Vision Roofing - New Albany, MS

Contacted them to see about a leak around my water heater exhaust (gas heater). Had issues with rain running down along the vent and sequentially on the underside of roof and running down wall, one room over. I've had two people to come out and "patch" it. Michael Dix came out as their representative. He got on roof and immediately noticed wind and hail damage to roof. Looked like someone had dumped sand into my gutters (grit from shingles). House is a new construction (four years old). I contacted insurance company, they sent a claims adjuster out, he approved the claim, he/insurance company cut us a check, my wife and I signed and gave Michael the check. Normally, you'd have to contact your mortgage company and have to mail them the check for them to endorse it, as well. But, by Vision handling it, we didn't have to make a single call, then handled all of it. Four days later the materials showed up...couple of days after that, a crew showed up, took all shingles off, barriers, put all shingles into trailer, put new barrier down, shingles, vent collar/shroud, cleaned up, used magnet to pick up nails and gone. Seemed like there was 10 people on my house as well. I had 30 year architectural shingles on house and was upgraded to a better shingle. There were two small issues after job, not huge and they were corrected immediately within a few days. Warranty on shingles as well. All in all...great job...the two issues, were minor...roof was on within days.
