We have worked with Blake and VIP Services for over 15 years. He and his team are easy to work with and have done a great job for us on multiple projects including interior painting, a bathroom renovation, custom millwork and general handyman repairs.

We did the handyman for a day offer - and that worked out great! We had a lot of those little tasks completed that add up over time including patching up and painting doors and baseboards. This is our 4th time to use VIP and they do a great job every time!

Referred VIP to do a small fence project around some pool equipment. The design blends well with the home, paint color is a match and the boards were spaced to allow ventilation for the pool heater.

Blake and his team have done multiple jobs for us. They've worked on our home doing more minor handyman type activities as well as some more detailed flooring work. They have also worked on a couple of my rental properties doing make-ready and other restorative activity to make the properties look sharp for our new incoming tenants. They've also done a bigger project for some friends of mine in which they created a "man cave" type facility adjacent to the house in which little projects can crafted and enjoyed. These guys are detail-oriented, professional, trustworthy, and do quality work. I had a home remodel done through this company. It was a horrible experience because the work was incomplete and I have damages that the owner has not addressed. I have asked for his insurance to make a claim and it has not been provided. Instead the owner has offered to pay me money to remove my review which I will not agree to. As an attorney I strongly urge everyone considering to use this company to do their research and find someone else. Thanks!

We had just moved out and needed to get the home on the market ASAP. Jose was awesome! He did both exterior and interior caulking/filling and touch-up painting, along with additional small repairs. He totally repainted 1 ceiling and 1 room, and helped us match paints to avoid totally repainting the other rooms. He was fast, and the work was great. 3 days later, it was ready to go!

I have used VIP on many occasions for home repairs, flooring and bathroom remodeling. All jobs completed with great results!

Would only recommend this company to people that I'd want to ruin their month or in this case a year. Just kidding, even I wouldn't do that to somebody. Way over estimated time frame due to their errors. Quality/workmanship/craftsmanship - that of a beginner. Over priced for what is provided. Owner is unprofessional and does not take responsibility or ownership of his crew's mistakes. Communication is terrible.

They are pretty good at the time of quoting but once you sign the contract they seem to have a different attitude; I think especially if the job is relatively small ( mine was about $12k).. also they will nickel and dime after starting work to a extent that we ended up paying quite a bit more than what was originally quoted and took a lot longer which is may be ok if the charges are discussed prior to performing the work and approved by customer.
A lot of the changes were not even discussed and their subcontractors just did the work without any prior discussion or approval. Not all their subcontractors knew English which made it difficult to communicate with them and owner of this company went mia till the time came to invoice ( most likely because job was not big enough is my guess)

Some of the work was ok but their tiling subcontractor was pretty bad. I would recommend staying away from them.

Also they can get pretty rude if you ask them for clarifying all the additional charges that they apply.

So work not stared yet. Blake n his team dealed with insurance and helped insurance to understand problem. He talked back n forth with me n insurance. God sent people. All staff is professional and reasonable.

Exceptional detail and quality from start to finish. Highly and unequivocally recommend. First project just completed, and we are already retaining VIP Services for our second project.

We had a great overall experience with VIP Services, and were pleased they took on our project. Ours was not a typical situation, as it involved undoing and redoing unsatisfactory work from others and then making everything right; so while it was not a complete bathroom reno, it was more complicated in many aspects, due to needing several contractors. This made scheduling frustrating on our end, given all of the moving parts that were dependent on one another. Blake assessed our situation in person beforehand, and gave us a clear plan of action at an excellent price. Every contractor was professional and an absolute expert in his specialty. We will definitely continue to use VIP Services for our future contracting needs.

Blake is a fraud, thief and not a contractor! Filing criminal charges for contractor fraud! Stole 36 k from us and never showed up again for 9 months! Hired an attorney to sue in civil court. No answers to any letters. Sent us a $795.08 refund! DO NOT USE PROSOURCE his supplier. They pay 10 to 15% kickbacks to Blake plus he adds 40 % to cabinet price.

We have used VIP Services with two different houses over the past 15 years. We have been very happy with their work. They have good communication and we trust them. We will definitely use them in the future for any repairs we may have.

We have worked with VIP many times over the years on many projects (inside and out) for our home. We can't say enough! They listen to our wishes and concern and are so attentive to detail and scheduling. VIP is everything you want when tackling home repair, renovation, whatever. The finished product is always even better than we imagined.

My kitchen was redone began in Jan. The work done by the company employees was wonderful. Ran into issues with subcontractors on countertops and backsplash tile. Dealing with Owner with problems can be challenging. Did get the job finished up and it is nice. With the problems it took a total of 6 months to complete. I wasn't prepared for that. I am very glad its complete as I am sure they are too. Marcus, Diane, Juan, and Tara do a great job. They are exceptional at their job. They make the company.

I had rotten fascia on the west side of my home, and the gutters were ready to fall off. Since this area of my home bordered the back yard of my neighbor, I wasn't aware of the damage until the tenant renting the property alerted me to the problem after the February 2021 DEEP FREEZE.

