I decieded to save some money, and insulate my water tank myself. The kit did not work out, so I called Vertex.
Its the busy season, they stopped making appointments, but, they put me on an add on list from other jobs. It took about 3 days, and they were out there.
I am really glad I hired them for the job, it was done well, attention to detail was better that I could have achieved. All my questions were answered, even the dumb ones.
