TTB did a great job on my roof, gutters and downspouts amongst other issues after a bad hail storm last year. Ryan was great at explaining everything and was very helpful with the entire process. Frank K was the construction manager and was also great. I could not be happier with the final project.

TTB replaced all my windows and did an excellent job! I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail - they came out for an initial review of the job and then followed up with two visits to confirm all measurements. My salesperson, Ty, kept me updated on the time line for installation and a supervisor, Tyler, also checked in a number of times. I will need a new roof and siding in the near future and will definitely be using TTB again!

They were attentive and detailed from the beginning. They made several follows-ups and sent employees to speak with me whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a stress-free experience as they took care of everything. Very professional and transparent. Would use them again in the future.

I was hot and cold with Top To Bottom. I had hail damage to my roof and my initial experience with becoming a customer was very easy and communicated well. The work they did on my roof was well done and again, communication was very productive. At a later date they were to come out and replace my gutters. They just showed up with no communication and did half the job and left my house a mess. When I called to complain it took a few calls to finally get to Monica who was someone that could help resolve the situation. She apologized and credited me a fair amount for the mishap. When they came back to finally finish the job, again, the quality of work was there. I’d ask and make sure you have Frank as a project manager. When he was there, he went above and beyond to communicate and take care of your house and the project. He is the reason I went with 4 stars and not 3.

I had a roof replacement done on my house by Too to Bottom construction , and it was the smoothest repair experience ever. They pulled permits scheduled the work and it was done on time. It was such a great experience I called them back to reside the west side of my house that suffered severe wind damage on Mother’s Day 2024, again a smooth painless transaction. I’ll definitely be keeping their contact information in my phone for future repair.

Mat took the time to sit with us and explain the process from start to end, he was always available even when he was standing on a roof somewhere else and would come by to see how the projects were going. Frank was great to have on site and let us know how the projects were going and would help the crew and let us know the reasoning why they had to change the process a bit, which worked out better than their originally thought.

Allison, Monica and Maria are all stars when we called and always found the answers for us.

TTB makes you feel and treats you like a priority, they care about their work and you tell not only by the finished project but the employees there as well.

Editing my review, because I cannot reply to it and I'm realizing I misjudged. It has been only 7 months. Not nine. I take responsibility for that. However, please note the contract I signed with Frank saying that it was complete was on 8/27 and was just sent to insurance today. Sent after my google review and a very unsatisfied phone call yet again. So, we were not waiting for insurance as you replied. That is false. We were waiting on you. And when we waited on insurance earlier in the process, it is because it was written incorrectly and you were also trying to get money for siding, which was never agreed to as the siding was dented long before that and my honesty told you not to claim that.

Again as I mentioned to Allison ,the customer should not suffer because of a small amount of employees. Hire someone else. Communicate to the customers instead of promising it in a week back in September (I can post the text if you think I am mistaken on that being told to me)

Finally, four people to handle claims is less than a claim a day. Simple math. Again, if other job responsibilities interfere, hire another person for a more efficient office and don't make promises you cannot uphold.

Quality of the room - looks good to me. I'm no roofer but no complaints and the team working on it was very nice and professional. It's the office I'm having the issues with.

It has been nine months since my mother with dementia signed with this company. Since then my mom has died, the house has sold and we have been waiting nine months for it to finalize. Allison always apologizes but the truth is, on September 27th she told me it would be done in a week. It’s now November 22nd.

TTB did an excellent job on our home. We had damage from hail and they worked diligently with our insurance company to get repairs approved. Once they started they were quick, efficient, extremely friendly and always happy to respond to questions. Highly recommend them.

I recently just had a roof replaced on my house by TTB. Initially I was skeptical when they knocked on my door, however Cody and Ryan were extremely professional and knowledgable. They began to explain the process which ended up being fairly simple. Again, I believed this to be going too smooth and thought what’s the catch. There wasn’t any. I read all the fine print, but I didn’t need to because they actually explained it to me. They were very honest with the process and I felt like I was in good hands. Once the paperwork was complete, it took about a month for TTB to reach out to schedule. This was also within the time frame Cody and Ryan said it would be. Once the scheduling was done I had a new roof on my house within a week. Frank was my project manager during the construction phase. Since, I was unable to be home during the duration of the project Frank called numerous times to advise how the process was going. It took a day for my roof and a couple hours the next day for gutters. TTB upgraded my gutters as well. Overall the house looks great, and I am very happy with the outcome.