Blake Vincent gave me a quote for the following work items:

* Remove gutters (approximately 55 ft. in length)
* Remove/Replace fascia board and replace with Concrete Hardie-Siding or Smart-side product
* Re-install existing gutters. Caulk/seal gutters.
* Paint repairs at gutters and fascia board.

I told Blake Vincent that I could provide an 8 ft. ladder and a gallon of paint for the project.

The project was completed in two days (March 1st & 2nd, 2022). I was very impressed with the work that the crew member ("J") did to complete these repairs. He showed-up on time at 8 a.m. each morning and worked diligently throughout each day. He also let me know when he'd have to leave the project to purchase additional items to complete the repairs.

"J" had extensive knowledge on how to complete the repairs and had a keen attention to detail, such as making sure the gutters were sealed before he would apply the last coat of paint.

I was very pleased with the work that was done by "J" and was amazed that the project was completed within two days (plus, no new gutters needed to be purchased for the project!). I will definitely use VIP Services again for future home repairs!

We've used VIP services for two large projects at our home and plan on using them again for future projects.

They did a great job painting the outside and some of the inside of my house. The workers were very nice and professional. They were here at 8:00 AM and worked all day. I would highly recommend them.

We had a fairly small project to repair some drywall and baseboard in our master closet. Blake and his team at VIP treated our small project with as much importance as a big project. I really appreciate their professionalism.

We used VIP Services to replace an old unused patio door with windows. The team was professional, on time and answered all of our questions. The work was done on schedule and the result was great.

VIP did a great job in our remodel project. They were on tine everyday and kept us informed on the progress at every turn. They designed our new shower and helped with the kitchen design. They did everything from floors to cabinets to lighting and appliances. They are every at solving design and construction issues on the fly. We are very pleased with the result.

I had Blake and team remove a window and install a patio door and screen door. They had to cut through brick on the exterior and re-trim. They also installed an exterior light with switch. The job was completely in a timely manner. I had a 2 minor tweaks that needed to be done a month or 2 after the work was completed and they came to repair 1-2-3. I did any painting on my own so I cannot comment on that aspect of work. They left the area tidy and took extra precautions to keep my home clean during and after their work.

Blake and his company was really great to work with. He renovated our master bathroom and installed modern recessed lights all around our house. The bathroom is amazing. Very spa like. Blake takes the time to listen to you. He'll walk you through everything and will have as many conference calls and/or visits needed. He fields all your questions and will does his due diligence in finding the right material for your needs. His team is great. Detail oriented and will always rework anything that doesn't look par. Their quality is very high. We've had other renovations from others before and they pale in comparison. Blake and the VIP team overall are great.

VIP is an excellent contractor! His team was always a little early, always professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing. They met all my expectations and more! The staining of my kitchen cabinets turned out perfect. I am now having them come back to remodel my bathrooms! Highly recommend!

VIP renovated our Kitchen, Master Bath and Family room and did an INCREDIBLE job! From the first time we met with Blake Vincent it was obvious that he cares about his customers and his business. We got several bids and VIP pricing was competitive and the bid very detailed.

His staff was timely, professional, polite and very clean! Juan (Site Manger) was here daily to oversee the team to ensure our expectations were met (they were actually exceeded!). All changes were discussed in advance and agreed upon prior to completion. There were NO surprises during the process which is rare in home renovations.

We worked with VIP just before quarantine started, and we were very impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, prompt replies, and over all quality of their work. Blake was very good with knowing every detail. He had great recommendations to help the house look better. We are painting the entire inside. Walls trim doors and cabinets. William has been a great leader in the house and communicates daily. they were very careful in moving and wrapping the furniture and so far no damages. I would certainly recommend VIP after this great job!!

I looked for a good contractor to work with for over a year, and I finally found it in Blake. His team took down a wall, painted the entire house and put in new flooring! The team showed up on time every day. They were professional and got the job done. The team was great to work with! Blake was able to help us plan our project (covered patio/gabled awning) so that we got exactly what we wanted. Used VIP Services on 3 jobs on my house over the past few years. They did quality work and any discrepancies i noticed were taken care of promptly.
At least in my case Blake always personally came by to inspect the work and address any questions i might have.

A few years ago a friend referred VIP to me for some minor painting. We were so pleased with them that we knew they would be the one to call for more extensive remodeling. One again we were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I used this company to replace an attic stairway and provide an opening for a mini split AC unit for my garage. very professional company and the installation work was perfect!. They kept me informed of what was happening and when they were coming etc... Billing was easy and payment was using an Intuit quickbook payment online. would not hesitate to use them again!

They are easy to connect with by both phone and internet. All the work performed so far has been of good quality and done in a timely manner.

Several years ago I used VIP Services, Inc. to paint the outside of my house. They did an excellent job. They came on time and worked all day for two days, calked all the holes and cracks before painting, did a perfect job on painting the trim which was a contrasting color, and never left a mess. The price was half of another contractor I received a quote from at the time. Everyone was very professional. Next time I need home improvements, I will call VIP Services.

This was the second time we’ve used VIP and they did a great job again. Working with Juan and his crew was a pleasure. Great job guys. I would recommend VIP to anyone and will use them again for our next project.
