Had my roof and gutters replaced by Skyline Exteriors And Construction. They finished the job as promised, they cleaned up each day after they completed each day. Since I had to park down the street Mike the manager on the project offered to take me to my car when I had packages I needed to carry. The project was done with few inconveniences. The roof and gutters look nice and any necessary adjustments were made immediately. The men working on the project were kind and professional. I have already recommended Skyline to a few friends.

Skyline just completed a major roofing project for my Association which has about 80 units. The efficiency and professionalism of their work is to be commended. We had Skyline Exteriors build a gorgeous Trex deck for us, replacing an old wooden one. Anthony, in sales, guided us through all our options and left samples for us to consider. We were quickly scheduled and unbelievable impressed with Antonio, the lead carpenter on the crew. He worked from sun-up to sun-down with a smile on his face to create a price of exquisite craftsmanship. We did not know that the stair steps would be one of our favorite details. We are already scheduled for new front staircases and Trex railings next month!!

I had a solicitor come up to my door from Skyline offering a free inspection from hail damage. I said "sure". About a half hour later their inspector shows up to tell me that actually I don't need an inspection because my roof is too new and it's "not my turn yet" (whatever that means). It was a very strange interaction. Their salesmen need a bit more training to not try and sell to people the company is not interested in helping out.

We recently hired Skyline Exteriors and Construction to completely rebuild our 20-year-old above-garage roof deck, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience and the stunning final product! We recently contracted Skyline Exteriors for a new roof, gutters, replacing some rotting fascia and exterior paint. Anthony was a clear communicator and his crews were timely and professional. Hopefully we won't need another roof for 20+ years, but when we do, they'll be our first call.

The BEST roofing company I've ever dealt with. Skyline had repaired my neighbor's roof so quickly, so when I had a leak, I thought I'd give them a try. Nick handled everything from helping file a claim to calling the claims adjuster for payment. Then, his crew replaced the roof within hours, they even went above and beyond with helping me remove an old satellite dish. You hear bad things about roofing companies sometimes, but this one... AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Skyline completed a total roof re-do and new gutter installation on our Downers Grove home about 2 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. The whole process from start to finish was as smooth as could be, beginning with them contacting our insurance company all the way through to the new gutters and total clean-up. Eddie Gonzalez, our project manager and point man, was a dream to work with. He easily and frequently communicated with us and precisely answered all our questions when we had them. As for the roof completion itself, the whole job was expertly done by a professional team who began their day before 7am, even making sure we understood where their trucks and equipment would be placed. Our newly replaced skylight was expertly placed into position by 2 of the workers. Eddie also communicated with us throughout the day with updates about how many sheets of plywood we needed replaced, the progress of the job, etc.
All in all, we are so very pleased with Skyline Exteriors & Construction.
We certainly give them an A++ rating along with a ton of stars!

My house looks so much better now that Nick from Skyline Exteriors fixed the roof and siding. They did such a great job, and I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Even though needing some touch-ups after construction is pretty common, I was really impressed that Nick came back to make things perfect, even after the project was supposed to be done. Also, having Nick as a public adjuster made the whole process so much easier.

Anthony and his team did an amazing job! Skyline worked with our insurance to get approvals and payments for hail damage on our gutters and siding. They were always here with the inspectors making sure everything was noted in the reports and they were the contact for the insurance to get the payments processed. They made the process easy for us.

We also updated our roof while they were here and they were easy to work with through the entire process. Even though issues arose, Anthony was able to explain things so we understood which enabled us to make the best decision for us. He was also incredibly responsive when we had questions.

I couldn't be happier with the roofing and siding work Skylinr Exterior did on my home. They were professional and grat at communications throughout the entire project. My house had cedar shake siding. The former owner painted over it through out the years. The paint was thick, cracking and the siding was warping. It was horrendous. I had done extensive research over a two year period and decided to replace it with Hardie shingle straight siding. I met with 9 different companies and decided to go with Skyline. I met with Anthony (from Skyline) and told him what my vision was. What I liked is he didn’t just go with what I said, he gave me his input on color choices, design and all the small details. Anthony noticed I didn’t have soffits and suggested I add it to give my home a more finished looked, which I immediately agreed to. He understood the style and look I was trying to achieve. Most contractors have no sense of style or they just couldn’t envision what I wanted. Also, I had requested they tear down my wooden stairway entrances and redesigned it to make it wider using composite wood. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my entire home. It is clean, timeless, classy and my house looks like new build. Anthony and his crew of workers were extremely professional and efficient. I appreciated the fact that Anthony visited my home daily during the 4 day construction period to evaluate his workers work and kept me posted on any obstacles/corrections that needed to be made. He was very involved unlike other contractors who I only meet before and after the construction and do not take accountable of errors they made. Anthony’s involvement and love for the job is unpar. I am so pleased and it was such a pleasure working with him and his crew that I will be using them to built my garage. Additionally, the price is very fair considering the quality and efficiency of the materials and work. Skyline will not disappoint.

Nick did an incredible job on our roof. We have had critters crawling in through our ridge vents into the attic. Nick came and gave us a full inspection on our roof and siding as well. Discussed insurance with my husband and what the best route would be for us. He did extra research for us as well, to find the best solution. Let me start by saying I’m not an expert in construction and I’ve tried to get a new roof for years and have been frustrated by several unscrupulous companies and or salespeople. I was lucky to be referred to Nick at Skyline from someone who was in the construction industry who raved about Skyline & Nick. I had a tremendous experience. I was received several suggestions that saved me $$$ and increased the curb appeal. These people are the real deal and I cannot recommend highly enough.

We called Anthony right away and he said they should come down with the heat this summer and if not, he would replace them. So waiting for hot weather and hopefully it all fixes itself.
