I had Veteran Roofing replace my roof last fall. They were great to work with, and helped me with any questions they had. Camil, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Veteran Roofing.

Company was less than stellar when we had them replace our roof in 2018 - lots of delays, lots of back and forth with solar panel replacements that they should have been fielding calls on and instead it was me. Bad communication from whoever their lead tech was at the time, and even after it was said and done we didn't get any warranty information or anything outside of an invoice. Now in 2023 I'm selling the house and trying to reach out ANYBODY at Veteran and they are completely MIA. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored. They are absolute trash at communicating. Two stars because the actual roof repair itself was fine and had no issues - ONCE IT WAS ACTUALLY DONE....

Used this local company for roof replacement after a hail storm. They were able to work with my insurance company for the repair and code upgrades and made it a really easy process for me. Replacement was warranted, but have had no issues. In the process of selling this house. Some minor roofing concerns noted by the inspector which was holding up the sale. Called Veteran roofing and they were out in two days, reviewed the inspector notes, took care of concerns and certified roof. Very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We highly recommend this business! We didn't have a good experience with roofers prior to working with Veteran's Roofing but Veteran's Roofing were outstanding. Our experience working with Cameron, Ken and Jason has been nothing short of professional. Cameron's expertise saved us thousands of dollars when he suggested we get a second opinion on a mud-jacking job we had scheduled. And after a siding installation went awry, Cameron stepped up to ensure we would have no leaks and even agreed to maintain our warranty. Why we didn't just call Veteran's Roofing for the siding work is the biggest disappointment about the whole experience. Cameron has been available for other smaller issues that have come up since we had our roof installed over a year ago. His responsiveness, patience and professionalism is unmatched. These guys are legit.

These guys are excellent. I have had Kenny replace my roof more than once. I trust him, he does a fantastic job managing his projects and they have great crews as well. Veteran Roofing's Project Manager Cameron Tiburcio is in a class of his own. He is professional, thorough, genuine, personable, and takes his profession seriously. He was essential in navigating us through this long and exasperating process with the back and forth with the insurance company. From the start and conclusion of this process of roof and gutter replacement with the insurance company, various tradesmen, and the unexpected that happens in life.

He clearly stated the process and expectations of the homeowner, and the timeline in this post pandemic market and the various companies modified standard of operation due to supply and staffing shortages. Veteran Roofing was 1 of 4 companies that provided us a quote for the June 2021 hailstorm. I chose Veteran Roofing because of Cameron, as he proved himself by exhibiting integrity and holding himself to a professional standard. He was the only roofing contractor that climbed went into our attic of our 60+ year old home to see if our roof decking was up to code. In addition, listening to some of my concerns that I wanted corrected with this roof and gutter repair.

We are grateful and enjoyed working with Project Manager, Cameron Tiburcio and appreciate the professional and great work of the Saturday Crew who installed our decking and roof. In addition, the subcontractor Homero Seamless Gutters for installing our new gutters.

Cameron Tiburcio came right after the hail storm. Inspected the roof found damage. Worked with insurance company and ordered materials and was here the day of the installation of the roof. He was very professional and helpful throughout it all.

Anthony came out to do the inspection, and determined that I did have some damage. The materials were ordered and once the weather was clear and safe for the guys to be on the roof, the crew showed up and got to work. They were in and out in one day. They cleaned their mess. I've not found a single nail. Everyone was professional and respectful and I am very happy with their service.

We own 42 buildings, including a 37,000 sq ft historical hotel in Manitou Springs. Camil Rykowski was the Senior Project Planner on the job. The complications with our project seemed endless; with road restrictions, parking issues, hard timelines due to guest arrivals and departures, materials loading and off-loading, historical committee restrictions, etc. Through the entire project, Camil kept a level head and was able to oversee up to 30 roofers at a time on-site, re-roofing several buildings at a time. Where the roofers may not have been consistently well-experienced with the challenges of historical buildings, any concerns or additional punch lists we provided were dealt with appropriately. All buildings passed inspection the first time through. Furthermore, Camil was very intentional about working with our insurance company on providing coverage on additional equipment needs and code upgrades.

I highly recommend! What a great team of people! Very professional and walked me through the whole process. They were quick and got the job done. Kenny was professional, friendly and very funny. The roof couldn't look better. Thank YOU guys so much!

This Company was amazing! My roof was damaged in a storm and ALLSTATE claimed there was not sufficient damage. Jason and his team stood by me for the entire six month fight; in the end Veteran Roofing proved that the damage was sufficient and ALLSTATE replaced the roof, gutters, vents, and exterior paint on 2 walls.

I was ready to give up on the claim and Veteran Roofing made sure that the Insurance company satisfied my claim.

Since then Veteran Roofing has stopped by several times to make sure that the roof is good to go and that I am satisfied with the job.