After our hail damage from a storm, I waited a little bit to see all of our neighbors and the siding companies and horror stories that came from them. A common pattern formed around Top to Bottom; no horror stories, no bad reviews, only happy customers. I knew that we had picked out our contractor. On the next day while I was outside, I happened to see Ryan Dufexes of TTB taking care of our neighbor. We got each other's attention, and he explained the whole process and how much of the minutia they would handle (literally all of it). Ryan periodically followed up, took care of us, and made this one of the easiest projects we ever undertook. The quality was phenomenal, the work was done quickly, and with minimal disruption. If you ever have storm damage, water issues, or general construction, I highly recommend Top to Bottom to take care of you; and I highly recommend that you ask for Ryan Dufexes.

I am recommending them, because they did good work in timely manner, and cleaned around my house. I had couple things on my punch list, that I wasn't happy. After contacting Rayan the crew come out, and they've corrected these couple issues.

We and many of our neighbors recently experienced hail damage on our home and of course our insurance denied our claim. Not being deterred, when I saw numerous Top To Bottom Construction signs in the area, I decided to give them a call to see if they could help. Ryan from Top To Bottom came out and discussed the process of appealing our denial. They came out to our home 3 times for a thorough inspection, then met with the insurance appraiser for a reinspection. With their report and estimate in hand they were able to successfully get my appeal approved! All this work was done at no cost to me. If you feel you claim was wrongly denied, give Ryan a call.

After a couple hail storms in the area we had numerous contractors coming to the door sharing their stories of how they can help us repair damages through our insurance company. I was hesitate at first but then saw all these blue top to bottom signs in my neighborhood! I knew they had to be good if so many neighbors trusted them. I was absolutely right! I spoke with Ryan a couple times on the phone and was taken away by his knowledge and expertise! I knew at that moment this is the guy I wanted to work with. He came over explained everything while we walked around my home and I told him let’s do this! We did a claim, Danny came and met with the adjuster and I got more things approved than I ever imagined! Great team work from these 2 men and I did nothing! They really care and explain everything along the way. It’s been so easy and I’m so glad I hired them! I would recommend Top to Bottom over and over again!! Believe me you will not be disappointed!!

We couldn't be happier with the outcome. There were many companies that came into our neighborhood and pitched the insurance work. After speaking to several neighbors who had Top to Bottom Construction do their houses, we decided to go with them. They were heads and above all the other companies. Their trucks and the finished product even looked better and more professional.

Danny and Ryan were fantastic in helping us through the entire process including multiple visits from insurance adjusters and overall coordination from start to finish.

Myself and I'm sure fellow neighbors would rather not be bothered by you going around ringing doorbells in attempts to solicit business. When you get several roofing companies knocking at your door - it gets annoying. I do have the capability of picking up the phone and asking for help if need be.

This contractor is a scammer he took $16,000 from me and hardly worked on my house. He lied to the insurance saying that my roof was complete which it wasn't I have water marks where the water was leaking in side the house. He never showed up to do the work and has all materials and won't give them to me. He is scammer and takes your money and then calls your name when you fire him. He has been turned into the better business bureau and he will be investigated for all this. Please DO NOT use this Contractor he is bad news and also a scammer.

We used Top & Bottom for our roof, gutters and downspouts. Bruce, Matt and Ryan were the best to work with. Each crew that came out to do our work was very professional and friendly and answered all our questions. Our neighbors are going to be using Top and Bottom for their roof this spring.

The work done on my home was finally started and done amazingly quick. They kept me informed through the entire project. There wss serious storm damage to my home. Great working with the whole team from TTB, they were very professional and stood by what was agreed from the start. They handled the insurance company all the way even when insurance wasn't doing what they were suppose to. Would call them again in heart beat. But God willing I will have no more weather damage.

