Sometimes, however, you’ll find customers who disagree or give you the runaround or expect lots of free things. The low review I received was uncalled for, and a blatant outright lie. Unfortunately, customers like that can never be happy. So please don’t base your decisions on one ignorant customer please give us a call and I’ll be glad to help you. This is the second time I've used Chris for some roof shingle replacement due to heavy winds. He's always nice, does good work, and prices the job in a fair way. Thanks Chris!

My husband and I had every intention of using Veterans to replace our roof until it came to finalizing the contract. Their contract was vague so we had them add more details as to what exactly we were getting and information about the warranty (which is strange that it is not on there). I was originally told that we would get a 5-year workmanship warranty, but when it came to adding it to the contract we were told they only offer a 2-year warranty (industry standard is 5 - 10 years). This concerned us greatly enough that we decided to not use them. After Chris from Veterans heard the news I got nasty texts. One said, "Thank you for you consideration and for running us around for nothing I hope your house burns down go to hell." Another said, "Go die." Very unprofessional, especially since this is the nature of business. I reported the text to the police just in case something were to happen to our house. Avoid this company at all cost!!!
