Team came with a plan and large crew, they worked so focused and completed the job on time and on budget!

Our townhouse needed a roof replacement and, after getting estimates from 4 companies, quickly decided on A&D Home Improvement due in large part to Ian's clear and professional handling of our request. We installed soffits, fascia, and new gutters as well as replacing the roof, bringing the entire exterior up-to-date. The work was done in a timely manner (one day each for roof, gutters, and fascia/soffits), with all prep and cleanup very thorough. We are completely satisfied and would recommend A&D with no reservations.

We suffered damage to our roof, soffit and gutters due to the storms of August 27th. Thru Angi I had a pick of several companies. I called one but they were only interested if I was willing to pay for their 50 year guarantee. Didn’t even tell me about their product. Next I got a call from A& D Home Improvement and decided to go locally. Steve Pinsler helped us through the whole process. He explains everything. The team was quick but efficient. They are careful about the plants and cover everything so they don’t get damaged. I am very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them. If you want quality and honesty A & D Home Improvement is for you. You won’t regret it!!!!

I had A&D Home Improvement replace the garage roof. Piotr came out and gave me an estimate. Piotr was very kind and gave me the best price out of 5 estimates. He also was the most thorough because he was the only one that said some wood along the edge would need to be replaced (which I already knew), but none of the other estimators even mentioned that. The highest price estimate, went off an Ap on his phone, without even looking at the roof. Anyway, job is complete, looks great, Piotr and his team were punctual, worked quickly and cleaned up. Great job.

I had a difficult time getting anyone to even follow through with an estimate on siding my 100 year old home. Wesley was very helpful, thorough, and was no- pressure in his attitude. JUST WOW.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  A&D Home Improvement are terrific.  We had a water stain in our kitchen ceiling due to a leak in our 21-year-old roof.  We opted for a full roof replacement.  We got in touch thru Angi, and A&D excelled every step of the way.  The initial phone call/intake with Sandy was so pleasant and reassuring.  Just a great customer experience.  When the project manager, Ian, came to provide the estimate, it was so comfortable and stress free.  My wife and I are new homeowners, and this was one of our first big projects on the house.  Ian was empathetic and really put us at ease with the process.  He quickly identified the problem area and applied sealant to keep the water out until the actual work could start.  What a huge relief.  Just above and beyond what I ever would have expected.  When I signed up with him, he explained the process and I felt very well taken care of.  He had clear instructions for us and what to expect on job day.  He applied for HOA approval and permits.  He clearly communicated with me the whole time.  A&D took care of everything in a very timely manner.  I never had to chase him.  Once we got HOA approval, Ian scheduled our job in no time and for only 4 days out, which was hard to believe.  On job day, (yes, A&D did the job in 1 day!), the crew that came were very courteous and took care not to disrupt our outdoor plants and shrubs.  They were highly organized and efficient.  Just a smooth operation.  They tidied up, hauled everything away, blew the dust off the sidewalk, and even went over the work area with magnets to remove any rogue nails.  The only evidence they were there was the sparkling new roof and the lawn sign out front.  It is not good news when you find out you have a major repair needed on the ole homestead, but this was a worry-free, seamless, and quality experience from start to finish.

We had such an amazing experience with A&D. Our converted attic second floor had always been significantly hotter than the rest of the house in the summer and colder in the winter, so we suspected that there was an insulation issue. We had been putting off doing any work because of the expense, but after a few leaks, we finally had to call it. We had a terrible estimate experience with another company who gave us only one (expensive) option that did not include any possibility of additional insulation. When I explained the issues we were having and our budget concerns to A&D, though, Ian gave me a thorough estimate for multiple different options, ranging from simply patching the leaks to a full tear-off with new insulation, all new plywood, and a new ventilation system. Because of how reasonable the price was and how comfortable Ian made us, we decided to go with the full tear off, and we're so glad we did. Even with everything they had to do, the job was completed in a single day, and the crew cleaned everything up perfectly. The difference upstairs from the insulation and ventilation is night and day: we no longer have that huge temperature jump on hot days, and it's just so much more comfortable. We also feel so much more reassured that we won't have any more leaks or other issues. Ian kept in touch throughout the process, from answering questions to texting us updates as the roof was being done. I seriously cannot recommend A&D enough, and I plan to use them for other projects in the future.

Gave me appropriate suggestions and real willingness to help. The company tried to push my case asap since they saw the damage on my roof. It was sooner than I expected. From the first call to schedule the estimate to the completion of the project everything and everyone was completely friendly and professional and helpful. A better experience is not possible. STOP GOOGLING A HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY! YOU FOUND IT! This company is simply just amazing! After a terrible experience with another home improvement company A&D came to save the day. From the first phone call with Kamila to my last I was assured that my house was in good hands with her great customer service. A leak caused us to have our roof replaced and some plywood sections needed replacement too. Lucas ,the foreman, was very communicative with Kamila who the relayed any and all information to me directly. Lastly, THEY DID IT ALL IN ONE DAY! I cannot express how efficient these guys were and how locked in they were. They cleaned every bit of garbage/debris up , it looked like they weren’t even there when I got home from work at 6:30pm. A&D removed and replaced my roof in 1 day! They were phenomenal. Two crews worked hard all day and stayed late to ensure they had it all cleaned up. Even came back the next day to walk property and make sure everything was clean up. It was supposed to take two days but they wanted to ensure there was not a weather issue. Derrick and Lucas worked together with the crews to make sure everything was vented correctly as this was a major issue with our old roof! I would absolutely use them again when my roof is old or if we get storm damage. They are super rated on GAF products and installation!

We reached out to A&D following a ceiling leak in our living room. Dariusz and Kinga were very informative, professional, and prompt in assessing the issues with our roof. We were provided an upfront estimate that they held true upon completion of the work. Luis and his team arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and did a thorough job including remediation of portions of the roof and dormer. Walter was the site supervisor and did an final walk through to confirm the work. Warranty and paperwork were provided as advertised as well. Thank you to the team.

A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. Ours was a large, challenging project and I might be considered a difficult customer. The folks at A&D met with me several times before starting the work. They explained the process in detail, were honest with the challenges in our project, and were patient with all my questions and requests. Their quote was very competitive. Once work began, the guys showed up early and worked hard throughout the day, leaving things neat when they left. When the project was done, we had a walkthrough, and all of my concerns were addressed and resolved in the following days.
