I called in and Richard was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, he was able to guide me in the right direction and made sure all my questions were answered. This place is definitely about professionalism and making sure the customers are taken care of.

We contracted with Graham Construction Services to paint and treat the siding on our home. The crew of Ray, Ashley, and Tom from GCS are thorough professionals who did fine work getting our home looking good again. The crew was pleasant to be around. What impressed me was the way they set up all the drop cloths, masking, and equipment every morning and took it all down every evening. When the crew left for the day, we had our house back.

I would definitely hire Graham Construction Services again.

You get what you pay for. When you hire Graham Construction you get a professional contractor who works with you to make sure YOUR needs are met. They keep you updated and work with your schedule. The painters are respectful of your property. They leave a clean worksite everyday. They take pride in what they do and will work with you if you want something changed without an attitude. They ARE professionals. A little on the high side $$$, but remember, You get what you pay for. I will be recommending them when house painting comes up in a conversation.

I needed a front entry floor reinforced and replaced in an older house. This was definitely a custom job with unique challenges. I decided to take a chance and have it done while I was away. Richard and crew did a fantastic job. The quality of the work was perfect. Professional, communicative and reliable. They did a solid job. I'd have no hesitation about hiring them again.

I was quoted $1500 for 5 pieces of Sheetrock taping and floating. After the second day they asked for an extra $1767. I disagreed and Richard automatically went to try to go to the military and put leans on my house when he is the one that can’t do an estimate.
I paid them because I can’t deal with legal stuff dragging out like he threatened. So basically it’s not finished and he got paid over what he Quoted

Military stay away!!

Now he sent me a proposal that was not the original price. I declined it. This guy sent me texts that he was going to sue me for defamation because I posted a 1star review. He doesn’t deserve a 1 star he sent me a proposal in 02 /02/24 after they over ran and over charged me

Graham construction called us back, gave us advice, did a solid job, and were professional. We will have them do more work for us in the spring.

Graham Construction went above and beyond for me. They came in clutch to do a job late in the season when no one else was available. A+ work and professional service worth every cent.

We have used GCS for two large projects at our home in Fairbanks, and I must say we could not be more pleased with our experience — and the results.

First we added a complete workshop/garage to our property through the course of summer 2022. Richard worked with us from the very beginning on the bare ground, handling every aspect of design, construction and finishing. GCS was our sole contact — listening to our ideas and needs — making it a reality by October, on schedule, before winter set in. Being new to Fairbanks, we had no contacts of our own, and it turned out that every aspect of the project was scheduled, coordinated and completed for us with a result we could not be happier with.

Second, our 40 year old log house had a very incomplete basement which needed a complete remodel/finish including below grade egress windows and build out to comply with future bank loan requirements, as well as our personal wishes. Again, based on our excellent experience, Richard and GCS took on this overhaul from beginning to end with wonderful results. We could not more highly recommend them for this type of work.

I highly recommend Graham Construction. I had the exterior of my home painted and they did a great job and they communicated very well along the way. I will definitely be using them again for my next project.

Graham Construction was a wonderful choice!
Our house froze up in Feb. We lost the in-suite bathroom altogether along with the master bedroom flooring and closet flooring due to water damage.
The main bathroom, frozen shower, toilet, and sink.
We contacted four (4) different contractors. Only three responded and only 2 followed through with a bid, we chose Graham Construction.
From the very start Richard Graham was on time and always answered his phone with our questions we had.
We had four of his crew members working in our home at different times, they were all extremely polite
And trustworthy. They started their day at 8:00am and finished by 16:30pm Mon- Fri. If they left for lunch it was always a very quick return.
The crew felt comfortable enough to ask question if they weren't sure what we wanted, or to make sure it was the way we wanted the finish product. They had wonderful suggestions in place for some items I didn't know how to finish.
To say the job was finished to our satisfaction is an understatement. As we did our final walk through, I was so pleased with the finished work and their attention to detail.
If I was a guru I might be able to post before and after pictures. But Im not so maybe Richard will.

The best decision we made for our project was to hire Graham Construction to remodel our master bathroom. Richard, his wife Lilian and his crew (Mike and Ben) transformed our bathroom into a beautiful, bright, spacious modernized bath that we will enjoy for many years.
When Mike and Ben installed the floor and shower tile, they took extra care to ensure the tiles lined up just perfectly. I really love and appreciated that they took the time to make the transitioning appealing to the eye.
Lilian helped pick the color for our vanity and painted it. The beautiful green color really popped and stood out in our bathroom.
From beginning to end, Richard kept in touch, and was very responsive to my concerns, mod requests and questions, even making suggestions at times.
Richard and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom and I highly recommend them for any painting or remodeling job that you may have. They deserve more than a 5star rating, I would give them a 10+ cuz they really hit the bullseye on our bath!

