We had some water stains on our ceiling and were worried it was our roof. They diagnosed the problem easily, showed pictures so we could understand the issue. Booking the work was easy, and the work was done well.

We also wanted an attic door and attic ladder put on. I quoted with (other) handymen, but they wanted me to buy and size the door, which I had no clue how to do. These guys were great, sized it, bought it, moved a light fixture to fit it, put in a platform and attic tent. All the trim and painting and drywall work. Just all in one...painless.

We were also having another issue that I was pretty sure was HVAC related, but they went above and beyond to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem with me.

At no point did they try to upsell me on anything, and they took the time to explain why things were the way they were. If there was ever any confusion between me and the workers, the supervisor would immediately call me and we'd get it sorted. Also very responsive to text messages. We had a slight miscommunication on scope of work at one point and the supervisor made sure to make it right.