I typically don't leave reviews but i will have to here since they really annoyed me. I was first contacted by TTB with a knock on the door. The guy Bill (No longer with the company) told me about the process of filing through the insurance and getting the claim. He assured me that they will try their best to get everything done in the next 6 months and won't drag this on. Well at first everything moved really fast our insurance company approved a claim (covered partial repairs) and i was told that now the negotiations will begin. This was in May of 2023. After a month in June i reached out to Bill and he told me that they are working on a rebuttal and will submit that to the insurance company. I waited another 2 months and contacted him in August 2023, to which he told me they just submitted something to management and are waiting on insurance company. 2 weeks later my insurance company person contacts me asking me how the process was going to which i asked him you tell me as we are waiting on you guys. He was really surprised as he told me they never received anything from TTB. After hearing this i contacted Bill again and he told me oh we sent it to someone else by mistake we will send it again to the contact person. Another month goes by and i contact Bill late in September, he tells me that he can't find the file that contained the rebuttal and is trying to locate that. At this time i got really suspicious of him. I started calling him every day and i noticed he started avoiding my calls. 2 weeks later in October he sends me a message telling me that he is no longer with the company and i should contact someone named Megan with her contact number. I started calling Megan immediately but every time i would call her i would be told that she is in a meeting and i can leave a message. This happened at least three times before finally i told them i don't want their services anymore and want to cancel. They told me i can send in the cancellation notice that was provided to me at the beginning. I just sent it yesterday and am hoping that without any issues they will cancel and let me take care of my roof with someone who is willing to give me some time. This whole process was a nightmare and took 9 months. I will provide an update once i call again to confirm that they have suspended our contract. I gave them 2 stars just because the process moved pretty fast in the beginning.

I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with TTB sales mgr. Jeff, and TTB project mgr. Frank, that I am compelled to let everyone know that if you are looking for a company that you can trust, a company that cares about your project and your satisfaction with their work, this is the company for you. Jeff walked with us through the entire process of getting our new roof and gutters. He was there to answer all of my questions, and showed concern for our concerns. Frank came out and inspected the job and also was through with any concerns or questions that we had. The roofing crew was very professional. They arrived and set straight to work, stripping the old roofing and installing the new. When finished they thoroughly cleaned the yard of debris. They completed the job in 8 hours. Very impressive to watch them work.

I can't say enough about the professionalism, the quality or the value. From the time Dan came to our house the first time, to the time he spent making sure everything was delivered on time to the completion of the job. The gentlemen that worked on the house were very responsive to everything we asked for and made sure we were happy before they went any farther. We have been wanting to get the house wrapped for years and we could not be happier with the outcome.

They came to our neighborhood in Boulder Hill soon after a big storm brought hail and wind damage to most of the homes in the area in early April of 2023. Daniel, our initial point of contact was easy to work with, knowledgeable and had solid answers for our questions. Frank, the project manager on our account was highly knowledgeable as well, ensuring that the crews sent out were on task, aware of the scope of the project and facilitated different factors that came into account with our project. Without naming everyone involved, everyone that we worked with were great representatives of a company that does the extra mile for the customer. All in all, our reps worked with us every step of the way and advocated for us with the insurance adjustors to get the most out of the project and even gave us options to work with within budget. I tried to recommend this company to my neighbors and if I need any project completed in this nature again, I will be calling them again to help me out!

BEWARE!!! Do not hire this company, they have no problem gouging your insurance company. And down the road have no intention of standing behind their 7 year workmanship warranty.

Top To Bottom Construction replaced our roof, gutters and fascia last year due to hail damage. I now have a roof that is caving in because they did not replace a rotten board when they removed the old roof. I called the Village of Palatine since I had a Building Permit and asked them why they did not catch this on their inspection. I was told that TTB informed the village that no boards were replaced. TTB does this to avoid the Building Inspection.

Lie #1- 8 boards were replaced.

Lie #2- 7 year workmanship warranty. THEY WILL NOT REPAIR OUR ROOF DUE TO POOR WORKMANSHIP.

Lie #3-When I called to let them know about the damage on my roof, Dan and Danny both said we will be right out and this needs to get repaired ASAP. They also informed us that 2 other warranty screwup repairs were being done at that time. It was all set up for them to come out and correct their mistakes. But then I received a call from Monica Ortiz telling me they are not repairing our roof. She was very rude and unprofessional to say the least.
I guess because of all the money they were losing having to do all these complaints because of poor workmanship, she stuck it to us.

My old roof was in better condition with hail damage than the awful roof TTB put on my house.

My experience with Top To Bottom has been superb. Beginning with the insurance from completing the project- this process has been very smooth. Ryan, Danny, Rob have all been transparent and provided the up most customer service. I am extremely pleased with the way my house turned out. We received a new roof and complete siding from a hail storm. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist. I was always in the know regarding timelines and completion dates.

Replaced siding and gutters due to hale damage. Staff was knowledgable and professional. Knew what they were doing and workmanship on install was excellent.

