John did a great job on my Concord NH hime. The new windows and doors transformed the look and added so much value! I highly recommend Visual Changes and am looking forward to having new vinyl siding.

John recently replaced the siding on our house and we couldn't be happier! Clearly he had incredible attention to detail and is committed to getting things done "right". His pricing was fair and when repairs were needed (for example when some of the plywood under the siding needed repairs), he was upfront and timely about those costs.

In addition, John replaced a couple of windows for us, and helped with finish work such as installing a few exterior lights.

I want to add that he did a good job of cleaning up after himself which seems like a small thing, but was much appreciated!

John did such a beautiful job, all new siding windows and doors, it looks like a brand new house, but most of all his attention to detail, he treated every aspect of the job like it was his own home and communicated the why's and where's perfectly. I could not be happier.

I have nothing but high praise for Visual Changes LLC and specifically John. We bought our house knowing it needed work. We contacted several siding and window experts only to learn they would not do the hidden repairs and we would need yet another contractor to do those repairs. This is not the case with Visual Changes, they pretty much do it all. John identified the rotten wood under our old siding, made the needed repairs at an affordable cost and finished this project in a very timely manner. Best of all he documented everything with pictures and he was very communicative. All that was just for the siding. He was even better with our deck. We feared the deck was on the verge of falling apart, it was, and John came up with a plan and another affordable estimate. We now have a beautiful Trex deck that will probably outlast either of us. Visual Changes also replaced our windows and doors and who knew a person could be so happy being able to effortlessly open and close window and doors. This has been the best home repair/fix up experience in my life. John was careful with our budget, kept us in the loop on everything he was doing, and made this project as stress free as possible.

John replaced our siding this summer and we were very pleased with his work.
1) He did the job right, not just quickly.
2) He was personable and friendly.
3) His attention to detail was excellent.
4) He communicated well. Understandably things get busy for contractors and timelines need to be fluid. John was very clear about texting and calling us with updates so we knew when he would be around.

John just finished our house that was built in 1964 and the transformation is amazing. He did the roof, the siding, replaced and added gutters, new garage doors, some new windows, front steps, and rebuilt the back deck, along with other repairs that were needed. His communication and ability to orchestrate the entire job was impressive to the point where we will be calling him first for any future help. His workmanship is top quality showing attention to the details that we would not even have thought of. He helped us work within our budget. It always felt like his standard was high, only producing work that he would want on his own home. We highly recommend Visual Changes for anyone who wants fair pricing, high quality and great customer communication.

Visual Changes worked on our house this past Spring (2020). The roof was replaced, old siding removed, many windows replaced and new siding installed. John is professional, honest and provides good information that allows you to make the best decision as the project moves along. John pays attention to detail and the finished work is amazing! John was super responsive and friendly from the start. We met with several companies (both big and small) to get quotes on new windows, and John was the one we felt was the most honest/trustworthy with a good product and competitive price. He held true to his estimate and timeline, working EXTREMELY fast with his son Zach. They installed 14 windows in under 8 hours, and even fit in some unexpected trim work a few days later, which was also done efficiently and under budget. As first time home buyers my husband and I are cautious of who we go with on all our home improvement jobs, and we're so thrilled to have had such a wonderful experience with Visual Changes! John of Visual Changes previously did the roof on our house back around ’09. After we got an estimate from another company for windows and siding last year that was rather cost prohibitive compared to what that company would have replaced/repaired (which didn’t seem like much), we contacted John.

John gave us an estimate that was a little more in line with what we were thinking and also took into consideration any repairs that would be needed as siding came off (we weren’t sure what issues there might be but we suspected the worst). John literally took care of this house as if it were his own and took care of obtaining additional contractors for subsequent repairs/work (we needed some electrical work done and new insulation added to the attic space). The worst thing you can have when having work done on your home is any lack of trust with your contractor. We trusted John completely and knew the project was in very capable hands. We are very happy with the final results.

We would highly recommend Visual Changes to anyone who is looking to have windows/siding done on their home. We’ll also be keeping John in mind for future projects!
