New View Roofing - Allen, TX

I called New View Roofing, to see if they could recommend someone to fix my chimney that was damaged from high winds that we had a few weeks ago in the metroplex. I talked to Tom Longville and to my surprise he remembered my address from the roof install he assisted my late husband with in 2021. I was able to send him pictures of the Chimney. Tom was absolutely wonderful. He was able to explain the process, I told him to add me to his schedule. In a few days my repair was professionally completed. The wonderful experience we received in 2021, is the same wonderful experience I just received a few days ago. By the way, I asked them, due to the high winds if they saw any roof damage. The roof they installed in 2021 is stillvin excellent condition, there's not one missing or loose shingle. I highly recommend.

Tom Longville was recommended to us by a friend who is a custom home builder. He is honest, hardworking with midwestern values. He’s the guy you want assessing your roof damage and providing quotes and solutions. We had builder defects that were just inexcusable and Tom and his team diagnosed and addressed. We trust him 200%. His team is communicative and professional. We especially love Leo and Linda! It’s been an A+ experience working with them twice! We don’t know what we would’ve done without them!

I was very impressed with New View Roofing's work. I'm a real estate agent and the have come in quickly during the option period to provide quotes for my clients. In addition to that I used them on a leak I had in my own home. They gave a very reasonable quote and were done quickly. The roofer who did the repair realized that the problem was the gutter and fixed that as well as the roof so I won't have long term issues. Easy to work with and I'd used them again.

Tom Longville did an awesome job on my roof last year. My property sustained damage from a hail storm, and Tom replaced and upgraded my roof, the gutters, and even repaired my fencing. He was extremely communicative and helped navigate everything with the insurance company. He and his team did great work and even returned after the fact to make some minor adjustments to ensure the job was done right. Scheduling was prompt, and the work was done expeditiously. His team cleaned up well. The process was a breeze, highly recommend.

Tom came out to look at our roof after the most recent hail storm! We have not had our roof replaced since the house was built, totally expected for him to come back and tell us we need a whole new roof! But that was not the case, our roof is perfectly fine!!! I was referred to Tom Longville, by a builder friend, to change out the vent stack to a larger one that would match the size of my kitchen exhaust pipe. They showed up on time, did an excellent job, left a clean site and did it for a fair price.

These guys are a solid company. Glad we choose them over the others in the area! Friends of ours choose some of the more popular ones and found their work to be spotty and rushed. I called Tom Longville on a Thursday and he was at the house Friday morning. Storm knocked off some weather stripping on our shed-shaped roof. He pointed out what needed to be done and explained how repairs would be different than on a gable or hip roof.
