I had made an arrangement to have a guy (Randy) come out to give an estimate to redo the front steps. He was suppose to come out between 1130 and noon today and I've heard nothing. I've sent messages and he didn't respond. The guy that passed this project did the same thing. So this company and sunshine decks are both not fairing well for me . I'm glad that other people have had better experiences I have not.

Randy came out next morning for a bid on new front porch. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Worked with me from beginning to end communicating what was going on. Can't say enough good things about his employee Troy. He's the definition of a hard worker. Very professional job I couldn't be happier. They were great working with me on my budget.

We have been putting off building a new deck for a couple of years because, well, COVID. I found Randy on Google just by typing in Decks in Shawnee. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. It took him approximately 2 weeks to go from tear down of the old and building of the new. He does what he can to save you money and has great ideas in designing a deck. As with any construction project, we had a couple of issues when the old deck was pulled off. He recommended other people to help us out with those issues and everyone was great. Randy replaced our old deck for us. He responded quickly to our request for an estimate and his bid was better than any others we had received. He gave us his bid quickly after coming out to discuss with us what we were wanting in our new deck. Both the final cost and timeframe he gave were accurate to his initial given cost estimate and timeframe. I got four bids to replace an existing deck. After meeting with all four companies I chose Pro Deck & Design. I must state that Randy was a pleasure to work with. He did precisely what I wanted in both designing and replacing my old deck and at a price that was highly competitive. He was prompt in returning my calls, answering my questions and finished the job on time. Randy completely cleaned up the area as if he hadn't been there at all. I now have a beautiful new deck and I would highly recommend his firm.

Randy initially showed up on time to go over my project answer my questions. Everything was going well and he even went out of his way to pick up sample composite decking board colors for me. After the second meeting when he dropped off the samples I never heard from him again. I called and texted and got no response. The only thing I can think of that might of scared him away was my insisting of a permit being pulled for the work.

Randy did not show up or call to say he would not make our arranged time for the estimate. When he did come out to look at the deck, he said he would have the estimate to me in two days. 12 days later, no estimate. I called and left a message. No response.

Randy and his crew just finished restoring and adding to our existing deck. They were prompt, prices were fair, and the job was completed in under 3 days! We are very pleased with the quality of work and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a job done right! Thanks Randy!

Randy is one of if not the worst business men I have ever delt with. Called to have bid on a new deck. I made an appointment for sunday evening after a no call no show I found that very unprofessional but I let it slide after recieving a text stating confusion with the date. We rescheduled for a new date and time and again no call no show. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We just had our deck replaced and expanded by Randy. He was fair and competitive in price, replacing parts of our deck which were rotting...and not found by other contractors who gave us quotes for more $$. Our finished deck is great - he was able to create what we described, and we now have additional outdoor living space which we are already taking advantage of. What impressed me the most was he always followed up with us, beginning from providing the initial quote, all the way through the finished product. Many of the contractors we talked to, we had to hound to get information from them...even when they knew we had money to spend. Randy wanted our business and followed up to make sure we were getting what we wanted. I would definitely work with him again.

Working with Randy was an exception experience. From design to build, I was impressed with Randy's responsiveness and quality of work. My build was the restoration of an existing deck and Randy was able to help visualize what we wanted the new deck to look like and the end product was exactly as imagined.