I was approached by Ryan right after I had filed a claim with my insurance company (big hail). He explained that TTB would take care of everything. He was So right! Danny came and met with the third party inspector that my insurance company sent. Danny explained to me afterwards that the inspector didn't think my roof had damage, but he pushed the inspector to take pictures and send them to the insurance company. I got a call the next day from my insurance company. They told me that their inspector didn't think the roof had damage, but that after looking at the pictures, they agreed with Danny! I know that if I had not been working with TTB, I would not have had my roof replaced. I am so grateful for their work on our behalf. Once the work was done, we had a few items we were questioning - I brought them to the attention of the supervisor and everything was taken care of the next day. Our experience was truly exceptional in all respects. Thank you Ryan and Danny and all the staff at TTB!

We had TTB replace our siding. They gave us a lot of time to think and choose a color, there was no rushing. There was a decent amount of color choices. Danny was there to help and explain us through the process, he was very professional and good to work with.

Overall, I’m very pleased with TTB’s work.

My insurance company was reluctant to take care of me after a hail storm rack siding in my roofing. Top To Bottom dealt with the insurance company and now I have a new roof on my house shed and garage and siding on my house. Everyone involved with this company are professionals in the contractors. As a single woman, I've experienced my fair share of companies that attempt to take advantage of my being female and single. I always have my guard up when it comes to making improvements on my home. Due to extensive hail damage, I needed to get some repairs done. My friend referred me to TTB. She was working with TTB to address the hail damage at her home.

I contacted Ryan Ash and he promptly returned my phone call. We met and he provided me with an overview of what to expect. Everything sounded good; however, given my previous experiences, I was cautiously optimistic. Overtime, I began to relax as the process Ryan described unfolded consistently and exactly as promised.

Danny came to my home to discuss the project. We reviewed in detail the repairs that would take place - removal of two layers of roofing, a new roof, a new roof on my shed, new fascia, new gutters and a new garage door. Before leaving Danny made sure we were on the same page as my description of what would take place matched his. I had a few follow up questions and Danny responded promptly either by text or phone.

Through the course of the project, I spoke with the front office staff - Amanda, Anna, Brianelyn and Monica. They were consistently approachable, professional and demonstrated exceptional follow up. They were as up to date on my project as if they had been on every conversation. Great customer service!

The work crews were fantastic - the roofers did a phenomenal job. When I would come out of the house to see how things were coming along, the "crew chief" would chat with me, update me on the process and ask if I had any questions. Very customer focused.

The work completed by the crew to replace the fascia and gutters exceeded my expectations. Each crew was on time, the roofers did there best to protect my plants near the side of the house. The clean up was super. It was like they were never there.

My neighbor stopped by to look at the work and was impressed with the work that had been completed by the "fascia team". The gentleman that installed the gutters attached my drainage hose to the gutter so it wouldn't always fall off. Additionally, he installed an elbow downspout to my rain barrel, which was an improvement from the traditional shaped downspout that was previously there. I didn't ask for these enhancements, but was pleasantly surprised and very happy.

Last but not least, I previously had gutter covers which had to be replaced. In comparison to the rest of the project, this was a small item. I thought it would be awhile before the new covers would be installed. Within a week or so, the new gutter covers were installed. Another time my expectations were exceeded.

Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my home. I highly recommend TTB and would use there services again if needed. Thanks TTB for treating my home like it was your own!

We had Top to Bottom replace our roof, siding and gutters. We went with them after Ryan one of their sales associates came to our door and told us about the company. He gave us reassurance that this was the company we wanted to go with. All of it needed to be replaced due to hail damage. They did a fantastic job doing all the work and taking care of all the information with our insurance. Frank was the Forman that oversaw all the work done on our house and he was amazing to work with. He constantly was checking in on the guys making sure everything was getting done and updating us on the progress. He was also very happy and willing to answer any questions or concerns that we had. The crew that we got for the roof and siding were also amazing. They were very friendly and respectful of our property. They made sure to clean up the mess that was made after they completed the project.They even did a few extra things for us like installing some new outdoor lights that we bought for the house. The outside of our house looks brand new and we are very satisfied with the work they did.

We’ve had a terrible experience with TTB.

Like most storm chasers, we heard about TTB when they knocked on our door letting us know about hail damage in our area and they offered a free inspection. They found damage and worked with us on how to file a claim with our insurance company. Thoughout this process TTB was very informative and helpful.

