Steve and his crew were FANTASTIC! An unplanned project at the worst time possible was accomplished with great teamwork and craftsmanship. The place looks fantastic.

I contracted with Versa Pro to reconstruct my kitchen and laundry room when both were impacted by a flood. Everyone was wonderful to work with from the estimator, Jim, to the project manager, Steve, along with Brad, Hammer, Tracy, and Dave. They were always very professional and did great work. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new kitchen and laundry room and would not hesitate to use Versa Pro for any future remodeling/reconstruction needs. I highly recommend them!

I've never had to make an insurance claim before in my life. I had, however, heard lots of horror stories regarding the matter. Not the case with Versa Pro. They were excellent. Very fast and great work on my home restoration. They were there 1 hour after my disaster and cleaning up within 2 hours. Every timeline met and everyone at Versa Pro was extremely professional. Overall, I’d recommend VersaPro. They did a good job on my bathroom renovation - I’m very happy with the final product. The team was really nice and professional- Jeff who finished up the paint, drywall, etc was friendly and easy to work with. Door fabricator and tile workers were great. Plumber, and electrician subs were great as well. They do need to improve their change order process ( I had a few surprises with the changes) and the estimating of work. We went with them because the initial quote included having plaster work fixed as well, but the quote was off by $4500, a pretty big margin. The PM was nice, but wouldn’t give me a weekly schedule (which I wanted due to me working from home - as a project manager) and after asking a few times about inspections, I finally just called city inspectors myself to get them to come out for finals. Also had to ask several times to have some of my tile replaced after a contractor cracked a few - I just finally reached out to the tiler directly and he showed up the next day.

I contracted VersaPro to put in a new basement bathroom in my residence. The final product is what I envisioned at the quality level I prefer. There were some hiccups along the way and the project took longer than we expected, but that’s typical for this type of work. Our project manager Steve was very communicative and the tradesmen, with the exception of one, did an excellent job.

August 27, 2024 I had a tree fall on my house coming through the roof, attic, and into my daughter’s room. Thankfully no one was hurt. The tree company I used referred me to Versa Pro as they could come out that night after the tree was removed and board and tarp the house up. They came out that night and did just that. The gentleman that came out said give it a few days and someone will be in contact with me to come do water mitigation. The next morning at 7am I received a call from Jason asking if it was okay that they came out that morning to start. They were there within the hour and completed the mitigation. After that, I worked with Jason to come out and inspect all the damage. We ultimately went with Versa Pro and didn’t even think twice about calling another company. From that point I was put in touch with Dave the project manager who came out and went over everything that was needed to be done.

Once insurance approved the claim, they got to work quickly and were finished with my roof, walls, ceiling, and all other damage that was there. During this whole process, I also worked with Caitlyn from the main office to help coordinate payments as they go. Even though I messed up in writing a check out (I mean who writes checks anymore) she was totally understanding and I came back to pay the difference for everything. Needless to say, our house is back to the way it was before the tree and I wouldn’t have had this same experience if I went with another company. If you need work done for restoration, Versa Pro is where you need to go. Thank you to all involved as this was a scary time for my family and I as you never think it can happen to you until it does. I will forever be in your debt for the work you’ve done and how easy it was throughout the whole process in dealing with you.

I was very impressed from the beginning through the end of the process. Everything was explained to me. The work was done quickly and they did a great job as well as great clean up afterwards. All of the staff from the salesperson to the workers were very nice and worked hard to make this an easy process.

We had a large branch fall on our garage in an ice storm. After a ton of run around with the insurance company VersaPro was able to not only get our claim approved but handled all of the repairs. They were open with communication and the finished project looks great.

My insurance company recommended Versa Pro when I had a frozen pipe which led to flooding the basement. From the moment of the first phone call they were prompt and efficient in addressing all my problems. I was given James Hoskins as my project manager and he assured me that everything would be done right and on time. I really appreciated having one person dealing with the insurance and the work being done. Everyone that came to work was professional and polite. I would highly recommend Versa Pro to anyone that needed work done in a timely manner and done right.

