Talked with many roofing companies to get a quote for my home. A lot of the prices were way too high. These guys came in fast good price.. I ultimately chose a different company, but it was a tough choice between them.

No one ever answers the phone number on the website. Called 3 times over a two week timeframe and also asked for estimate through website. After two weeks, I did catch someone in the office and set up an appointment for an estimate, they never showed up and again could not reach anyone to find out why? What a joke trying to get an estimate! Forget this business, poor customer care!

I can’t say enough good things .. we were needing a new roof and gutters due to storm damage Raleigh stepped up to the plate and helped us deal with our insurance and got the ball rolling with everything… I was very impressed by how fast and efficient they were… they did a wonderful job….our neighbors were even commenting on how nice everything looked when they were done.

Raleigh worked with my insurance to get my roof replaced due to hail damaged. His crew finish installing the roof in one day. Very professional. Will use Haus Roofing in the future for any projects I need done.

We had extensive work done by this company and it was overall poor quality. We had roof, siding, gutters, garage door and numerous windows replaced. The overall quality of the work and materials is incredibly poor. Our house is in much worse condition after working with this company. Our 20 year old windows were better than these "new" ones that we were told would be great. VERY disappointed with the service, the work, the follow up customer service, and the 'so-called' warranty. Don't hire these guys - you will regret it!

I was amazed how quickly they came in, set up and got the work done. My entire damaged roof was removed and new shingles replaced in one day. They took care cleaning up after and the communication with my contact at Haus (Raleigh) was clear and concise. I knew exactly what to expect. Highly recommend this company!

Our family spoke with a few roofing companies, hoping to find a decent bid for a new roof. Haus was one of the quickest to respond, was the lowest and most affordable bid, and even offered to add in shingling our detached out building for just the cost of the materials! Raleigh was very communicative throughout the project, including updating us with timeline changes. He was knowledgable, patient, kind, and was willing to walk me through each step at my pace. Glad to go with a local Indianola roofer with a decent warranty. Great looking shingles and ridge vent. Very courteous workers who cleaned up the site well. Professional work at a fair price. They even put back a rainguard high on the roof that had blown off the HVAC vent during a recent storm. Highly recommended.

Did an excellent job. Had a surprise pop-up shower in the middle of the job and crew was prepared and put a tarp down to prevent damage inside my house.

They reroofed our garage which had been damaged by a tree limb. They did an excellent job at a fair price. We would definitely use them again.

As there was rocky start with communication, and delays causing several weeks to wait for work to be done. He came out right away and gave me an estimate, explained everything in detail. The crew got the job done in one day and did a great job of cleaning up. They came in the morning and worked all day, tore off the old shingles ,put the new ones on. Cleaned up their mess and left at dark. They did a great job. I would recommend them to any one who needed a new roof.

On what was probably the most brutal day of the summer, this crew was delightful and got my house re-roofed in a day. I kept wishing there was some way to pipe out my air-conditioning to them and I know they were totally spent at the end of the day. Through all this they were very respectful of my home. Raleigh followed up the following day to clean up any little bits of trash left behind. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Called to get an estimate for a new roof. Raleigh was out almost immediately and gave me the estimate right away.

One of the employees came out to give us an estimate of windows and doors, he said it would take 2 weeks to get the information back. I have been waiting over a month and no one will return my phone calls. I have left multiple messages but know one will get back to me.

Raleigh was fantastic from the start, from working with our insurance company, to quickly answering questions, to contracting all the workers. The roofing crew, led by Emilio, were extremely efficient and did a beautiful job. They removed our damaged roof and replaced it within hours. Jason, who repaired, replaced, and wrapped all our damaged garage and house fascia, did a thorough job with great attention to detail; as did the final crew, who skillfully installed new seamless gutters and gutter guards within a couple hours. All the workers were attentive, careful, and took great care to clean up debris afterwards. Overall, working with Haus Roofing and with Raleigh was a great experience with easy communication, and I highly recommend them. Thanks again.

I left for work around 7:30 Am and upon my arrival home I found the roof was done and the contractor was there, inspecting the work, and sweeping the grounds for any little bits of litter he crew may have missed. Raleigh was very helpful throughout the process and you could tell he took pride in the work being done right!

Very happy with my experience. Professional, and communication was good thru the process of tearing off 2 layers and replacing with a new roof . Competitive prices and it looks fantastic. I was having a problem picking what color shingles I wanted and Raleigh sent me a pic of a previous job they did to help me decide. They also got the job done in 1 long day. Thanks guys!!!

After struggling to find quotes to have my roof replaced I came across Haus Roofing and reached out for a quote. Raleigh was quick to respond and inquire what all I was needing done with my roof. He was also on time when meeting to inspect my roof to measure and provide an accurate estimate. I also had several follow up questions as this was my first time having a roof replaced and Raleigh was fast at responding and thorough at answering my many questions. Raleigh’s great customer service was a deciding factor in hiring Haus Roofing to replace our roof. The Haus roofing team did not disappoint either they were punctual and quick to get to work. They went the extra step and moved my lawn furniture, which I didn’t even think about (so thanks for that!) out of the way. They were professional and courteous and busy at work all day. They did great at cleaning everything up. When I came home my yard didn’t look like anyone was there but I had a new roof and gutters! It looks awesome and I am extremely happy with the customer service and how my roof looks! Siding will be my next adventure and Haus roofing and construction will be my first call.