Veteran Roofing came to my mother's house after an horrific storm on very short notice, was able to remove the fallen tree off the roof and repaired all the damage all before the final inspection was scheduled 4 hours after their arrival for the sale of the home! Jason of veteran roofing, broke our electrical mass in his "attempt" to repair the damage that he had previously caused to our home. He was also advised that the containment on the house was temporary, yet still knowingly left our home open to the elements and unattended since June 26th. He ignored multiple emails concerning the fact that the house was wide open with rain pouring in, and on July 18th was even prompted by the chief building inspector to adress the issue but he did not. Now the crawlspace is infested with black mold, in addition to all the other damage he caused. Jason currently has two permits open for the same job and has failed every inspection. His word has zero value and has left my family and I with no shelter.
Beware doing business with Jason Biondolillo of veteran roofing. He will go out of his way to destroy your livelihood, peace of mind and safety if he sees an opportunity to do so.

Actually ive been the one typing all the emails and everything for the entire two years. And what are you talking about 4? Im the second. Everything you just said is a lie. Its cool though because we have all the documentation for the entire two year fiasco. You can sit there playing the victim claiming we're "attacking" you but the fact is that you DESTROYED our house. We have no place to live now because of you. You're more concerned about your reviews than you are about the lives youve ruined. Shame on you.

I really liked the review by Chi, I think that gives a great introduction to the kind of company that Jason Biondolillo has created. I say this in reference to the fact that he accepted a job the company is not qualified for, only caused destruction, is incapable of proper adult communication, and is always prepared to blame someone else. Jason is Veteran Roofing, and Chi is right, he attempts to conduct business with ZERO integrity.

My long struggle begins when the hailstorm hit on May 8, 2017. I contracted veteran roofing on May 24, 2017. Entrepreneur Jason Biondolillo of Veteran Roofing, personally and unethically sold me a third layer of space decking which wasn't covered by my insurance. On the day of installation, June 26, 2017, Jason blatantly helped himself to a box of supplies paid for by my insurance and intended for my roof. He pulled out my vents, and when I asked him what he was doing and where he was going with the vents, he assured me I didn't need them.
On August 14, 2017 I called veteran roofing about a brown ooze running down the front of my home. Jason ignored many calls and other concerns including a duress call on January 27, 2018 concerning giant block ice damming. I accused them of shoving my insulation back. I believed the cause of the ice was due to a loss of energy.
On February 2, 2018 Jason did finally respond and came to investigate. He recommended I run a hot wire through the gutters to resolve the ice damming issue. He did offer to pressure wash my house to clean off the brown ooze which was still left unidentified by him. He was unable to pressure wash my house because of freezing temperatures.
On December 3, 2018 our roof failed the final inspection which came too late as our home had been suffering from high humidity, condensation, warping and black mold; ruining our heated envelope.
The inspection failed due to:
"Missing sofit vent, refer to irc 2018 r806.2 minimum ventilation requirements" this is a direct quote from wheat ridge building inspection division, inspection notice.
On June 16, 2019, Jason moved my family of four into a motel room and one storage pod feigning a haphazard attempt to repair the damage, but has since only caused more damage to our home.
On two occasions this year, 2019, once in February and again in July, Jason Biondolillo served unto me a release of liability agreement stating the mold and all other damage is due to "defective materials." Because I refused to sign either agreement, Jason has denied any further extension on the motel or storage pod.

Veteran Roofing is a complete and utter disaster. I hired them to do a simple shower pan replacement in my home, which turned into a 6 MONTH saga. They measured the shower height incorrectly, so when they built the tile pan, it was too tall and my original glass shower doors could no longer fit. Then, they shattered and destroyed my glass shower doors. Then, they dodged my every phone call, email, and text message for MONTHS, without giving me any updates as to what was happening, when I could expect the job to be completed, and what was going on. It got to the point where for 2 weeks, I had to call them once a day (no one ever picked up, and no, it was not 12-15x a day) because they couldn't give me any information. The one time the owner, Jason, did answer, he treated me with the utmost condescension. That condescension and arrogance is readily apparent in his reply below :)

Also to clarify: They did not give me a "refund". I fired them for not doing their jobs.

Obviously, my biggest mistake is not firing them sooner. This company conducts business with zero integrity.

Aaron followed the hail damage repair thru with flying colors, from quote, insurance, and repairs. Had the roof up in in less than a day and the deck and siding done in two. It was a easy and painless process.

We selected Veterans Roofing to replace my Mother's roof after hail and rain damage and are totally impressed. They worked around our schedule, made sure our evaporative cooler remained running - which was critical, completed the tear-off and re-roof in 1 day!

Barry and Aaron clearly explained the insurance billing process and followed through on all details during the project. We also had them work through their subcontractor to add attic insulation up to R50.

I could not have had a better experience from start to finish. Veterans, wives and/or widows of veterans should seriously consider Veterans Roofing as they have some great discounts and promotions through GAF. I would encourage everyone to get a quote from them before choosing a contractor.