Although the project took longer than expected, it turned out great. Contractor Jeff was excellent. Very meticulous,. He was on time, worked well around my schedule. Good communication between him and the project manager James. I will be using VesaPro to paint my living room in the new year.

My skylights were leaking and water damaged the drywall inside. I called Versa Pro and I couldn’t be more pleased. They replaced my roof and completely restored my family room. All of the work was completed as I requested and done with perfection. Prompt and punctual. Thorough clean up. Very reasonably priced!

I had VersaPro come out to do a mitigation and water damage repairs at my aunts house. It affected three bathrooms unfortunately but VersaPro was able to handle everything from the mitigation to the repairs without a problem. The mitigation manager and The technician’s were amazing and respectful, they made sure everything was done right and cleaned up properly every day. The Project manager was awesome and the carpenters they had working there really knew what they are doing and were great. I highly recommend this company.

Water damage in February still working on. Now in August still not finish. When you talk to them they’re very congenial but they never show up when they’re supposed to. Might work a few hours and leave. might come back in two weeks. Might work two days in a row Then you always have to call & prod them to move forward.

Versa Pro was amazing from the mitigation to the final repairs. I was always kept in the loop about the process and what I could expect. I don't know where to begin. This company, their crews, staff exceeded any expectations I had. They were so accommodating, professional, always (if not sooner) on schedule with the project. From updates, calls, invoices, and finding the best solutions for the damage, replacement of our garage. Our neighbors tree fell thru our garage and decimated not only the garage, but the contents, the power, electrical box ripped off the house. They took this whole disaster and the stress with insurance claims, and all the nuisances associated with this and were able to make this journey /experience painless. Their efficiency defies all stigmas associated with the industry of construction. 100% satisfied customer, and 100% recommendations for any work needed. The service is efficient, prompt, and friendly; however, you pay a premium for the convenience of having emergency service. The major critique that I have for this business is charging full price but then spray painting via stencil their business advertising for board ups. Customers should have the option of, maybe, having their services DISCOUNTED if they are going to be used as free advertising and marketing for the company. The service tech told me that his pay would be docked 13-15% if I didn’t allow him to stencil the company name, logo, and telephone number on the plywood board. By the time I saw what he was doing, he was halfway through with it. I advised that I would still pay for the service without calling the office and complaining but that I would leave a review about this exploitative policy. Customers should be given the option of 10-15 % off of the total price of the service if they are going to be used as advertising and marketing vehicles.

They installed a brand new basement bathroom and renovated our main floor bathroom, pantry, and laundry room. We are very satisfied with the work, especially the quality work of Gerard, Jeff, and Buzz. Dave is an excellent project manager and was easily accessible for questions, planning, and last minute changes. He understood exactly what I was looking for in the design and made it happen. They completed the work quickly and cleaned the area prior to leaving daily. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. I was working full time when my basement flooded. Onsite (now known as Versapro) was extremely friendly and professional. They gave progress updates and suggestions while I was at work, yet were respectful of my working hours. They would even give my dog and two cats a little attention while they were working. They always left my house clean at the end of each day. They worked quickly and even showed up on weekends. Steve my project manager was always easy to get ahold of whenever I had a question and he even contacted me after the job was completed to remind to make sure I had clear access to my water shutoff valve. The painting and flooring was completed professionally and on time. All of the workers were friendly and did excellent work.

We had a devastating barn fire that totally destroyed the barn and all of the many valuable contents. It was an emotional loss that was hard for us to know where to start to start over.

Tim came out to my house and gave me honest feedback. Every other company tried to sell me something that was costly and that I didn’t need. If you call this company, ask for Tim if you want an honest quote. Mold clean up is an area where companies will price gouge because they know you are in a tough spot.

This work involved some remodeling in order for my wife’s parents living area to be handicap accessible. Steve, one of OnSite’s project managers, responded very quickly in having Trevor come here to provide a reasonable estimate on the work that needed to be done. Dave, from OnSite’s Carpentry Division, then met with Steve and myself to go over what my wife and I wanted to have done. It didn’t take long for me to be reminded of Dave’s expertise from when he worked with OnSite on my parents home in Brighton. All in all, my wife and I are very pleased with the work OnSite has accomplished here at our home and in behalf of her elderly parents.
