We have a massive and complicated roof. Vincent Exteriors tackled the job methodically, thoroughly and conscientiously. The roofing crew was very polite and hard working. They used quality materials and paid attention to the many details. The yard cleanup was important (nails, etc.) as we were having a yard party that weekend with about 20 kids under 6 years old. They walked the yard multiple times and picked up every bit of scrap. It was like they were never here, yet now we have a new, beautiful roof. Every text I sent before, during and after the project was answered quickly and professionally. You can trust your roof to Vincent Exteriors.

From start to finish the communication was always excellent and my frequent questions were always answered promptly, regardless of the time of day. They were very patient when my wife and I were debating what products and color schemes to use, even after we decided to change our mind after our initial meeting. We had our roof, siding, gutters and downspouts replaced. They certainly did not ignore the small details when remodeling our homes exterior either as they replaced all gable/roof vents, recapped windows/garage door, redid chimney/skylight flashing, and even installed new shutters and exterior lights for us. The crew was very polite and cleaned up very well given the amount of work that was done. After the job was complete I asked that they come back and add an additional downspout under one of the gutters and the crew returned the next day and completed this request without any hesitation. We had a great experience with Vincent Exteriors and getting our roof and gutters replaced. They were involved from the very start with meeting our home insurance adjuster to review the existing hail-damaged roof. Vincent Exteriors were timely with their delivery, installation, and communication around everything. After the fact, they were responsive to an issue that came up over a year later and sent out someone to assess and repair the problem. When I learned from my insurance agent that I could get my homeowner's premium reduced for grade 3 or 4 hail-resistant shingles, Vince was very quick to complete the required form. I'm overall very pleased with Vincent Exteriors for my roof and gutter replacement. I recommend them highly!

Vincent Exteriors is an amazing contractor. Our new roof turned out to be perfect, in every aspect. All leg work had been taken care by VE, estimate, permit, material recommendation and delivery, actual work and clean up. Even though the project had been planned and agreed upon last fall, all dates in March were kept with zero deviation. All roof work had been done in one day! Next day new gutters were installed and within less than 48 hours the whole house looked like new. On the top of that the price was very competitive. Vincent Exteriors was very easy to work with and it demonstrated to be the first class contractor. It's highly recommended.

Called to request a gutter and roof inspection after I noticed some possible damage after a storm. I was told an inspection occurred and damage was found. A representative came to my house to discuss the results which is when I learned no one had been on my roof or inspected anything. They insisted I needed to sign a contract and provide my insurance policy number and date of birth in order to do the “free” inspection. I declined and asked for an inspection to occur first so that I may see what if anything was damaged before speaking with my insurance. I was told to find another company. If you had water heater issues would you provide your credit card to the plumber and sign a contract before knowing the problem? No! Shady and unreasonable.

Vincent Exteriors did quality work for us in a timely manner. After they were finished, they cleaned up all the debris. The workers are courteous and professional.

They removed all the old flashing, and installed new flashing around my chimney and where my garage roof meets my home siding, to seal up any possible leak points. They painted the brick façade to the front of my house at no extra cost. Also, at no extra cost, they installed two attic fans, gutter guards, and exterior lighting fixtures that I had provided. First time doing roof work in my house. Vincent Exterior came and explained the process first with the appraiser, insurance, and work.
I had to do very little in the process, Vincent Exteriors worked with my insurance and they kept me in the loop at all times.
My texts were promptly answered and all my questions were explained in a way I could easily follow.
Once the insurance approval was completed, they worked with me to pick a time frame for the repair.
Once a day was picked, they explained when the materials would arrive at my home and they also processed the permit from the village. The crew showed up at the date agreed and they worked nonstop that day and completed the roof. The next day the crew installed the gutters and walked me through a final inspection of the work.
They cleaned up the driveway and surroundings and made sure the house paint was left as it was before the work.
I am extremely pleased with the work completed, the communication, and how smooth the process go.

I have never had my siding or roof replaced before and was both worried about being taken advantage of and also of having bad work done on my house. The guys from Vincent Exterior (I think I worked/spoke with three in total) were very respectful of my time and compassionate about my concerns. They answered every question I had and were easily reachable by phone anytime something came up. There were a couple snags along the way for me in particular but as soon as I reached out and asked about it, they fixed it! I think that is important to note because sometimes things go sideways, you never really can predict, and it’s important to know that who you’re working with is going to put forth the effort to keep everything on track and make sure the process runs smoothly, and that was exactly what I experienced. The install team was extremely efficient and courteous while they were here. They took care to tarp plants and cover things to prevent damage.
