I had such a great experience with TTB.. Max & Michael were very communicative and always kept me in the loop. My roofs look very nice. They dealt with my insurance company and did the permits etc .. I highly recommend them.

TTB did a great job on my roof, gutters and downspouts amongst other issues after a bad hail storm last year. Ryan was great at explaining everything and was very helpful with the entire process. Frank K was the construction manager and was also great. I could not be happier with the final project.

TTB replaced all my windows and did an excellent job! I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail - they came out for an initial review of the job and then followed up with two visits to confirm all measurements. My salesperson, Ty, kept me updated on the time line for installation and a supervisor, Tyler, also checked in a number of times. I will need a new roof and siding in the near future and will definitely be using TTB again!

They were attentive and detailed from the beginning. They made several follows-ups and sent employees to speak with me whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a stress-free experience as they took care of everything. Very professional and transparent. Would use them again in the future.

I was hot and cold with Top To Bottom. I had hail damage to my roof and my initial experience with becoming a customer was very easy and communicated well. The work they did on my roof was well done and again, communication was very productive. At a later date they were to come out and replace my gutters. They just showed up with no communication and did half the job and left my house a mess. When I called to complain it took a few calls to finally get to Monica who was someone that could help resolve the situation. She apologized and credited me a fair amount for the mishap. When they came back to finally finish the job, again, the quality of work was there. I’d ask and make sure you have Frank as a project manager. When he was there, he went above and beyond to communicate and take care of your house and the project. He is the reason I went with 4 stars and not 3.

TTB was the best company I have ever worked with. There knowledge and expertise was simple unmatched. The entire experience was top notch.

I had a roof replacement done on my house by Too to Bottom construction , and it was the smoothest repair experience ever. They pulled permits scheduled the work and it was done on time. It was such a great experience I called them back to reside the west side of my house that suffered severe wind damage on Mother’s Day 2024, again a smooth painless transaction. I’ll definitely be keeping their contact information in my phone for future repair.

Huge shoutout to the TTB team from the front office all the way through the crew. Everyone is phenomenal and treated us like family.

Mat took the time to sit with us and explain the process from start to end, he was always available even when he was standing on a roof somewhere else and would come by to see how the projects were going. Frank was great to have on site and let us know how the projects were going and would help the crew and let us know the reasoning why they had to change the process a bit, which worked out better than their originally thought.

Allison, Monica and Maria are all stars when we called and always found the answers for us.

TTB makes you feel and treats you like a priority, they care about their work and you tell not only by the finished project but the employees there as well.

Editing my review, because I cannot reply to it and I'm realizing I misjudged. It has been only 7 months. Not nine. I take responsibility for that. However, please note the contract I signed with Frank saying that it was complete was on 8/27 and was just sent to insurance today. Sent after my google review and a very unsatisfied phone call yet again. So, we were not waiting for insurance as you replied. That is false. We were waiting on you. And when we waited on insurance earlier in the process, it is because it was written incorrectly and you were also trying to get money for siding, which was never agreed to as the siding was dented long before that and my honesty told you not to claim that.

Again as I mentioned to Allison ,the customer should not suffer because of a small amount of employees. Hire someone else. Communicate to the customers instead of promising it in a week back in September (I can post the text if you think I am mistaken on that being told to me)

Finally, four people to handle claims is less than a claim a day. Simple math. Again, if other job responsibilities interfere, hire another person for a more efficient office and don't make promises you cannot uphold.

Quality of the room - looks good to me. I'm no roofer but no complaints and the team working on it was very nice and professional. It's the office I'm having the issues with.

It has been nine months since my mother with dementia signed with this company. Since then my mom has died, the house has sold and we have been waiting nine months for it to finalize. Allison always apologizes but the truth is, on September 27th she told me it would be done in a week. It’s now November 22nd.

TTB did an excellent job on our home. We had damage from hail and they worked diligently with our insurance company to get repairs approved. Once they started they were quick, efficient, extremely friendly and always happy to respond to questions. Highly recommend them.

I recently just had a roof replaced on my house by TTB. Initially I was skeptical when they knocked on my door, however Cody and Ryan were extremely professional and knowledgable. They began to explain the process which ended up being fairly simple. Again, I believed this to be going too smooth and thought what’s the catch. There wasn’t any. I read all the fine print, but I didn’t need to because they actually explained it to me. They were very honest with the process and I felt like I was in good hands. Once the paperwork was complete, it took about a month for TTB to reach out to schedule. This was also within the time frame Cody and Ryan said it would be. Once the scheduling was done I had a new roof on my house within a week. Frank was my project manager during the construction phase. Since, I was unable to be home during the duration of the project Frank called numerous times to advise how the process was going. It took a day for my roof and a couple hours the next day for gutters. TTB upgraded my gutters as well. Overall the house looks great, and I am very happy with the outcome.

After our hail damage from a storm, I waited a little bit to see all of our neighbors and the siding companies and horror stories that came from them. A common pattern formed around Top to Bottom; no horror stories, no bad reviews, only happy customers. I knew that we had picked out our contractor. On the next day while I was outside, I happened to see Ryan Dufexes of TTB taking care of our neighbor. We got each other's attention, and he explained the whole process and how much of the minutia they would handle (literally all of it). Ryan periodically followed up, took care of us, and made this one of the easiest projects we ever undertook. The quality was phenomenal, the work was done quickly, and with minimal disruption. If you ever have storm damage, water issues, or general construction, I highly recommend Top to Bottom to take care of you; and I highly recommend that you ask for Ryan Dufexes.

