows finally found an access to the gutters. Remembering closing comments at the time of installation about the warranty, I contacted their office in Story City to inquire about cleaning the gutters, as the warranty states that any work done with the gutters by anyone other than a Waddle employee would void the contract. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they would have someone over to clean them. Two days later, a young man, Rory, shows up to complete the job. In less than an hour the job is done, area cleaned and Rory is headed back to Story City, about a 75 minute drive from us. I will certainly contact Waddle Exteriors for any projects I have that will require their skills.

We had Jeremiah help us and he went above and beyond in my opinion as he was so personable, understanding, and a hard worker! We will definitely be referring folks to you guys and will use Waddle AND Jeremiah again ourselves!

Dennis and Jeremiah from Waddle did a fabulous job helping with a flashing repair today. I’ve been using Waddle for the last 21 years now and will continue to do so as they are a fabulous company that really takes care of their customers!!

We had new siding applied to our house many years ago. Lately with all the wind we have been having, a few pieces of trim and siding have come off. The guys still come out to fix our problems. I call that excellent service!
