I have never worked with a better company. The contact was on going from the initial meeting through the entire process. Very professional, fast and efficient. The entire area around the house was cleaned up after the new roof was finished. The gutter work and appearance is perfect. I can't say enough about how worry free this experience was. I was delighted to find that they also do windows and siding. Awesome experience! I can't thank them enough! A special thank you to Joe!

Joe was great to work with. He was very professional and helpful with getting my roof done especially with me living out of town. The price was very fair and they completed the job in a very short time which was nice since a couple spots in my roof were getting very bad. Caleb and crew did an excellent job on the siding for our home and can't recommend them enough!! From start to finish (including trash pickup) they were amazing. With Caleb's help, it was worry-free and that was with the insurance too. Great Company!!

We used Veteran Roofing when we were moving houses. Both houses (the one we sold and the one we bought) needed new roofs due to hail damage. Veteran Roofing was able to get both roofs replaced so that we did not miss our closing dates.

Their work was done quickly, with no sacrifice to quality. They were in constant communication throughout the entire process and ensured that we were informed every step of the way. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The work done was absolutely fantastic! The crews who came out to do the roof, siding and gutters are top notch and very professional. My rating is based on the fact that it took one year from the date I signed the contract to the day I wrote the last payment to get the work done. This was very disconcerting and unacceptable. I'm happy with the work that was done...not happy with the length of the process and the lack of communication.

I spent a year working with another Rapid City roofing company. Only to have multiple broken promises, three different project managers, etc. I decided it was time to move on, a neighbor recommended Veteran Roofing. I called and the next day Jaquim came out gathered all the information needed. He was upfront, honest, and never made a promise they didn't keep. Jaquim went out of his way to work with my schedule outside of his normal hours of operation. Within two weeks of getting the ball rolling we had a crew at our home. After a long year of hearing nothing but excuses finally we had a company who honored their word. We are completely happy with Veteran Roofing for the quality of product they gave us. The roofing crew was very efficient and kept there work area cleaned up. Anyone looking for a great product and a great company Veteran Roofing is just that. The best customer service experience we have had working with any local contractor in years. They answer calls. They show up when they say they are going to show up. The quality of work is excellent! We just had a small fascia repair project due to wind damage and couldn’t get anyone else to even answer our calls. These guys had it done within 10 days of our first contact. We’ve had some windstorms since then, and the repairs have held up beautifully.

Veteran Roofing was a joy to work with on my whole house window replacement. Starting with Caleb who took the time with multiple quotes and texts back and forth with me to make sure I got the exact windows I wanted. Next was the quote which came in way lower (half the price) than 3 other window installation companies I got quotes from also. The quotes that I received were all for the same window manufacturer and style. No one even came close to what Veteran Roofing was able to do. Third was the installation of the windows. I went with the Provia Aspect windows and they seem very solid and look amazing. Robert the installer did an amazing job on the install, especially on the sliding glass door which was especially challenging due to the way the house was built. Roberts craftsmanship was exceptional and was very good about keeping a clean workspace. If you are in the market for windows...these guys are the "real deal", especially when it comes to price, coordination and workmanship!

Both Victor and Mike were wonderful to work with! They helped us through a headache of an insurance claim, advocating for us and getting the job done efficiently. They were very responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. We got all new siding on our home and the work was done well and cleaned up within a few days. 10/10 recommend!

The crew was great to work with and most of all cleaned up the worksite like they were never there. Highly Recommend.

Jason and his team did a great job on our house. We had been without gutters on our home for over a year and they were able to get us fixed up quick! From the quote visit with Bruce to the actual installation was a matter of days. Thank you so much guys!

My shingle roofing was done to my satisfaction. The metal roofing and siding that his sub did was ok and I’m being nice. In the roof there were screws I don’t believe should have been installed. I have done a few. And the metal siding I’m not happy with, one of my doors now will not stay shut so I’ll fix that. Plus the young crew doing the work left cigarette butts and missed the wood while installing screws. They threw a pallet on a junk pile of items to burn, I’m not opposed to burning it but it’s a nice one. They should have asked first. A light on the outside was removed to install new metal siding and it was not installed by the young crew. Doors were ordered with two people looking at them, and the wrong doors (2)were ordered. So I had to wait for the correct ones to arrive.Then one of the two people installed doors on metal building, and the door still does not stay closed. They only replaced the door not the frames. So I’ve never had any issues with either door since it was built in 2003. Until the metal siding was replaced. I had the building secured and left town, they were able to get in the building by using the door that won’t stay closed while I was gone is my only guess. I informed Jason I wasn’t happy but I will pay him off, which I did. But not even any follow-up to discover what my concerns were. Terrible communication, I had to call him on several occasions to get status updates.