Fast forward 3 months later to the day of the old roof tear off and new roof build… For backstory we had paid extra to have two tunnel lights installed for extra light. My husband met numerous times with representatives from TTB to discuss this, sign off on this, and measure and document where these would be installed. The day of production the main contact guy told us we were “full of surprises” when he saw the tunnel lights that needed to be installed. We confirmed with our initial TTB contact that the previous measurements for these had been uploaded, instead of looking for these he said he were going to wing it. We told him roughly where we had planned on having them installed, after using our stud finder he drills the holes for them in our ceiling. There was insulation and drywall debris from this that we were expected to clean up. He then has my husband hold a broom and bang through the hole in the ceiling to the roof, so he can mark where to cut the holes in the roof for these. He then told us his crew were only roofers and not contractors and that they aren’t capable of finishing the interior installation of the Sun tunnels. This in and of itself seemed terribly unprofessional and unorganized. Ten days later when we still have holes in our ceiling and don’t have the interior part of the sun tunnels installed, it’s raining and we notice that there’s water coming in through both of these holes in our ceiling. The following morning TTB comes out, finds that the glass coverings for the sun tunnels on the roof were never installed… We go in the attic and find the insulation soaking wet. Not sure how this big of mistake could have been overlooked. TTB hired a water mitigation company to come the following day and remove the wet insulation and have fans dry out the area for 48 hours. We finally have the interior part of the sun tunnels fully installed, only to wake up last night to our bathroom ceiling fan leaking water during a rainstorm… We’ve tried contacting TTB multiple times today (it’s a Sunday) and have not heard back.

They also left numerous nails all over our property after our roof was installed, many of which we found by stepping on. Additonally, water is currently running overtop of (and not into) the new gutters they installed. I would not reccommend TTB.

Top To Bottom were fantastic to work with after our home experienced hail damage. They worked with our insurance company to point out all of the damage, helped to allocate how best to spend the money that insurance was willing to pay, and performed exceptional work when the time came. They recognized that our gutters were too small for the size of our roof and recommended that we upsize them, and that has been a huge help with preventing flooding around our foundation. Our old roof used to have frequent leaks. Rainstorms, ice dams, you name it. We've had our new roof from TTB for over a year now and haven't experienced a single leak in that time. Really impressed with their work, and would recommend them to anyone needing exterior home repair.

I am only giving this review because of the nice young lady over the phone, Jennifer I think was her name. I was waiting forever for my estimate no response at all, I was told I would get a call back it was 4pm I started to get frustrated nonetheless the young lady talked to me and was able to control my temper. This business does a great job with everything except giving you a call back.

I arrived home one day to a flyer from top to bottom construction. I decided to give them a call, not expecting much to come from it. I scheduled an appointment with Jason and the rest was history. Jason is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Being a first time home buyer, all of this was new to me. Jason helped me understand the process of the repairs from start to finish. Not only on the house but also regarding the claim process. We initiated the claim right then and there.

As we worked through the claim, the team at TTB were very helpful in assisting me with my insurance company, which for some reason was a HOT MESS throughout the entire process. TTB and myself communicated closely throughout every speed bump we encountered. Shout out to Monica & Jordan who were a huge help in this and everything behind the scenes. Finally, we were approved for replacement to THE ENTIRE exterior of my home.

The process of selecting a brand new look for my home was very exciting. TTB had many different colors, styles and options for my home repair. With much assistance from Monica, we had everything picked out and buttoned down for the repair. I appreciate the paperwork throughout the process. Every aspect of work is written out and signed off on. This allowed everyone to be on the same page.

Rob and his team did fantastic with the work on the home. Not only were they efficient, clean, and friendly, but they also went above and beyond for me in multiple aspects of the repair, addressing issues with the exterior that appeared throughout the way. The team also continued to have superior communication as the repairs were in motion. Rob continued to check on the progress on site and ensure everything was up to their standard.

I now have a beautiful and completely weather proof exterior. The quality of product is great. The quality of work is fantastic. The look of my home is beautiful. Thank you TTB for making my first major home renovation a seamless process and an enjoyable one.. Since then the whole process was very professional and received periodic communications from TTB on the status. After receiving hail damage to our roof, we asked some of our neighbors if they would recommend companies that had done their roof repairs. Many said no. We then called TTB and we’re extremely impressed with their credentials, professionalism, and clear and precise explanations of work to be done. Highly recommend TTB!

Company was very professional during the entire process of the work that needed to be done. I had storm damages to the roof and siding of the house that needed total replacement of everything. TTB was on top of everything with me as well as the insurance company to make sure that everything that was damaged was repaired. I worked with Jeff & Danny from the start of the process and they were very professional and knowledgeable.

