We had our pond dug out and piled the dirt on the bank to dry for about a year and called Vice to haul it away. There was much more dirt than either of us originally thought, I want to say somewhere around 140 dump truck loads. We were very happy with how professional and respectful Jake and his team were, and they left our yard just how we wanted!

Vice Construction has done all of our flat work at our house for us over the years and we have nothing but great things to say! Your people all look great, well dressed and in company Tee Shirts, very polite and very respectful to me and our property and are hard workers. I knew Vice construction did mainly concrete work (from driving by a couple of their job sites/seeing their signs there) but I knew they had a bobcat and I needed some grading work done in my backyard. I figured I would try...Jake Vice answered the phone...good start... Said he was the owner and I told him that I had kind of a small job not related to concrete....and understood if he wasn’t interested. Jake told me that no job is too small, LOL, but his schedule was quite busy, but he would see what he could do. About a week went by and I got a call from Jake telling me that he would be in my area doing some driveway concrete replacement work and he could stop by after he was working on that job. Lo and behold around 5:30 PM Jake rolls up with a bobcat on the back of his truck gets out introduces himself with a smile and a handshake and asked me what I wanted. I pointed it out, He got his bobcat off the truck and worked dirt around three hours grading my backyard perfectly/just as I described...He brought me out and asked me if I needed anything else done or if it was to my satisfaction. Thunderstorms rolling in and I was laughing saying how much I appreciate the extra effort and that he better just get on home before We got struck by lightning...His Bill was very very fair price, I paid him, we smiled, and he was on his way... I know one of his workers could’ve done the job ...he could’ve assigned it but, he fit me in as soon as he could AFTER he was working on another another job. That kind of performance and taking care of your customers with complete satisfaction is what brings you back again and again...isn’t it?!? Thanks to Jake and Vice construction I’ll be using them whenever I can.

I would recommend Vice Construction to anyone who needs concrete work done. I needed to have part of the concrete floor of my townhome pulled up and repoured. It was not an easy job. They quoted a fair price, showed up on the agreed upon date, did a great job, and completed the work on time.

Extremely hard working company that exceeds expectations. I was running out of time with my contractor building a 2 1/2 car garage. Jake some how managed to level our ground, form, and pour two days after I called. They realize the importance of scheduling and timing. He save by butt on this project!!
