VIP ROOFING & CLAIMS

Would not recommend this company to anyone. I would not even give them 1 star but I had to so that I could post this. They do not follow instructions from homeowner or per insurance replacement estimates. They have no regard for landscaping and fixtures and do nothing to protect them even though it was discussed thoroughly before the job was started and was given assurances that they would protect them. They are like a bunch of vultures canvasing an area going door to door to drum up business after a storm. They take 3 months to complete paperwork with insurance company and then want payment immediately. They try to collect from you for items that they did not replace and low ball you on items that were broken (they haven't even asked for an invoice on what it cost or how much to install it). There are plenty of other companies out there that are rated by the BBB and your insurance company. Drive around and look at what other companies are doing when replacing roof. I wished I had found this other company before letting this group on my roof as the other company was using boards to cover windows, doors and landscaping to protect them. I am having the insurance company come back to re-evaluate the roof to make sure things were actually done correctly and that I won't be having leaks or shingles flying off anytime soon.
