Vintage Roofing to the rescue!

We were having serious issues with a leaky roof and major condensation issues in our attic. We needed a new roof ASAP!

We contacted 5 roofing contractors, including Vintage Roofing. Mark, Lucas and their team were not only able to provide us with a new roof at a very reasonable price, but also to recommend an insulation expert to address our condensation concerns.

We are extremely happy with our new roof, which was completed in a very timely manner. Communication with Vintage Roofing was excellent at all levels, and far superior to other roofing companies that we contacted over the period. We are very satisfied with their workmanship and warranty policies.

Vintage Roofing replaced our roof in 2024. We had never had to replace a roof before so were not completely sure what to expect. What a good experience! The communication with Mark and the (hardworking) roofing team was timely and informative. The team was respectful of our property, showed up when they said they would, and the clean up each day was good. When one of our sun tunnels sprang a leak six months later, Lucas from Vintage came and inspected the cause (it was due to age, nothing to do with the roofing work), and Mark provided a competitive quote for replacement of both sun tunnels. Four days later we had new sun tunnels. That installation also was very well done, the interior workspace was well protected and the job was completed within four hours, as expected. We have recommended Vintage Roofing to friends because of our experience.

Vintage Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. From the beginning until the end, the communication was excellent. The entire crew lead by Les is courteous and hard working and they cleaned up their mess exceptionally well everyday and at the end of the project. All our questions were answered quickly and efficiently starting with Mark who was our first initial contact for quoting and answering all questions, to Lucas who scheduled the day to commence the project and confirmed all was ready to go with delivery of material and the dumpster. Vintage did a new asphalt shingle roof with new plywood on our 1939 home. Got 4-5 quotes and the cost was the most competitive but more importantly they actually answer the phone when you contact them, other companies did not. They did a number of extras for me without adding on charges. There were some complications due to the age and construction of our home and they took extra time trying to trouble shoot and give me options. The crew was friendly and not loud or rowdy at all. I'm very happy with the cost, finish and customer service of Vintage.

Lucas responded promptly to my request, with great communication and knowledgeable on roofing options. In future we will definitely reach out to Vintage Roofing and recommend.

In late December, 2024, we contacted this company due to a small but persistent leak in our master bedroom, along with similar issues in our sunroom. Mark kindly offered to take a look at these. Within a couple of days we were presented with a comprehensive and thorough $ cost estimate. After answering all of our queries and ??s we agreed to have Mark and his team perform the necessary work. His employees were on time, reliable, knowledgeable and respectful of our property as they tackled this job 5 days before XMAS. Mark was always quick to respond to our messages and concerns. The roof repair was completed on December 24th as promised and we now have no more water leaks along with a detailed statement outlining the work that was done ...... THANK YOU so much Mark !!

Highly recommend! Great communication and done quickly. This job was called out on Christmas Eve. Lukas and Mark responded quickly and got our leaky roof fixed. We will definitely use them again. They also followed up to make sure the job was watertight.

I’m very happy with the job Vintage Roofing did for me. They replaced my roof just in time for the heavy rain as well as my shed roof - all in 2 work days. Turns out my shed had a raccoon in the roof that they went above and beyond to fix for me last minute. They worked tirelessly and cleaned up very well after themselves. The guys were all very friendly and a pleasure to work with. As a bonus they let me borrow their magnet roller for a few days to continue going over my property and gravel driveway to ensure all rogue nails are caught and disposed. I really appreciated that for the extra peace of mind with protecting my vehicle as well as my children playing outside. As it seems to take several runs over the property to catch them all. Beautiful work and all the guys were very professional and joyful. Thanks so much to Mark, Les and the rest of the team. I haven’t taken any photos yet that I could post, but Les showed me the photos of their work and they did a really beautiful job. They went the extra mile to fix other parts such as the trim below the roof that needed fixing as well as making sure the gutters were cleaned. Great team of people, definitely recommend!

Mark, the owner of Vintage Roofing, came in at a competitive price and was very helpful in answering my many questions about replacing our 25-year old asphalt-shingle roof and our even older skylights. Lou, the foreman, and his crew were diligent in taking care of the details when installing our new roof and even went so far as to paint our chimney which definitely needed to be refreshed. Overall Vintage Roofing did a great job for us and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of new roofing.

Just had my roof replaced by Vintage Roofing. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and his guys did a great job. I had several questions regarding plywood as we're having solar panels installed, and he was honest and gave me loads of options so I could make an educated decision. I appreciated his honesty - hard to find these days. He provided me with physical samples to see for shingles. He was very responsive anytime I messaged him. His guys came and got the work done right away and cleaned up after. I had a few other quotes but Mark was by far the easiest to deal with and the most reasonably priced. Vintage Roofing is definitely the way to go!
