Jesus and Froy were very helpful in a very stressful situation. They did everything in their power to fight our insurance and get us a full roof replacement even when insurance denied the first time.

Marco Santibanez did an outstanding job repairing my roof before selling my home. He quickly assessed the damage, provided a fair and accurate estimate. Completed the repairs with top-notch workmanship. His expertise with steep roofs was evident, and he ensured everything was up to code to pass inspection.

These guys are excellent. They are not like the typical roofing company that tries to squeeze every dollar out of you; instead, they focus on building a long-term relationship with you. Hugo (their salesperson) openly discussed the pros and cons of the different options, instead of trying to force you to spend more and more. He was all the way making sure that things were done correctly, keeping things clean, and even talking to the neighbors to inform them about the repairs.

Str8Forward did my initial inspection a few years back for insurance purposes. During the most recent storm in early February 2025, I woke to water coming into my living room. Froy had Marco over to my place that same morning to evaluate the damage, and within 48 hours my roof was repaired...and actually above and beyond what I expected.
The team discovered a little extra damage that wasn't able to be seen until my metal roof panel was removed off the decking. They fixed that, removed the old wind turbines (where the leaks were coming in from), put on brand new matched metal panels, replaced a bunch of R-Panel screws, and installed a brand new and more efficient ridge vent. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Marco and his 3 brothers and other members of his family completely redid the exterior of our Condominium. We are a group of 8 units. They began 9/24 and completed in 1 mo. A new roof was installed, flashing, chimney and stucco repaired and painted etc. They-are excellent communicators, were there supervising workers daily, and did excelkent work. Their workers were polite and the clean up was thoroughly done. Also they protected our property very well during demolition. They communicated welll witj our insurance company. This was a big job!

We worked closely with Eddy and he was always available, very professional and kind, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our house was fitted with a very good looking new roof and several pieces of new decking in one day. They were fast, neat and tidy, and affordable. The rain gutters were installed next day, as promised, and look great, as well. We won’t ever shop anywhere else again. Thanks for the hard and very good work!

Froy and his team were very professional when replacing my roof two weeks ago. Everybody was friendly, and Froy was on site most of the day. He updated me with photos during the entire process, which was very eye opening. There was issues with proper attic ventilation and proper flashing on multiple parts of my roof. They added 5 rooftop vents, replaced water damaged wood around the gable vents, and properly placed waterproofing layers beneath the new heavy duty shingles. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything nicely, and used magnets to find any old roofing nails the tarps did not catch. I highly recommend Str8forward roofing for all of your roofing needs.

What a great experience it was working with Str8forward Roofing. From the first meeting, Marco from sales and customer service was spectacular. They worked with my insurance company, and it went seamlessly. They worked around my schedule and contacted me frequently to check on me. Eddy is the best. Tuesday I called him at 1:00 after those vicious storms. Shingles torn off my roof. Four hours later he was here, had something set up in ten minutes. Before 7:00 my roof was good as new.

Great customer service, seamless process, walked us through each step. They literally got all of the roofing done in one day! Highly recommended and communication is great!

I can't recommend this company high enough. My six year old roof had a leak. I called and they came out. They inspected the ceiling, went in the attic and climbed on my two story roof. They took plenty of photos showing the substandard on my roof and a few hail dings.. A row of nails should not be sticking up like a rusted mushroom farm. They also explained why three tab shingles aren't necessary the best for North Texas. Oh, the previous roofers even left a crowbar up there! They patched the leak with a silicon compound. Yes, it is a temporary fix.

I need a roof and will certainly replace it in the future. These folks are at the top of my very short list of roofers.
