Gripka Construction

We hired Gripka Construction for our home renovation. They did every thing from new siding, windows, doors, roof, gutters, driveway, new kitchen, covered deck, interior and exterior paint and installation for gas fireplace. Not to mention designing it all. We couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out! They are professional, clean and punctual! Lauren was awesome to work with on all the details and her kitchen design was on point! All of their crew was great also. Would highly recommend them!

We used Gripka to repair a lot of exterior wood rot and paint our house. From the start, they provided great communication and a clear proposal. They were flexible with our timeline and completed all the work much quicker than expected. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional. The quality of the work is exceptional and they left the jobsite better than they found it. We could not be happier with our freshly painted home and would recommend Gripka to anyone who wants high-quality work at a fair price. We hope to work with them again in the future.

We hired Gripka Construction for three major home renovation projects in the past year. They remodeled our kitchen, master bath and basement billiard room/exercise room. If there is a word for being more punctual than punctual, that is the definition of the Gripka demo crew. Next word that comes to mind would be perfectionists. All work was completed on time, with clear communication with all crews and Justin. Justin and Lauren provide a detailed timeline/schedule of who will be working on which part of the project so I knew who, what, where and when would be at our house. No sitting and waiting to see if someone would show up as I have experienced with other companies. Lauren was absolutely phenomenal to work with on the design aspect of the projects. She is very talented and understood what we wanted as a matter of design aesthetic and layouts. We have both painted cabinets and oak cabinets that turned out beautifully - I would highly recommend them for cabinetry and painting. Gripka also gave very accurate budget estimations and we did not see those crazy, surprise additional costs that you so often hear about during remodels. We are still smiling about our beautifully remodeled home and are so glad we hired Gripka. Definitely recommend.

The painting of my mothers home in shawnee turned out much nicer than expected. All the process of the in home bid and estimate was very professional . They repaired all the wood rot, stained the deck, and painted the house. No worries about any mess or cleanup.Thanks for a great job. Mom is very satisfied

Gripka Construction painted our living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. What was estimated to take three days, actually took only two days. The painters, Eric and Perna, obviously take great pride in their work, and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the work performed. We recommend Gripka Construction highly.

The Gripka crew did a wonderful job painting the exterior of the house. It looks so fresh and new. The crew cleaned up nicely and we appreciated the design guidance on painting the trim a contrasting color.

Gripka did a great job painting our home in 2019 so we called them to paint our rental property. They did another supurb job. They were a friendly crew of guys who work very hard and did a great job in extremely hot weather. I highly recommend their company.

This was our second project done by Gripka. In May, they built us a most amazing deck. Justin and his crew are absolutely the best! This time we had our whole home interior painted. Ceilings,walls, doors, and trim. Katie is an amazing color consultant. She was very patient and helpful. With her guidance or older house now looks updated and modern. Most of all, our home now feels like us. The painting crew was friendly and pleasant to work with. We couldn’t believe the care and concern they had for making sure we were happy with their work. Also, they showed greatest respect for our furniture, and wall decorations. Everything was carefully moved and replaced in its correct spot. We will definitely be calling them again next spring for an exterior paint job. I highly recommend Gripka Construction for all your interior and exterior projects.

We LOVED working with Gripka to have the exterior of our house painted and some wood rot replaced. Our project manager was super responsive and helpful, the crew lead was friendly, considerate and professional and the entire crew did a wonderful job and were just really great people who went above and beyond. For example they noticed a railing on our deck was loose unrelated to the project and fixed it just because, in addition to other similar ways of providing exceptional customer service. We loved how the house turned out and would recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors. We can't wait to work with them again!

Exterior paint job turned out better than I expected. Our 5 year old house looked very old due to poor quality builder paint. Justin's crew pressure washed the house, then showed up the next day to caulk all nails and seams in the siding. They proceeded to tape off all areas we didn't want painted with a crew of 5 people who were very professional. The paint job turned out great. If I were not moving out of state, I would hire Gripka construction again for other projects in the Kansas City / Leavenworth area.

We had Gripka Painting paint our main and second floor walls. Justin is very easy to communicate with and all procedures and costs were explained. His painters are punctual, friendly, clean and work quietly. The process went smoothly and the work is professional. We are very happy with the results and will be using them again on other projects!