Along the way we had a few issues that happened with a leaky roof after it was replaced they came out quickly and fixed the issue with no questions asked they just took care of the issue that was caused by a piece not being installed properly. I always say that issues can happen but how are they taken care of is what is most important and they took care of them like a champ. I also dealt with Monica in the office on some of the issues and she was great to work with as well everyone I dealt with were great. We had hail damage from several storms. We had plenty of people walking through our neighborhood and turned them all away except TTB Construction. We are so glad we answered the door when Bill stopped at our house. You never really know how things will turn out with people just walking up to your door but I can say we have been super pleased with everything and would use TTB again in the future and recommend them to anyone. The whole team was great and was with me every step of the way. We had roof, siding, garage door, and gutters all done and they all look amazing! Top To Bottom Field Supervisor was very professional in helping me through my claim and picking my shingles for a new roof installation. I watched his crew all day. They were hard working and dedicated to doing a professional install.

They knew from the beginning our house was up for sale and had a closing date. they took 15 days to apply for the permit.and I had to call the city to see was the hold up was.. itwas ready and the city pushed it through for me. I had to call upset to get on the schedule and then I had 2 call twice get a letter stating they were installing the new before we closed so the house would appraise accordingly. I'm still waiting on the letter. Poor office ethics and management

TTB brought a full team of people to the construction site. These guys worked with no hesitation in inclement weather with no breaks or complaints. The work met and I would almost say exceeded expectations. The foreman was very involved and seemed to have a good repour with his crew. He was very attenuative to any concerns I had and inspected the work on multiple occasions. I am very pleased with the entire company from marketing to labor. Thanks again.

We had a bad hail storm I called top to bottom, mat came out the next day inspected my roof and called the insurance company he took care of averything it made the process easy

Top to Bottom initially reached out to me as part of their hail damage program. They did a free estimate and found damage on my house they believed to be from a recent storm. My insurance agency agreed that a certain part of my house was affected, and therefore granted a specific amount of money that was not sufficient to meet our needs.

Over the next couple months, Top to Bottom came out twice to take samples from my house, but I never heard any updates from the company. Another two months went by before I contacted the company myself, to which I was assured someone would call me. Another two months went by before I heard anything. It was at this time when I had all but given up on the company.

However, a customer rep named Danny had just taken over my account. He apologized for the lack in communication and came out within the week at a time that was convenient to me. He communicated with my insurance company, and solidified a deal that would qualify me for a new roof. He spent about two hours with my wife and I to choose the right product to fit our house. He has been in contact with met throughout the remainder of the process, and we have a date set for next week Wednesday to complete the project. Still awaiting to see the final product.

Hardcore storm chasers and sleazy sales tactics!!! This company knocked my door when I have a large “DO NOT SOLICIT” sign posted, then proceeded to blatantly lie to me about hail damage to my home in January, without even getting on the roof!!! A real roofing company does not storm chase, nor does it have to go door to door convincing homeowners to file frivolous insurance claims. I’m a licensed property adjuster and know for a fact that there is no hail damage to my home!!!!

Top to Bottom Construction did an excellant job repairing my roof and siding. All their workers were professional and knew their job. I would use them again.

I feel fortunate to have Top To Bottom work on my home since I did not have enough information regarding roofing and dealing with the insurance claim. Sales Rep Hunter, manager Justen, Danny, Bruce and the entire team Top To Bottom were very experienced and professional. They were very friendly and professional in providing response on any question and concern I had. I would recommend everyone and can guaranteed and no one will be disappointed.

Can't praise this company enough! I have to say, I don't mind when they put cards or flyers in my door because I wouldn't know where to even start to find a company after the damage that was caused during a powerful storm. We called Top to Bottom first and I couldn't be happier. Gary, our sales person, came out. I wasn't sure what to expect but he explained how the process worked, and they did all the work! Gary worked closely with our insurance company. He worked with our insurance adjuster and got a better settlement than we could have ever done on our own.
They were fast and efficient. When they installed the new roof, we had to have part of the plywood replaced and the workers stayed until it was finished and then walked around picking up the nails. And then the next day Bruce, the job supervisor, walked around and picked up the nails the crew wasn't able to see. Every step of the way we were fully informed about what was going to be happening and about how long it would take. I would HIGHLY recommend Top to Bottom construction!
