Vita Roofing

Would highly recommend Vita roofing! They were very quick to respond when a top part of fir tree snapped off and a limb punctured a hole in our lake home. Not only did they respond to give me an estimate for the repair work (which was very reasonable considering it being late on a Friday afternoon); but the owner called one of his main roofers, who was about 20 miles away, to come in and repair the roof - on the spot. They went out of their way to ensure that the roof was repaired and not exposed to elements without overcharging us because of emergency work. Took a huge amount of concern off of us.

Very unprofessional. I had contacted this company for a roughing leak that I wanted repaired fairly soon. He took down my name, my number, my email address and said that he would call me by the end of the week to set up a date for the middle or end of the following week. I patiently waited all week for a phone call and even give him two days into the following week. No response, no phone call, no email just totally ghosted by this company. They basically wasted a week and a half of a leaking roof on me.Shame on me for waiting so long but I trusted them. If this is how they handle their calls up front, I would hate to see how they handle their job once they got going. I had called another local rougher he was out the next day.
I wouldn't be so upset about these guys if they would have at least called and said they could not make it where they got busy or give me some kind of reason why I waited for almost a week for a phone call. They didn't bother to call me, obviously they think my time is worth nothing.
This is my review of this company, and I think it's time that we all start holding these companies accountable.

I scheduled an appointment with Jack and Cole to inspect my roof. Follow up and communication was EXCELLENT. I received both email and text confirmations of the appointment, a text the day before, and another text when they were on the way to my house. They arrived promptly and were very professional. I also appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. I definitely recommend Vita Roofing!

They stopped by to check out my roof since I'd noticed leaking earlier this week. They took a look and fixed the issue without a second appointment and gave info on the condition of my roof!

These guys are great!! They come when they said they were coming. It is so hard sometimes to get repair workers to come for small jobs. They treated us like we were a huge project. On our skylight they just did some calking instead of recommending a total replacement. Highly recommend.

Something told me I needed to have someone look at my roof. Good thing I did as it was discovered there was hail damage from a store in 2023 and I had about 6 weeks to get it replaced to get my full insurance amount. I contacted many firms but it was only VITA Roofing I really felt comfortable with. I first met with Clay and he explained what they do and how they install everything. He explained everything in a way that was not full of jargon and nonsensical terms a non-roofing expert would understand. I told him about the time crunch and he said they could meet those time line requirements, and they did. They kept me informed on the progress of the project and were on site to make sure everything went well. Clay and Jack would not rest until everything was made just right. it's why I went with Vita Roofing and why you should too.

Vita Roofing helped us replace the 20+ year old roof on our new home, and did an amazing job! Clay was great to work with. Very communicative, flexible, and informative throughout the process, and even with all the rain and weather delays, they still got our roof done in a timely manner. I had a leaky roof on my 1.5 year old house due to some poor practices of the original roofers. Clay came out the next day and repaired the leak. Since then it has rained almost daily with no issues. I'd highly recommend Clay and his team.

Clay and Jack did a FANTASTIC job on my roof. As you can see, my shingles were in shambles. These young men completed the job in 2 days. The color is perfect. They are polite, efficient, professional, great communication, picked up each day and they didn’t mind my puppies.