I am recommending them, because they did good work in timely manner, and cleaned around my house. I had couple things on my punch list, that I wasn't happy. After contacting Rayan the crew come out, and they've corrected these couple issues.

We and many of our neighbors recently experienced hail damage on our home and of course our insurance denied our claim. Not being deterred, when I saw numerous Top To Bottom Construction signs in the area, I decided to give them a call to see if they could help. Ryan from Top To Bottom came out and discussed the process of appealing our denial. They came out to our home 3 times for a thorough inspection, then met with the insurance appraiser for a reinspection. With their report and estimate in hand they were able to successfully get my appeal approved! All this work was done at no cost to me. If you feel you claim was wrongly denied, give Ryan a call.

After a couple hail storms in the area we had numerous contractors coming to the door sharing their stories of how they can help us repair damages through our insurance company. I was hesitate at first but then saw all these blue top to bottom signs in my neighborhood! I knew they had to be good if so many neighbors trusted them. I was absolutely right! I spoke with Ryan a couple times on the phone and was taken away by his knowledge and expertise! I knew at that moment this is the guy I wanted to work with. He came over explained everything while we walked around my home and I told him let’s do this! We did a claim, Danny came and met with the adjuster and I got more things approved than I ever imagined! Great team work from these 2 men and I did nothing! They really care and explain everything along the way. It’s been so easy and I’m so glad I hired them! I would recommend Top to Bottom over and over again!! Believe me you will not be disappointed!!

We couldn't be happier with the outcome. There were many companies that came into our neighborhood and pitched the insurance work. After speaking to several neighbors who had Top to Bottom Construction do their houses, we decided to go with them. They were heads and above all the other companies. Their trucks and the finished product even looked better and more professional.

Danny and Ryan were fantastic in helping us through the entire process including multiple visits from insurance adjusters and overall coordination from start to finish.

Myself and I'm sure fellow neighbors would rather not be bothered by you going around ringing doorbells in attempts to solicit business. When you get several roofing companies knocking at your door - it gets annoying. I do have the capability of picking up the phone and asking for help if need be.

Top to bottom construction made the process of getting our siding replaced a breeze, Jeff Hain took his time with our insurance company when a previous company turned a blind eye at what needed to be done. Turned a partial replacement to a FULL replacement. We couldn’t be more happy!! Highly recommended!

This contractor is a scammer he took $16,000 from me and hardly worked on my house. He lied to the insurance saying that my roof was complete which it wasn't I have water marks where the water was leaking in side the house. He never showed up to do the work and has all materials and won't give them to me. He is scammer and takes your money and then calls your name when you fire him. He has been turned into the better business bureau and he will be investigated for all this. Please DO NOT use this Contractor he is bad news and also a scammer.

I used Top to Bottom for siding and roof repairs to my home. It was a timely effort due to dealings with state farm. Top yo Bottom did a fantastic job of dealing with insurance issues. The work done on my home was finally started and done amazingly quick. They kept me informed through the entire project. There wss serious storm damage to my home. Great working with the whole team from TTB, they were very professional and stood by what was agreed from the start. They handled the insurance company all the way even when insurance wasn't doing what they were suppose to. Would call them again in heart beat. But God willing I will have no more weather damage.

I typically don't leave reviews but i will have to here since they really annoyed me. I was first contacted by TTB with a knock on the door. The guy Bill (No longer with the company) told me about the process of filing through the insurance and getting the claim. He assured me that they will try their best to get everything done in the next 6 months and won't drag this on. Well at first everything moved really fast our insurance company approved a claim (covered partial repairs) and i was told that now the negotiations will begin. This was in May of 2023. After a month in June i reached out to Bill and he told me that they are working on a rebuttal and will submit that to the insurance company. I waited another 2 months and contacted him in August 2023, to which he told me they just submitted something to management and are waiting on insurance company. 2 weeks later my insurance company person contacts me asking me how the process was going to which i asked him you tell me as we are waiting on you guys. He was really surprised as he told me they never received anything from TTB. After hearing this i contacted Bill again and he told me oh we sent it to someone else by mistake we will send it again to the contact person. Another month goes by and i contact Bill late in September, he tells me that he can't find the file that contained the rebuttal and is trying to locate that. At this time i got really suspicious of him. I started calling him every day and i noticed he started avoiding my calls. 2 weeks later in October he sends me a message telling me that he is no longer with the company and i should contact someone named Megan with her contact number. I started calling Megan immediately but every time i would call her i would be told that she is in a meeting and i can leave a message. This happened at least three times before finally i told them i don't want their services anymore and want to cancel. They told me i can send in the cancellation notice that was provided to me at the beginning. I just sent it yesterday and am hoping that without any issues they will cancel and let me take care of my roof with someone who is willing to give me some time. This whole process was a nightmare and took 9 months. I will provide an update once i call again to confirm that they have suspended our contract. I gave them 2 stars just because the process moved pretty fast in the beginning.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with TTB sales mgr. Jeff, and TTB project mgr. Frank, that I am compelled to let everyone know that if you are looking for a company that you can trust, a company that cares about your project and your satisfaction with their work, this is the company for you. Jeff walked with us through the entire process of getting our new roof and gutters. He was there to answer all of my questions, and showed concern for our concerns. Frank came out and inspected the job and also was through with any concerns or questions that we had. Overall, the job they did was amazing, and we could not have been more pleased with the work, and the staff. Thank you TTB and Thank you Jeff and Frank!

TTB was great to work with. Their staff kept us informed of each step of the progress of our reroofing.

The roofing crew was very professional. They arrived and set straight to work, stripping the old roofing and installing the new. When finished they thoroughly cleaned the yard of debris. They completed the job in 8 hours. Very impressive to watch them work.