Last year we hired Graham Construction Services to remodel our downstairs. He was the least expensive bid and was excellent quality. He provided photos of previous jobs and even progress updates when we were out of town.

We had a very big job that him and his guys Mike and Ben did great work. He was very helpful with things we weren't sure about. Very patient with us doing some things the way we wanted to do them. Supportive when I just felt I couldn't take anymore. This project was 10 months for us living in a construction zone and it took 2 month for Richard and his crew to come in and make our vision come to life.

One of the things I appreciated most was they respected our home and were very professional and trustworthy. After a 2 month remodel they were more like family.

I would highly recommend Graham Construction Services for your any project and if we have another needed project we hope he would work with us again.

After fighting with an insurance claim, getting Graham construction to do the repairs was the best/easiest part. They were willing to work within our budget and work around us while we were in our home. It took less than 2 weeks from start to finish, and have a bathroom completely redone with floors, sink, shower, and paint. My second bathroom got some touch ups and new shelves installed, as well as all my cracked/broken dry wall taken care of.
These are the people who get work done. I'd call them again for any other home improvements or repairs.

After 5 months of battling with my insurance company over a home health/safety hazard, Graham's Construction were the people who came in to estimate damages done to my property. Insurance had been dragging their heels, and wanted specific, line itemed, listing of all said damages.

Professional, efficient, and all within about a day and a half. Graham's Construction was quick, and gave an exemplary report down to the details.

From quote to finish, we found the crew at Graham Construction to be professional, responsive, punctual, personable, and tidy--and they did a great job painting the house. Our home was built between 1935-1937; its clapboard siding and trim required some TLC. Though Graham was not the least expensive option, we chose them based upon the positive recommendations of acquaintances and friends, our knowledge of the company's depth of experience, our initial conversation with Richard, and the resulting expectation of a quality, lasting outcome. The house looks great and we are happy we had Graham do the work.

We had an excellent experience with Graham Construction. Every question and concern was addressed with a positive outcome. The promised start and finish date was accurate and met. The crew did a wonderful job protecting our neon light house number and lilac bush. Every thing was left clean and tidy. In the end, our 1924 built house was brought back to a loved condition at a fair and affordable price.

Graham Construction did a great job with exterior paint on our house. Richard and his crew were on time, prepped carefully, made minor repairs, even installed a missing attic vent. They communicated with us well during a busy time for them, and were respectful of our time. Masking, painting and cleanup were all fantastic. Richard and his team did an outstanding job of oiling/staining my log home. It has such a refreshed, warm look to it now and I'm sure it will last for years! Richard and his crew did a prompt, professional, and very thorough job replacing warped facia, reaffixing siding, power-washing and brightening all cedar lap-siding, then staining the entire exterior of our home & painting all trim. Graham Construction took on a major project to convert an old guitar retail store into a hair salon and beauty bar. We gave Richard our general set of design requirements and he produced a well crafted final product that we are very proud of. He has the quality tools and processes to frame, drywall, paint, assemble suspended ceiling tiles, and most importantly innovate around all difficulties we encountered. Richard worked effortlessly with our electrical and plumbing subcontractors and demonstrated a high degree of cooperation and compromise to ensure we finished all tasks on time and at a reasonable cost. In addition to creating a beautiful place that pleases the eye and delights clients, his team led the effort to disassemble hairdresser booth stations and reassemble them at the new location. Richard’s strong points include excellent communication with all stakeholders, positive attitude, ability to develop logical alternatives to solve issues, live within budget constraints, and attention to details. We highly recommend Graham Construction. We know because we’ve used his services several times over the last 5 or 6 years.

GCS did an absolutely amazing job for me. Everybody from the owner to the guys painting my house went out of their way to do the best job possible. Their attention to detail and their willingness to provide a personal touch made all the difference. I highly recommend them and would use them again with no hesitation.

Graham construction did a beautiful job of fixing our bathroom subfloor, installed beautiful vinyl flooring, installed shower doors, installed a new bathroom vanity and mirrors and lights. They also did a great job patching Sheetrock and painting everything to match.
However the thing I appreciated the most was the high level of communication and their attention to the little details.

Had these guys come out and do a kitchen remodel in my 1970s era kitchen. Richard and his crew quickly did the remodel and address every small change I had that came up during the remodel. He was communicative the whole time. And his crew didn’t leave a mess at the end of the work day. Got him doing a bathroom remodel next.

I was very pleased with the work Richard did in my condo. Goodbye popcorn ceiling! His painting was excellent, and there were lots of very high, hard to reach areas. He adjusts if there are significant changes, lowering end charge as fairly appropriate or discussing along the way issues that will result in higher costs.
