Amazing house transformation from blah to wow(Included before and after pics)! My wife and I worked with Rob on a window project a few years ago and then called him back to do a siding project. Rob was amazing to work with and has great ideas to both make the house look great as well as trying to do a project as economical as possible. You won’t get high pressure sales tactics or the oh I can give you a discount if you sign today. Other contractors had a set price and weren’t willing to work with the stone façade that we wanted to use. We really wanted a specific combination and Rob and his team made it happen. The workers were also amazing. They worked long hours but still did as much as they could to clean up and minimize intrusion which we really appreciated with having a new puppy that wants to eat EVERYTHING! Robert came in with a great price after I got more than 11 quotes, they fell into the two best price for the Marvin product I wanted. He made it easy by just matching the competitors price. They installed 24+ windows including skylights in just 2 days. The team was super professional, and surprisingly non-invasive. They even figured out how to give my windows a sill. I had one problem after installation that we only noticed months later where a trim piece was not flush to the wall, and despite it being months later, after we mentioned it, Robert sent someone out the NEXT DAY to take care of it.

We recently had all of our windows redone with new Marvin double-hung, custom built to match the look of our century-old house and optimized to reduce exterior noise as much as possible (cars and planes). Robert in particular did a phenomenal job working very closely with us and even went above and beyond catching some inconsistencies in our initial estimates from the manufacturer, ensuring that everything met our exact needs. We got quotes from quite a number of the local contractors, but none were as relaxed and supportive as him. It was the exact opposite of pushy.

On top of all that, the quote was solidly competitive and the installation was extremely well done. Every old house is unique and the crew did a terrific job on ours, both with the removal of the old windows and the installation of the new. Our neighbors can't seem to stop complementing how good they look, and how perfectly they match the character and appearance of the originals!

We had new edge come out and do our roof a few years back for a condo it was a fantastic experience. We had an inspector improperly call out cracks on the roof, and although he was wrong New Edge came out and looked at everything and caulked something that was unrelated to the roof. They came out to fix a roof leak, but the problem persisted after they fixed an issue they found with the roof. They came out again and realized the leak was actually coming from a different location. They were able to find the problem, and complete the work in a very short period of time. Moises was very professional and helpful. He explained the problems he saw, how it was causing the leak, and what needed to done. He was also very responsive and the whole process was smooth.

Rob was the one who handled our project for new windows and arrived the day of install to ensure everything went smoothly. He always over communicated and when we agreed to move forward with them, he ensured our contract was as accurate to protect both parties. His kindness and professionalism was 10/10. Once we had picked an install date, the crew arrived on time and where very friendly. They laid tarps on carpet areas and ensured they did not bring any debris from outside. We had asked around and tried to work with different companies before for our roof and we were left so disappointed, but THIS COMPANY really showed us that there are still good and responsible companies out there. The materials they used are great quality, we love our new roof and gutters, the workers that came to put our new roof were extremely efficient and respectful, same as the worker who came to install our gutters.
