Disappointing experience with SunMeta, particularly Garret. They promised to handle our insurance claim for a roof replacement, even if denied. However, after our claim was rejected, communication ceased except when we initiated contact. We were advised to switch insurers, but now we're unable due to the denied claim with State Farm. Not recommended, especially if insured with State Farm.

After posting my initial review on 1/17/2024, Garret from SunMeta reached out, explaining his absence and offering assistance. He provided a list of potential insurers and assured us that a new insurance company wouldn't be aware of our previous claim denial. However, upon investigation, it became clear that insurers can access this information, making coverage for our roof replacement unlikely. Despite giving SunMeta another chance, our concerns remain unresolved, leaving us solely responsible for covering the entire cost of replacing the roof. I'm reposting this review to share my updated experience and caution others, especially those insured with State Farm, about potential difficulties with SunMeta's promises and recommendations.

VP SunMeta, LLC did a beautiful job on my roof. The guys were very professional. They went right to work and the job was completed in one day as promised. They cleaned up afterwards. Kudos for a job well done SunMeta!!

VP SunMeta replaced my roof in March 2023. They explained every steps in detail that I didn't even know about, including the roofing materials that they we going to use. They also communicated with the insurance company on my behalf in order to get the most coverage for the replacement cost.

The level of professionalism and quality are top notch. When the work completed (which is expected to be in only 1 day), Giang did through out quality check just to make sure nothing was missed.

Giang and his team were awesome! Helped us deal with insurance, explained the entire process clearly and transparently, and his workers were efficient and respectful. Plus our roof looks amazing. We definitely recommend!

This company has done so much for my family and I that I don’t even know where to begin. First of all Garrett is the employee that approached us about our roof and he as been working his magic since day one! We have been trying to get it fixed and taken care of for months but no other company has tried as hard as Sunmeta. I love these guys and genuinely recommend them to anyone else who needs their roof replaced or fixed :)
